These arch supports are a lifesaver. They support my feet just enough to take the strain from my hips when I run. Pain from my hip flexors is so much better! Wearing these with a little stretching really did the trick!

I've purchased this brand of insoles for the past few years now, and they have really helped me with my plantar fasciitis issues. They fit easily into my sneakers and it doesn't take long for me to get used to them. I'd recommend them to anyone suffering plantar fasciitis (which is not fun in the least) and wants comfort.

Both my husband and I have been using these for years, and they are great. We've tried other inserts, but none are as good. If you need arch support and a heel cup, this is BY FAR the way to go.

These are awesome! I have a neuroma on my foot near my fourth toe - the arch support in these takes the pressure off almost instantly. I can jog and walk with no pain and/or numbness and that's a beautiful thing after suffering for 10 years.

I bought these at the advice of a podiatrist for plantar Fasciitis (though I also have IT band syndrome and had foot surgery). There are many varieties to try. I started with the "green". I am still in the process of getting my feet accustomed to these inserts. But I am seeing improvement in my hip alignment (okay, my PT noticed, not me). She, my PT, has me trying them 5 minutes a day to slowly build up to more. I made the mistake of wearing too long, about 2 miles, and my plantar fascitus got painfully inflamed. Only legitimate complaint is that they make noise when you walk...fairly loudly at times. FYI, you cut to exactly fit your shoes and if they work for you, multiple pairs is practical.

These were recommended by a podiatrist. I have bunions, high arches and, egads, hammer toes. Aging is so glamorous. I am transitioning from stilettos to lower heals. These inserts are helping me find comfortable alternatives in my shoe closet. Easy to cut to a perfect size and I can use in many different shoes. I also bought the blue. Both good inserts.

This product is the only insole to cure my plantar fasciitis. As soon as I walked with Superfeet my feet felt better. And continued to relieve and cure 2 years of debilitation.

I used to have knee and low back pain. My physical therapist recommend these. I tried them, and haven't been back since for either issue. Now they even sell them which seems like a bad business practice for him. It's been years and I don't wear shoes without these. I'm a nurse and on my feet 12 hours at a time.

I have a normal arch, but, have chronic plantar fasciitis. These insoles do not eliminate it, but, they do help. I have purchased several of the green ones over the years and used them in running shoes (I ran five marathons) and boots. I agree with the manufacturer that these can be used in any shoe with a removable insole. They are pricey, but should last at least a year.

This soles help me greatly. They feel great, and most of all my feet are not as tired at the end of the day. I team them with my New Balance 623's and it makes very comfortable walking.

This insoles were specifically recommended by my podiatrist. They do seem to add good support. If used often they should be replaced after about 6 months.

I wear size 17 and didn't need to cut these down, perfect fit out of the box. Transformed my uncomfortable DC skater shoes into a pair of shoes that I enjoy wearing. They don't seem like much when you first see them, but once you walk on them you'll feel how great they are. Worth the money.

Bought a pair of Superfeet Green and orange... and could NOT be happier with the decision. I am actually here to order another pair so that I don't have to keep swapping them out of my boots.

I bought a pair of Salomon trail shoes for work that started causing me hip and knee pain. I bought these to replace the sole, and they worked out great! Hip and knee pain quickly went away! The shoes that I bought are bright colors, including green, so these soles fit right in. They were very easy to trim to fit my shoe! My feet are flatter, but I tend to supinate my feet when I walk or run. These work for me with no problem.

I have been using these for almost 17 years with very good results. Follow instructions. One must trim to size as instructed. Have been using as long as shoes began to be made with the schlock foot bed inserts that have absolutely no arch support. I use these in most of my hiking boots, running shoes, and depending on the brand, in my walking shoes. I use one pair per pair of shoes and do no switch them among shoes. In my opinion, they need to wear into a specific set of shoes and stay with that pair. They are good for about a year of hard use for me, so I replace them. The support and comfort, for me, more than compensate for the cost of these things. For those who are accustomed to hard running and who have sufficient room in their shoes, also look at the "Orange" version of this product. Compare it to this product. It is softer and thicker. I have tried some of these so called "custom fit" alternatives. They proved far less satisfactory for me and put a larger dent in my wallet.
