These insoles were suggested by my physical therapist and have made all the difference in my walking. I bought the size C (for Men's 5.5-7 and Women's 6.5- 8.) They fit my women's size 8 EE Brooks Addiction shoes with no trimming at all. I immediately felt the support. My hip pain lessened almost from the first step. The insoles were shipped immediately. The directions were easy to make a good personal fit, though they matched the insoles I took out exactly in length and width so there was no trimming. I was questioning whether to buy the Superfeet for wide feet, but their directions were clear and I am happy that I bought the regular sized insole. Thank you Superfeet!

I was recommended these insoles from PT & they're good because you can fit them into many kinds of sneakers or boots. The support is good for people who have a small arch to none.

These really helped my 11 year old. She was having knee, shin and ankle issues. The insoles have cleared up those issues. She is now able to play soccer and basketball pain free.

I have worn Superfeet Premium Green for about 10 years. I have run 10 half marathons in that timespan and worn these insoles every time. They have great support! Wouldn't run without them!

I can't wear just any shoes because I have a neuroma on my left foot. These insoles mean that I can extend the types of shoes I wear. They are fabulous, good support - I can even run mostly pain free when I have these in my running shoes.

Superfeet green have the stability at the heel and good arch support to prevent my plantar fasciitis from returning. After many other insole purchases, and even a custom orthotic by a shoe maker, these are the best. And superfeet customer service is very helpful.

These arch supports are a lifesaver. They support my feet just enough to take the strain from my hips when I run. Pain from my hip flexors is so much better! Wearing these with a little stretching really did the trick!

I've purchased this brand of insoles for the past few years now, and they have really helped me with my plantar fasciitis issues. They fit easily into my sneakers and it doesn't take long for me to get used to them. I'd recommend them to anyone suffering plantar fasciitis (which is not fun in the least) and wants comfort.

Both my husband and I have been using these for years, and they are great. We've tried other inserts, but none are as good. If you need arch support and a heel cup, this is BY FAR the way to go.

These are awesome! I have a neuroma on my foot near my fourth toe - the arch support in these takes the pressure off almost instantly. I can jog and walk with no pain and/or numbness and that's a beautiful thing after suffering for 10 years.

I bought these at the advice of a podiatrist for plantar Fasciitis (though I also have IT band syndrome and had foot surgery). There are many varieties to try. I started with the "green". I am still in the process of getting my feet accustomed to these inserts. But I am seeing improvement in my hip alignment (okay, my PT noticed, not me). She, my PT, has me trying them 5 minutes a day to slowly build up to more. I made the mistake of wearing too long, about 2 miles, and my plantar fascitus got painfully inflamed. Only legitimate complaint is that they make noise when you walk...fairly loudly at times. FYI, you cut to exactly fit your shoes and if they work for you, multiple pairs is practical.

These were recommended by a podiatrist. I have bunions, high arches and, egads, hammer toes. Aging is so glamorous. I am transitioning from stilettos to lower heals. These inserts are helping me find comfortable alternatives in my shoe closet. Easy to cut to a perfect size and I can use in many different shoes. I also bought the blue. Both good inserts.
