Excellent service. My shipping was upgraded at no cost to me. I ordered them on Thursday afternoon and they were on my doorstep Friday. I love the sneakers. I walk up to 6 miles a day and they are very comfortable. This is my 2nd pair. I won\'t wear anything else.

This is my first pair of Asics. I had gotten shoes for years from Payless, wearing them for a few months then pitching them. These are much more comfortable than the cheapies, and much sturdier. Zero amount of break-in time; they felt like old friends from the first. I walk a lot at work, and wear them every single day.

I haven't bought Asics before, but after these I'm a believer! They are very comfortable and have perfect cushion for long-distance walking.

The Asics Gel-Cumulus 12 is a great athletic shoe even for the not-so-athletic. Finding it in a AA width is great!

Very comfortable fit for my narrow heels, but still wide enough in the toe. Bought this pair to wear on a week-long vacation to Boston and was comfortable walking and standing every day in these shoes.

Great shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. I ran a few miles the first time I wore them without any problems.

Comfortable, lightweight, smooth front to back transition, runs a bit wider than the Asics 2150, a bit less cushion than the 2150 also. Why not order both, then decide? Or, keep them both and wear them on alternating days.

These shoes are so comfortable. I have a problem with my ankles rolling outward when I run and these shoes help to stop that. It also helps take away my knee pain from my ankles rolling. I have really high arches and these shoes support my arches extremely well. Besides the shoes being great...Zappos is awesome. It is the only place I can find a size 5 shoe and have it shipped for free. In addition, they upgraded my shipping from the typical 5 - 7 business days to next day for free. I didn\'t have to wait for my shoes. It was amazing.

Got these shoes based on my desire to start running to improve my health...excellent choice! They feel great and light at all times. Will recommend these shoes and Zappos to anyone!

I have always worn Asics running shoes and these are my favorite! This shoes is super comfortable and requires no break-in time. It feels like you are running on clouds. Also, these particular shoes really protect your feet from the wear and tear of running. Love them! I usually buy a half size up from my normal shoe size to allow for swelling during running.

I normally take an 8 1/2 in Asics shoes. This was a 1/2 size too small, and also much wider than my previous Asics shoe. Still it’s comfortable, but not as cushiony as the GT 215 (not sure on the model).

Wonderful fast shipping. I have worn many Asics in the past but this shoe does not fit true to size. Will be exchanging for 1/2 size larger.

They are good except they come smaller than other Asics I have ordered. I ordered a 9 and I swear it's 8 to 8 and a half. Otherwise they are good.

I have bought this model in previous years, in this size. Had to return this one, as it felt shorter than past versions.

The arch support in this shoe is what I like the most. I have very high arches and this shoe is one of the few that I can wear without my arches aching after 15 minutes during a workout.

Great running shoes with good mid-foot cushion and even more heel cushion, which makes these ideal for those long distances. I love Asics and these are my second pair of this specific shoe.

I've been wearing Asics Gel runners for years to walk/run. I mainly walk, but work in occasional sprints. This particular shoe felt a little narrower than ones I've had in the past, and required a bit of breaking in. I've been wearing them a few weeks now and they feel great.

Got these shoes because because I was having arch problems with other shoes I had. These helped a lot - when I'm working out really hard, I still have some arch pain with these shoes. Overall, I really enjoy them though!

Overall, I love these shoes. However, they seem to be a bit narrower than other Asics models that I have tried. I had been wearing the Nimbus line for many years, but decided to give the Cumulus a try. I ended up needing to send them back for the wide width and also went up a half size. Once I did that, I was quite satisfied with the shoe.

This is very cushioned and comfortable. Unfortunately, my Gel Cumulus 11s started falling apart after only 6 months of wear and not too much running. Hopefully these will last longer! I wear full-length insoles, so I buy a half size up to accommodate them. I just wish they made a darker women's running shoe in wide sizes.

These sneakers are just what they say - your feet are on clouds, and you get great support. They also come in wide width.

This shoe works well for me because of its roomy toe box and snug enough heel. I\'m very pleased.

This shoe looks nice and is comfortable. Really wanted a grey or silver shoe as this is what I had in my last pair of Asics, but that color was not available. So, the shoe soils easily when running outside. Also, it felt a little short in length but has given a little with wear. Would probably order a 1/2 size larger next time. All in all a comfortable shoe. I have a narrow heel and these shoes do not slip. Shipping was amazingly fast, as usual.
