First of all, the customer service at Zappos is the definition of what customer service should be. It's absolutely perfect! My boots came at the speed of light! Now, for the boots - I love them! They are true to size, comfortable, and so cool looking! I was rocking it at the Dwight Yoakam concert! I want to get another pair of Dingos soon.Thank-you Zappos!

Loved theses boots from the second they were on my feet! They are true to size and I never felt like they need broken in. They are cool as can be and I get compliments every time I wear them. You won't regret this purchase!

These are great boots. They are comfortable, stylish, and good quality. I needed something to wear under boot cut jeans so these were perfect. They have an ever so slight heel, which I like because they aren't completely flat, but it's small enough that you can wear for extended periods of time without pain. I would say these run snug. I normally wear a size 8 in pumps, flats, sandals, etc., but had to go with a size 8.5 in order to fit comfortably with socks. If you are between sizes, go with the size above.

I have pretty wide feet so always struggle to find normal width shoes that are comfortable but was surprised at how well these fit. They're super comfy and so cute. I love them!

I got these in red about 6 months ago and they cute and comfortable boots! and I wear them any chance I get. They are well made and go with slacks, jeans, tights and skirts. Every time I wear them I get compliments. The red is neutral enough to go with most colors and the style dresses up outfits. If you are looking for a well made reasonably priced cowgirl boot I'd recommend these and they require no breaking in. :)

This boots are comfortable, the color is beautiful. The size is true and correct. The width is perfect. I had surgery on my toes (3-left and 2-right) a few years ago and so I am very weary of pointed toe shoes. My toes have plenty of room, there is not pinching. I can hardly wait to wear all of the outfits that I plan to wear these boots with. When I wanted to order these boots they were out of my size, 1 day later I got an e-mail from Zappos that the color and size I wanted were in. I ordered these shoes on Christmas Eve at 1:30 pm. I received my boots today, Wednesday, December 26th!!! How do they do it? I love Zappos.

Love this boot! Low heel, low rise, great color it's not too red. Works with boot cut pants and skirts too! Received lots of compliments. Perfect color for the holidays!

I was surprised at how perfectly comfortable these boots are, considering the pointed toe and my "duck" feet (wide at the toe and narrow at the heel). Perfectly true to size. Completely comfortable immediately out of the box. Great design: classic with just enough detail. I ordered several styles to try out, and these were actually the least expensive of the group! In comfort, the only comparable pair were Karin by Born -- cushy comfy. I just didn't like the styling as well as in these. When I received the package I tried on the boots. They are so comfortable that I forgot I still had them on until it was time for bed. Terrific boots.

Love this boot! Wearing it with skirts, jeans, just perfect. It is a short boot with a zipper so fits my slender ankle and easy to slide on too. Perfect sizing for me and I love the feminine shape, many compliments. Have the red too. Great value for the money.

Love these cute little boots. I wanted short ones for the hot weather and mostly will wear them in the horse pasture or would have order a more expensive brand, but have to say these are very comfy and cute!

Great boot! Bought to wear to a reunion of friends celebrating their 65th birthdays. Thought I'd "kick up the look" a bit. 42 year old daughter saw them and wanted them for Christmas and sent them early. She said they are so comfortable, she'd wear them to bed, if she could. I feel the same.

Great little boot for the money. Color is a dark red that goes with nearly everything. True to size. I wear a half size smaller in Frye boots and Dan Post boots. Well made and comfortable for wearing around town, to work, and out for the night. Would recommend buying your normal shoe size.

I love these boots! I wear them with everything...skirts, jeans and dress pants. Walked around the plaza in Santa Fe, NM and not one "ouch"! I ordered an 8 1/2. I wear an 8 but was thinking with a sock I would need more room...the size was perfect. I love Zappos!

Love these boots - I am a size 7.5 shoe but ordered an 8. I should have ordered true and got 7.5 but I kept them and wear heavier sock because I love them. These boots were made for walkin'...and dancin' - got lots of compliments!

I love these boots. The zipper is nice and long making it easy to put them on and off. The fit is good and the red is just dark enough to go with just about everything.

Love these boots! I got them for the Kenny Chesney concert and they looked perfect. Didn't need any breaking in, although after walking all day, my toes were a little sore but that was to be expected. Cool design, and I bought the Frye boots at the same time and liked these more -and for 1/2 the price! A lot slimmer around the ankle so a great fit!

Based on other reviews, I ordered this boot half a size large (8.5) instead of my usual 8 because I'm a big girl and have wide ankles and calves. To my relief, there is plenty of room in the shaft. I considered returning them for a size 8 so they would fit more snugly around my foot, but I'm going to keep the 8.5 in case I decide I need an insert later on -- to me, these boots are not super comfy under my feet. The red color is gorgeous & the stitching is all in good shape. I think a less conspicuous zipper would be more attractive (it's bright silver), but I love the overall appearance and feel of this boot.
