Not sure if I get a workout from the fit flops, but they are very comfortable! Only negative is the soles, the white really sticks out.

Excellent pick! They fit almost perfectly (the upper strap is a little too large for my narrow feet), but the wear is incredibly comfortable. I had them on for 12 hours while visiting Disney and my back didn't hurt at all! I would definitely recommend them.

I've worn flip flops forever and as of late, have had some pain in my heel. Got so bad that I limped as I got out of bed, which is a horrible feeling. I bought these because I just needed something with comfort. I love them and the pain has actually been reduced. I notice a big difference and highly recommend these to flip flop lovers. The styling is great and very fashionable. I love these and I'm a new fit flop fan.

Very cute, comfy, and definitely doing their job! My legs are getting more definition than before, and this is the only change, wearing these sandals. I also have another pair, white with splashy rhinestones. This pair will work for summer and fall, while the white will work for spring and summer. Love them.

I'm spoiled by FitFlops, now when I wear a shoe or sandal that doesn't have the FF footbed I feel like I'm walking barefoot on cement. The knockoffs from other companies just don't compare.I have owned 4 pairs of FF's over the past few yrs (my 1st pair I had sent from England as they were impossible to find in the US then), but the Electra is by far my favorite. They are just so cute !I wear my other FF's working in summer. I'm a professional muralists, and spend long hours on ladders and scaffolds. No foot pain, no aching calves at the end of the day with FF's

Because of comments I bought a 7, normally wear an 8. Fit perfect. These are so comfortable and cute, all I\'ve been wearing this Summer. That sparkle so nicely in the sun when I ride my bike.

I love these shoes. Way more support than regular flip flops. They were a little itchy at the toe, but I got used to it really fast. I can really feel the muscles in my butt working more wearing these shoes. The color goes with everything.

I love anything FitFlop! These are a bit tighter through the toe than my Walkstars. But a new favorite. I have the black and pewter.

I love my FitFlops. I have 4 pairs but the Electra are my favorite. I like the sequins and the color looks pewter and sometimes shows purple undertones.

Very comfortable shoe. The sequins on the shoe make it very versatile - casual or casual\/business.

These are a dress version of the flip flops, and you can wear them where flip flops would not be permitted. I didn't notice the exercise of the calf, but they are quite comfortable.

I can't usually wear flip-flops or most other summer sandals because I need arch support, flat sandals equal plantar fasciitis for me. These sandals, however, are the bomb! They are so comfortable! The sold provides both cushion and arch support, the upper is the right size, and is lightly padded for comfort, and the thong part between the toes is even comfortable. I cannot recommend these sandals highly enough! I will be buying many more in different styles and colors. For what it's worth, I also bought a pair of the Sketchers Tone-Ups, which look virtually identical to FitFlops, and while they're not bad, they're definitely not as good as FitFlops.

I love these sandals. They are so comfortable. Easy to walk in. Best of all they do not make that flip noise that flip flops make. Highly recommend. I have brown and Electra.

I was really impressed with their service. I ordered these shoes at 1:40 PM on the west coast and shipping was upgraded. I received my shoes the next morning at 10 AM. I really like these shoes-they are very comfortable for someone with a Morton\'s Neuroma.

These are very comfortable and I like the way they look. I have pretty wide feet and they fit just fine! I\'m usually an 8 1\/2 or 39 and these fit me perfectly.

In general, I love FitFlops. The Electra provides support to my foot, are comfortable and the pain from my bone spurs is diminished. I haven\'t really noticed a lot of change in muscle tone. My one minor complaint with the Electra; when I began wearing them, I developed a blister.

A customer at my cafe had a pair of fitflops on and said they were the most comfortable shoes she had ever had. I went immediately to Zappos and ordered a pair. They came the next day. I love them. Ordering more.

I adore these! My ankles twist and roll regularly, even when wearing danskos, flats or sneakers, but not when wearing these! I wore these the entire time I was on vacation and now they are the only ones I wear for everyday. I can\'t wait for their fall line to come out for more variety in their shoe selection. \r\nThe gold Electra is pretty, versatile, and it\'s comfortable from day one, no need to build up calluses anywhere to wear it. \r\nThe leg-toning is great, though not hugely noticeable, but for me it\'s a miracle just to be able to walk without worrying about my ankles giving out under me.

I absolutely LOVE this product! Other "work-out" or "fit-by-wearing" shoes don't come in a smaller size than 6 -- where I normally wear somewhere between 5-5.5. And this product came in 5.5, that was just perfect for me! They are a bit bulky, but with "glitters" (aka "glam!"), you can wear them with almost anything - from work-out clothes, summer dresses, maxi dresses! You do feel an extra pressure on your calves for the first two days or so, not to mention your lower back, but they are extremely comfortable. And I can get some work-out on my legs without much effort, really, these flops are definitely worth every penny.

These are so comfortable. I could (and have) worn them all day long. The first few wearings they\'re a little \'stiff\' but it doesn\'t take long until they form to the feet. I don\'t know if they do much as far working out the legs more than a normal pair of sandals, but they are comfortable and actually have some arch support compared to flipflops.

These tend to run a little big, and since they only come in whole sizes I would round down. What I found with this style, however cute they are, is that the upper is just too big. I could slip my hand under it along with my foot. I have the Pietra, which I live in and can walk all day in, but it definitely fits tighter on my foot. This one feels too insecure so it is going back.

These are good looking flip flops but just weren't wide enough for my feet! Because the soles are thicker and a different blend of materials the sides wouldn't give enough for my bunions.

I'm a size 9 and these 9s were huge. I got the blue ones and liked the color and the style, so I'll probably try a size smaller and would love to have all the other colors.

I love FitFlop's. I have 2 pairs of loungers and 5 flip flops. This is the only pair I've ever purchased that don't fit! Not sure what happened to this pair. The upper band is very large and doesn't fit against my foot. I can fit two fingers between the band and my foot, and I don't have small feet (I wear a 9 1/2, and 9 in fitflops is a perfect fit). I wish I'd realized it before I wore them outside, but now I feel like I can't return them. I still think FitFlops are the best shoes ever, just not this style. (I bought the navy.)

It looks gorgeous, the footbed feels good, but the stud is incredibly uncomfortable. I don't even know why. Other FitFlop styles don't have this problem. But as soon as it gets between my toes I have to have it off, it feels like it's cutting me or something. Maybe it would break in but I don't have time to break in shoes, especially shoes that are supposed to be uber comfortable.
