Give yourself a treat. This insole will improve the best shoes or boots. This product is available in the best running and ski shops because they work so well. My only negative comment is price. I think more people should use them, and many more would if price was lower.

These are the best orthotics,arch supports, for me. Having flat feet with no arch, I used them for years to run and now use them to walk. The pain in the back and ham strings disappear with these. Believe I have tried many brands but Superfeet are the best and last forever. I use the old ones in my everyday or yard shoes and get new ones for new shoes. Just try them, and if you need supports, you will love Superfeet I promise.

I've been wearing these for a few months now and they've made a huge difference over the standard insoles. I have high arches and these provide excellent support. It took 2-4 weeks to get completely used to them, but it’s so worth it!

Never in my life have I had an insole that actually supports my high arches, until I got these. Amazing!

These shoe insoles are the second pair my husband has had in 2 years. He wore out the first pair in his running shoes. He is happy with the fit, and he feels they are the best he can find without being custom.

I am very happy with these, I really love Converse, but extended periods wearing them always give me cramps in my arches. These make them so comfortable. They do fit snugly and I had to loosen the laces quite a bit, but nothing that bothers me, it is worth it to have the comfort.

I walk a lot. In Converse one stars. Without superfeet this makes my feet hurt quite a bit. It does more than just make my feet sore; it gets me in the Achilles tendon. I know what you're thinking, and you're right. I should wear shoes with support when walking. Well, with the superfeet, I get the best of both worlds. Stylish kicks that are comfortable for long walks in the city. I got lucky in that my size slips right into the shoe with no trimming. And obviously it's important to get the right for style for your particular feet. They're color coded.

Gives me the extra support that i need. I use them in every pair of workout and running shoe. I wear a size 8 in sneakers and the size C fits perfect no trimming needed.

This is the best arch support I've found in a non-orthotic. It turns all my flats into great shoes for my feet.

I was looking at buying new shoes when a coworked recommended these, I have been using them for about 1 months now and wow the differance they have made.

Excellent insole replacement for Ecco golf shoes...and for other golf shoes with removable insoles. Go Green, the blue ones don't quite do it for golf shoes, but work well for running shoes.

My feet have suffered the consequences of years spent running, doing yoga as well as a career spent standing on cement block floors. I have high arches which now require a firm - not hard, support for comfort. This style of orthotic was suggested to me a number of years ago by a salesperson promoting a highly rated brand hiking shoe. I took his suggestion and have never looked back. I use them in hiking shoes as well as casual shoes. I highly recommend Superfeet Green!

I have the superfeet blues in another pair of shoes but these I prefer even more due to the extra cushion. I have the greens in Ecco golf shoes. They definitely have a break-in period but after that they are awesome. Highly recommend.

Excellent help for my sole plantar fascia! Far cheaper than prescription orthotics, and work just as well.

Great support, have been using the for years. I transfer them from shoe to shoe and did not have to cut them (wide feet).

These work great if you have a high arch! I have them in all of my sporty shoes!

These are great inserts. It really helps prevent arch pain when I run. I have been using the Green ones for 5 years now.

I have high arches and plantar fasciitis. These have saved my feet. I originally bought a pair to wear in my athletic shoes. I was experiencing severe shin splints due to inefficient arch support while running. Unfortunately, I actually developed a tibial fracture because of this and had to stop running. Not long after that, I began experiencing severe, painful symptoms of plantar fasciitis. So I started putting these in every shoe I own. I believe that wearing these keeps me from plantar fasciitis pain! My pain lessened over the course of a year due to wearing these in my boots, work and athletic shoes (I have two pair) and making sure to wear only supportive orthopedic sandals as well. These offer firm, solid support. They are not cushy, but they absorb shock like nothing else. When I wear these, my feet do not hurt in almost any shoe. I walk for at least 2 miles a day on pavement and these allow me to keep doing so without knee or heel pain. Amazing!

As recommended, sized to fit from old inserts. No break-in required. Great fit, and comfort. Terrific value! Being diabetic, comfort is my biggest concern.

I cannot say enough good things about this product! Prior to Superfeet, when walking long distances with poor arch support, my arch would collapse causing me knees to hurt and I would be in terrible pain. I used these for the first time a few months ago while training for my first 5k and no pain! I bought a second pair to take on a 2 week vacation through Europe, walking 6-8 hrs a day. Again, no pain. These are excellent, I would highly recommend them .

I bought 2 pairs of these insoles to wear in both hiking boots and my motorcycle boots. I have issues with plantar fasciitis and after a long day of moving and stacking wood, my feet still felt fine. I used these to replace the insoles in a pair of hiking boots and initially they seemed to take some getting used to but after wearing for a day, I am very satisfied with the comfort and support.

Actually, my posture straightened significantly as soon as I put these in my shoes. I was over-pronating. I have Superfeet in all my shoes now. My suggestion is to go with the green as much as possible. For my Rockport sandals I use black Superfeet.

Superfeet are the best insoles I have found. I have a pair for every shoe I own. Can't imagine walking without my Superfeet.

After using Good Feet inserts for a few years with moderate results I decided to try these out. And I honestly have to say for the price they are great. I paid over $250 for the Good Feet insert and they are about the same. So pick these up if you are on your feet a lot.
