I bought these for my running shoes because I need a good bit of support due to having flat feet. I tried both the blue and the green in the store and thought the green provided more support. Running a couple miles in the greens did not pose any problems. However, when I increased my mileage, I got a huge blister in my arch. After doing some more research, I found out that the blues are much better for people with lower arches and the greens are too much for the feet. I am going to purchase the blues today and see how they feel. I have orthotics but they are too stiff to run in. These felt great until they didn't!

These inserts have extended the life of my running shoes, but they did not seem to help my plantar fasciitis.

I wore these for awhile, but they did not work for me. I have flat feet. The green SuperFeet have support for high arches. I think the high arch support contributed to my getting plantar fasciitis. I am now trying the blue SuperFeet as an alternative because they are recommended for low arches.

The fit is fine. These are extremely ridged and they offer zero cushion. My feet never hurt so badly after 10 hours on my feet working. and majority of my work is done standing on a soft mat.

The heel is rigid and rock hard. I looked at it, felt it, and didn't even attempt to put it in my shoes. The old insoles I wanted to replace are flexible and much thinner and more cushion-y in the heel. I'm afraid these would hurt to walk in. Returning immediately, unused.

Too narrow in midfoot. I have an average width foot. In fact it is on the small side. I wear a 6.5 Medium shoe. These insoles did not extend to the full width of my midfoot. When I stood, the outer part of my foot was over the outside edge of the insole. My foot pressed down on the hard outer ridge of the insole and it really hurt. I tried the Superfeet Green Wide insoles previously, but they were also too narrow in the midfoot! I'm sticking with the most well-fitting inserts I've tried thus far -- Spenco Total Support Max. Powerstep Pinnacle are pretty good too.

Something about the green has changed. Or these one are defective. They don't feel right and I've been running in them for 15 years

These are supposed to fit up to a women's 10 but I am a 9.5 and they were slightly too short. I also had an allergic reaction to the inserts.

I got these insoles from my chiropractor for my running shoes. Unfortunately the spot where the plastic molded piece ends rubs and causes blisters on the front of my arch. I wish these were encased in foam and fabric to prevent that from happening, it seems like they could have better construction given they are so expensive.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these offer some relief and added support. Though, to be 100 % honest, the pair I received from Zappos came in a plastic bag, not the normal box like how you'd find them in a store. What's more, they had been cut to fit in someone else's shoes! Total BS. I returned them. Won't be ordering another pair from Zappos:(

I bought the Superfeet Green, around 3 weeks ago. Initially when I first tried them, they were okay during normal day use. Arch support was great maybe slightly too hard but I thought in the long term they would soften up but that doesn't look like the case after a few weeks. I bought these mainly for badminton to provide much more support in the arch which it does but when I move around my feet is sliding everywhere it feel so uncomfortable, I tried thicker socks hoping it would solve the problem but unfortunately the problem still occurs.
Many people on forums have said the Superfeet Green were good but I am disappointed that the reviews do not mention the fact that the surface is actually very slippery.

I read great reviews on Superfeet insoles, so I thought I would give them a try. These were hard as rocks for me, so very painful. My right heel was so painful afterwards for many, many days. These are definitely not for me.
