I started on a trek a couple months ago to survive my latest Achilles and plantar fascia injury. I bought insoles and different shoes and boots. These insoles are what I settled on for all my shoes and boots. I decided the orange have too much padding for my sensitive heel and went green (orange and green are the same except orange has forefoot padding and more padding in the heel). These insoles give excellent arch support and stability. They align your heel bones and keep you from over extending your arch. They helped me heal in a very short time (no pun intended!) and do everything Superfeet says. Watch the video of how they work at superfeet.com. I did learn that while my foot is an 11, my arch is a 12 and I had to buy size F and cut them to size so the arch is in the right place. This is what led to my injury in the first place. Shoes and boots you buy may be great quality but the insoles they give you with them usually provide little arch support or in my case also hit my arch in the wrong place, a little back towards the heel which over time results in a fascia tear. Get the right size and enjoy! Superfeet are very comfortable and one pair should last the life of a couple pairs of shoes. I have three pair. One for my work boots, my workout shoes and my casual shoes. I'm a police officer that wears boots and on my feet for hours with 25lbs of gear and these things make it happen in comfort. Get the right fit and go Superfeet!

I have read many rave reviews on different outdoor sights about Superfeet insoles, especially the green ones. I had to give them a try. The insoles seem stiff when you take them out of the box and are thick but do not seem as cushy as I was expecting. I put them in my hiking boots and work shoes. They feel much different then gel type insoles, especially at first. They take a few days to get used to the different feel, but Wow! They are so comfortable and offer phenomenal support. The people that make these know what they are doing! All of the rave reviews have been 100% true! I highly recommend them! These are great for long distance hiking/backpacking and for use in running shoes as well. You should get some and try them for yourself! As usual, Zappos was great!

Easy to size. If you need more arch support go with the blue ones. Got these as a spare, have had the blue ones for over 3 years. Worth the cost.

I put these in all my sport shoes now! I had started experiencing plantar pain in my foot/heel, and rarely have any more problems after since using the inserts. It originally took a week to get used to the feel, but now they feel very natural.

This product helps me maintain better balance, better posture, relaxed feet. A day w/o these inserts guarantee hurting feet the next day. A foot surgeon recommended the Superfeet to me three years ago. I rarely have a day without wearing them.

Best insoles ever. Definitely worth the price. I still have pairs that are more than five years old and feel perfect.

I walk 4 miles a day and developed a problem with plantar fasciitis about a year ago. I tried several other over the counter brands none of which worked. Then an orthopod suggested Super Feet before going the expensive custom orthotics route. They worked great for me and now I have them in all my shoes.

I use them for running and in other shoes. Thought I needed cushiony souls to make my feet feel better but these are just what the doctor ordered (literally) and they rock.
