Took a few days to stretch out (was a bit tight across top of my foot) but once they were broken in, super comfortable. Feel like slippers! Nice flexible sole. Good for office, walking around town, work well with jeans or a skirt. Only wish the black pair were available in my size!

I think these might be the best flats I've ever purchased. It usually takes forever (if ever) for me to break in flats properly (especially in the heel), but these are basically out-of-the-box ready. This is in great part due to the fact that the stretch near the heel helps keep the shoe on your foot, but doesn't dig painfully into your heel. They feel true to size (I'm a 9) and while the toe does narrow in a bit, I find this not to be a problem. If you've been looking high and low for a comfortable flat, definitely give these a try. These flats are classic, comfortable, versatile, and a good staple item for anyone's wardrobe.

Typically great comfort from Cole Haan. They do tend to be a little snug in the front top, so if you want roomy, this might not be the shoe.

Got these last week and they rock. Serious comfort. No heel rubbing on the back and no break in period required. Ready to wear right out of the box. I will say that these are somewhat "pointed" near the toebox, so they may not be as wide in the front as the pictures lead you to believe. I have a medium width foot and found these to fit fine. The narrower your foot, the better with these shoes. If you normally wear a C/D width, I'd pass on these. The heel is so thin I'm not sure where the Nike Air cushion is, but they are very comfortable. Overall a great purchase and well worth the price.

The Cole Haan Air Bandon is a very comfortable and versatile flat. I got them in the metallic silver color, which is really more of a muted gold tone, which I prefer. As a teacher, I'm on my feet most of the day, and need a shoe with reasonable support and comfort. I've had this one for several weeks and wear them frequently. They needed no break-in period, and are quite comfortable. My usual size 8 felt too tight, so I had to exchange for a size 8 1/2. Great shoe!

Great shoe, very comfortable for all day wear. It took me about 2 wears to break in the shoe. The quality is great and I believe this shoe will last awhile.

I normally wear an 8-8.5, ended up getting a 7.5 very comfortable overall, however on my foot a little tight at base of big toe, rubs a little but is stretching out with more wear. Also the heel portion is very comfortable and doesn\'t cut in. Color is defiantly more of a neutral metallic between gold and silver.

Really like these shoes! I wear a 9 1\/2 N usually but was able to wear a 9 1\/2 med. They feel good and also don\'t make my foot look as big as some other shoes do. Love Zappos! Shoes came right away!

I love this shoe. I have size 11 feet which are slightly narrow, but I have with narrow heels and bunions. Usually, B width shoes fit but aren't as snug as I would like. These shoes are awesome- they are so comfortable. The sole is very flexible, with some, but not a lot of cushioning. The elastic hold them securely on my feet. They look better on than they do in the video. I primarily wear flats because of a variety of foot problems. If I find shoes that are actually long enough, they are often too wide. These are perfect in length and width. If you have wide feet these will be too narrow; if you are a solid B width, these might not work for you, but I'd give them a try.

Stylish, comfortable all-purpose shoe that looks great with any type of outfit. As a commuter, I find it to be a good walking shoe for distances, as well as wearing them for many hours as a leisure shoe. I own two pairs in pearlized gunsmoke and metallic silver.

I have been wearing Cole Haan Air Nike's since they came out with no complaints until now. These shoes felt true to size but they hurt across the toe area so much that I had to return them. I wore them in my home (all carpets) every day (trying and trying to make the pain go away) for about a week thinking they would feel better but each day was worse than the day before. They are soft and supple, really cute and I'm so disappointed to have to return them as I've wanted a pair of black, soft, ballet type shoes for a while now. All of my other Cole Haan Air flats have been so comfortable and they are basically the only shoes I like to wear now.

I love these flats from Cole Haan! I got the white and it\'s beautiful, good quality at a good price, and the rubber sole is well made. I am getting the black ones too!

Love this shoe! These shoes are very very comfortable. I'm always on the run and need comfortable walking shoes and this shoe is perfect! I ordered the metallic color and I'm now purchasing the black ones.

Zappos sent me the wrong color, but the shoe is good-looking and well-made. They aren't tight at all, so if you want a closer fitting skimmer, you may want to order a narrow size. I really like the padding, which is often lacking in flats, and they are comfortable. The leather is very soft and supple.

These shoes are so comfy! For a girl that lives in NYC, comfortable shoes are a must. These do the job! The only flaw is that the front tip is already scratched from just 2 weeks of use. Granted, I do a lot of walking, but I was hoping they would not get worn out that quick. In any case, I feel like walking on a padded mat and my feet are relaxed. Love it.

I got these in "Metallic Silver" which is really a muted gold but I still like them. They rub a bit at the big toe joint but are otherwise comfortable. I have long toes but no issues with excessive "toe cleavage."

Very cute shoe that is extremely versatile. I've worn it with jeans and dresses. For a ballet shoe, its sole is thick and comfy.

Too bad these didn't fit, they are really beautiful shoes. The picture doesn't do justice to the color, and they are obviously very well made. The heel is designed not to rub, but like other reviewers commented, the area over my big toe knuckle was just too tight. It's stitched over, and probably wouldn't stretch. A fatal flaw in an otherwise great flat. If you're considering getting them, though, give them a try, I would have kept them in a heartbeat if not for that one spot.

Other Cole Haan flats are too small, so I ordered up to 5.5 and now these are huge! Wish Cole Haan sizing was more reliable. Very comfortable, though, so will try a 5.

This is a great shoe. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day, so I needed something comfortable and supportive enough for work. I've had these for about three months, and am very happy with them. My only complaint would be that the sole is beginning to come apart from the leather on one of the shoes. My expectations are a little higher from a Cole-Haan/Nike product for this price. Initially, I ordered my usual size 8, but it felt too small, so I exchanged for an 8.5, which fit much better.

This is a versatile, well-made ballet flat. It is very simple but I have added a clip-on flower that changes the look when needed. I feel like it runs a little big and depending on your foot width a half size down might be better. Toe box has ample room. Great little shoe!

I have a high arch, so I guess I should have passed on this shoe. It's just so soft and stylish! My foot just feels unsupported in this shoe. It feels almost like walking barefoot.

Super cute! Haven\'t worn much because ordered for my wedding shoes, but the little bit I\'ve worn around the house has been really comfy! I can forsee that they might rub a bit on the heel with prolonged wear.

I bought these shoes for my wedding because I have other Cole Haan ballet flats that are incredibly comfortable. I decided to wear these to work one day while we were having an event to break them in, particularly since they were so comfy when I first tried them on. Big mistake! After only an hour of wearing them, they were so tight around the back of my heel and on the sides of feet that I was in incredible pain by the end of the day. I attribute it to the tightness of the shoe, so I've been trying to stretch them out myself to see if it gets better. I'm really hoping that it does get better because they are so cute, and would be perfect for my wedding.
