Fitflops are the best! My legs are looking super amazing, and I owe much of it to FitFlop! They truly work. This is my sixth pair so far and they are great, just as all FitFlops are. My only complaint would be that these are much more purple and less pink than shown in the photo. Otherwise, an excellent product.

I bought this FitFlop last summer because I had been having knee problems after our baby was born. I had read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I was thrilled with the results. I wore them on two vacations during the summer, and both times I was so thankful I'd packed them. I wore them constantly with no back or knee pain. They encourage good posture and I did feel tightening in my thighs and glutes. I wore them all summer and wore them to death. Awesome flip flop!

Overall, this shoe is quite comfortable if the size is just right. But I ordered size 8; it came out this size is bigger than normal size. That's why I feel a bit not so comfortable to wear. And when shipping, using a box is too big for the item, should just use a plastic bag - it's lightweight. So can save shipping charges for re-shipping to others.

Got these shoes for lots of walking in Hawaii (vacation). Tried them out at home here are the flops: center toe piece is kind of sharp and hurt space between toes but I flipped that problem by putting duct tape around the thin area and that smoothed it out. Another flop is that the wide cross piece over the top is a little sharp along the edge also but that did break in. Reason for keeping? The comfiness of the sole...really does have a great feel and with the fixes which were hardly visible, it all worked out. If your skin is not as sensitive a mine, you probably will have no problem. I would definitely recommend walking around the house first before packing for a trip and see how they work for you. Otherwise, a cushy shoe.

They definitely run big so I recommend buying a size smaller. I wear a 9 and the size 8 fit perfectly. The straps are a little loose, but otherwise it’s a decent flip flop.

Very comfortable sandal. As far as giving your legs and buttocks a work out, but probably not. I've been wearing Fit Flops for over a year and do not notice any such thing. But I enjoy the comfort of the sandal. They feel great after wearing dress shoes all day at work.

The Fitflops run a little big. I am normally a 7.5 to 8 and the 7 definitely fit me best. I did have a tough time breaking them in. The piece between my toe cut into my foot at first. Once I did break them in, they are great and very comfortable.

Sad to be returning these attractive sandals, but they ran large by over a half size. Also, the photos do not indicate just how high and thick the soles are on these; I was an inch taller in them and felt unbalanced.

I loved the look but had to return them (the store took them back even though they were worn when I explained the problem, I was lucky). I realized that every single time I wore them, I would wake up the next morning with a burning pain in my knees, even if I just wore them a little around the house. It took me a while to identify the source of the pain but it clearly came from the shoes.

I bought these from a different website, but wish I'd bought them from Zappos. Reason being - I want to return them after four months. I hate them. Although they are super cushy and great for standing around, they are not ideal for walking. I had to wrap bandaids around the 'thong' part to keep it from scratching a hole in my foot. For the price, I would expect rough edges to be smoothed and softened. I also am an occasional runner, and after wearing these on walks with my dog, I noticed my knees were killing me after my runs. I've never had this problem. I ran a 5k last year with no problems, and can easily run 4 miles a couple times a week. After wearing these, I'm no longer able to run even a mile twice a week. I have to take several weeks off for the pain in my knees to go away. Go ahead and buy these if you are just going to stand around in them, mine are great for around the house on hardwood floors and I've worn them to flea markets since I'm only strolling (they'd be great for a retail clerk or server), but if you plan on moving a lot in them, better just get some sneakers. I was walking around a mile every day in these with my dog, and noticed no difference in my legs or butt. It's a gimmick and an inferior product. Wish I could get my money back.

These fit flops stretch a lot. I bought a nine and they are too big. I would go smaller and stretch them out. The sparkly fit flops are great and do not stretch.

These are pretty, but I couldn't ware them because the gave me calf pain. They don't tell you, that they over work those muscles.

I'm surprised that anyone has given this shoe 5 stars. My neighbor and I each bought a pair last spring. We both had painful backaches after wearing these the first few days. Eventually the backaches subsided, but I found nothing to recommend about these over-priced, gimmicky flipflops. I didn't notice any muscle toning or evidence of the company's claims. After the initial break-in period of short-term wear, I started wearing them every day when I walked the dog, and sometimes around the house. By the end of summer, the striped fabric started tearing away from the soles and coming unstitched. The footbed itself gets slimy, slippery and nasty from sweat and dust, requiring frequent cleaning. They're not comfortable and they are impractical for Florida summers or any warm climate. These don't fit a size 8 or 8.5-B well at all. My neighbor has wider feet and hers fit better than mine, but she didn't like them either. I threw mine in the trash at the end of summer, feeling like I'd wasted lots of money.

These are the worst shoes I have ever had on my feet. There is no stretch to the strap, therefore they made my feet swell at the ankles because of too much pressure. I am going to trash them!

I've no idea whose feet these were supposed to fit. The strap hit very weird places on my foot, alternately squeezing and floating above. The insole is oddly constructed, like they designed the flip-flop for a size four and miscalculated when increasing the size to a ten. Weird little shoe. Returned immediately. Zappos, of course, handled it brilliantly.
