I could not even try them inside my shoe because they were too long and would have to be cut, and would not be returnable. The heel is very narrow and my feet are wider than the insole. I am considering re-ordering the wide version. But they are quite hard and no cushion so I will try to find something else first. I wanted to love these because they seem to help so many others. Thank you Zappos!

Difficult to wear with thin socks, but works nicely with thicker athletic type socks. Fit easily into shoes. The arch offers excellent support though is placed differently than other shoes I own so my feet are a little confused I think. Overall sturdy and versatile product.

Great fit but covering material irritated the soles of my feet. So, they're no good for use with sandals which is the main reason I bought them. So, I'm trying to return them. Although the Zappos customer service has been great about setting up the refund and return, the pick-up carrier can't find my package even though it's clearly labeled "for pickup". So, I spent another 1/2 hour on the phone w/Zappos to schedule another pickup. Thank goodness Zappos is so good. I wish they used a different delivery company!

I work 12 hour shifts on concrete in steel toe work shoes. My feet, ankles and calves hurt, so I bought the green insoles. They did help. But not a Whole lot. My calves do not hurt anymore. And my feet and ankles do not hurt as bad. But they do still hurt.

The build quality seems good. I like that they are firm. However, the arches are not very high and do not offer much support. I was looking for a high arch insole, but this does not fit the bill.

The support can cause pain and cannot replace a podiatrist.

Easy to use, but I felt like the arch was not in the right spot for my foot. The arch support was situated too close to my heel. My shoe size is a womens 10 and that is the max size for the D option.

I wanted pain relief in my work shoes. I entered my information, including normal or average arch height into the Superfeet selector software. It recommended either the orange or green insoles, both of which were labeled "high arch support". I looked on the SF website, and didn't really find a high volume, medium arch choice. I was a bit concerned, but I bought the green. Generally, they help with fatigue. But they are uncomfortable in the arch. I feel like the selector should have said " sorry, we don't have a match for you", but they didn't want to miss out on a sale. Now my feet hurt in a different way... not sure if it's better or worse.

I've tried other inserts that have felt better thought I would give you a try not what I was looking for

Tried these for a week at work and they don't make the cut. It's not like they are a bad product, just not for me. The arch in these insoles is set back about 1/2 in from where my natural arch is, so there is a constant slight dig into the bottom of my foot. They are also a bit big for my shoes. I'd say my shoes are slightly too big for me anyways, but with these in it's a tight fit and I sit too high in the shoe which causes a lot of sloppy lateral movement.

These didn’t work out for me - I have very flat feet and they don’t offer enough support (they are very flexible, which is not good for how flat I am and how much I overpronate). A warning, despite Superfeet offering a 60 day return policy to trim and try out your insoles, Zappos does not honor that. I recommend you buy them elsewhere if you aren’t sure if they’ll work for you.

I felt these were very stiff and uncomfortable. Could be I'm just not used to that stiffness. I returned them just didn't want to take the chance that they would break in.
I'd also recommend:

Hard to really give the stars for the review. These inserts seemed to have adequate arch support, but too high profile (with my very high arch and extremely high instep) to be comfortable in the shoes I intended to use them in. Result was too much volume in shoe for my high volume feet.

too hard for my old feet - these were recommended by a well known hospital’s podiatrist but I did not like the way my feet felt in the shoes & I did not like having to “ trim to fit” - not for this price.

They have zero arch support for someone with high arches, that have dropped, like me. I ended up going to the pediatrist and getting custom arch supports made.

I have given these insoles 3 days to break in and they still are hard as a rock !! They are actually giving me blisters ! I'm gonna give them a couple more days to break in and if they do not meet my expectations I would like to return them and maybe try another insole ! I don't want to give up on the Superfeet brand maybe I just bought the wrong insole ???

I bought these in addition to the TRAILBLAZERS to have for a training exercise with the Army called JRTC. The Green E has a really high arch and was not very comfortable. I wore them for a few days hoping the arches would loosen up but they didn't. Wich is a good thing if that what your looking for. These ensouls are sturdy and should hold up well. One of the guys with me was complaining about his feet hurting about 3 days in so I gave him the Green E to try. He loves them, said they made his feet feel a ton better! So it just depends on your foot and what your needs are. He plans on ordering at least 2 pair for his other sets of boots. So if your thinking about trying them out I say get them and see if they are what you need. Personally the TRAILBLAZERS are the ones that I like. After that 3rd day I put the TRAILBLAZERS in and wore them for the remaining 2 weeks in the field and they were great! I'll probably buy at least one more pair for my other set of boots.

They look good quality but unfortunately the arch isn't high enough which is a shame given from what I've seen these have the highest arch profile. Not a complaint, as it's probably my wonky feet but for those with higher than average arches these aren't much higher than standard.

Highly overrated. According to the online reviews they are supposed to be the best insoles you can own, but don’t believe the hype. They are squeaky and overpriced. Powerstep Pinnacles are much, much better in my opinion. Your feet will thank you.

I have very high arches, and these have nowhere near enough arch support for me. Too bad because the heel cup was great for stabilizing my very narrow heels.

These are for high arches and feel very hard. Take some getting used to but I decided to go with a Superfeet model with a bit of cushion and support.

I bought these about 4 months ago and I would guess that I have put 200 miles on them. I really like the shape of them as they are very supportive. These insoles are great product, but they are extremely hard and uncomfortable after wearing them all day, especially in my stiff hiking boots. I'm mostly writing this review to make sure people know that if you are looking for some cushion from your insole this is not the best option. I just chose the wrong insole, going to try the Hunt and Trailblazer Comfort next.

I've worn 3 or 4 times with the hope that my heel pain would be relieved. I've heard and read good reports. Unfortunately they do not alleviate my heel pain.

They are okay. I don't like how they were way too big and I had to cut them myself. They provide a little bit of support but I don't see a huge difference.
