I had such high hopes for these, but they are WAY TOO WIDE!!!! If you have narrow feet, don't believe the other reviews that say these are narrow because they are not. They ARE more narrow than Dansko and fit a little better than Dansko. They are very well-made. I know they are supposed to move up and down off your heel, but they are but are so wide that they actually fall off my feet when I walk, and the next smaller size would be too short. I'm sorry to say they are going right back, and I will once again resume my odyssey to find a nursing shoe that fits long narrow feet that also has a non-slip sole.

I was extremely disappointed with these shoes. I am a nurse and work long hours and these shoes hurt so bad! They are very narrow and run a size smaller than they say. Also, the heel slips off when I walk & that has never happened with any other shoe. The staples on the outside of the shoe aren't very attractive and one was sticking in my foot. I think the leather is pretty strong (silver lining?). I am still on the journey to discovering the perfect nursing shoe...this isn't it! Zappos is always wonderful though! If only Born made white nursing shoes.

Very happy with this shoe, fit was perfect for me and I stand in comfort all day at work. Usually wear insoles for plantar fascia but have not needed them in this shoe. I would add that clogs are great for standing but I choose other shoe styles when doing a lot of walking. I ordered Sanita for the 1st time along with the Dansko professional clog in the same size and returned the Dansko- they were too big, I could shake my foot and they fell off- not just the usual looser clog heel. I have other Dansko styles that fit well so I was disappointed. These by Sanita were a very pleasant surprise and I will purchase again. They are holding up well to scuffs and wear after over a month. These are made in the EU (in Poland) and the Dansko are now made in China... Zappos service and return service is excellent!

I am a nurse and own a pair of Dansko's and Sanitas. I prefer the Sanita because they run a little more narrow than the Dansko does (my feet are narrow). I find them to be just as comfortable! You will never see me in any other shoe during my 12 hour shift!

These are the first Sanita clogs that I am trying. I am on my feet all day, and these shoes lend a lot of support and comfort. I would highly recomment them.

Love this shoe. I bought this shoe based on other comments about the brand and they are completely true. I would go into a store and check size though if you don't have a lot of time. Very comfortable even people have commented on how uncomfortable this shoe looks but the feel is completely opposite. Would recommend to anyone!

My feet border on narrow and these fit great - not too wide, so my foot feels secure when I'm walking, but also has the clog feel that you'd expect in these shoes (a little room in the heel so it's easy to slide on and off). As a med student, I'm on my feet all day and these have offered excellent support.

I am a nurse who works 12 hours shifts, and a wannabe runner who quickly developed plantar fascia. My locker at work was full of shoes in my attempts at placating my aching feet, rotating a new pair as soon as they starting hurting, time permitting. My co-workers swore by Danskos, and I had a pair of Mary Janes in my shoe rotation, but apparently they have to be clogs. I have long, narrow feet with high arches, so width is a concern. After reading reviews, I opted for the Sanita, as they are supposedly more narrow. All I know is I have one pair of shoes that stay on my feet throughout a whole shift now, and they are my Sanitas. I have worked close to 10 shifts now, and they feel better and better all the time. If they feel a bit hard and the leather a bit stiff at first, give them time. I put on shoes my co-workers have worn for years, and they are so soft and yummy. They are supposed to have a gap at the heel, so it takes a little getting used to. Also, my left foot is slightly longer, but the leather is stretching to accommodate. Now I know why so many nurses wear these shoes, and have more success with these than any other shoe on the market.

Shoes make your feet look slender and feminine. They are very comfortable and look professional. I just bought these yesterday and I've already gotten so many compliments.

Sanitas are very comfortable from day one. I'm nurse in er, that means long hours walking and standing. Sanitas are my favorite working shoes now, and as always arrived quick thanks to Zappos.

As a home care nurse in New York City, I put four to eight miles a day in on my feet and have yet to be disappointed. I wore Dansko for years (my last pair lasted me three years), I was pleased to see that the Sanita clog had the same comfort and quality. This continues to be a great investment!

I love clogs and have worn them for years. I recently purchased these for a trip to London, where I'd be doing a lot of walking. I think the leather clogs stretch less than the suede types and I found the arch support to be fabulous in this pair. I did find it a little disappointing that in person, the clogs have more shine and not as dull of a finish as the picture shows. Otherwise a great shoe!

Very satisfied with this shoe. I bought two pair of Dansko shoes and had to return them both. They were very uncomfortable and squeaked. After doing my research, I found out that Sanita was the original maker of Dansko's and after Dansko went out on their own, they made a few changes to the shoes. If you want a comfortable shoe, try Sanita. These Sanita's are very comfortable and feel true to size for me. Also, I want to say...Zappos did an outstanding job on the shipping. I used regular shipping and still had them within 3 days.

I was really looking forward for the shoes, but they didn't fit. They were too tight on me and big length wise. So if I go size bigger it would fit width wise, but the length side will be too big.

I love my Sanita's! I am a former teacher who is now one semester away from my Nursing degree. These clogs are perfect for my tired feet. I ordered Dansko's first because of owning several pairs that I used to teach in. I was shocked to see the decline in quality and craftsmanship. I read several of the reviews and many people stated the same thing and suggested trying the Sanita brand. I am so glad I tried them! Quality and much appreciated support and comfort for long days on the floor! And as usual Zappos delivers in every area possible! Love my Zappos!

These shoes are so comfortable and have saved my feet! They were hurting so bad at the end of the day, but haven\'t seen I bought these.

Sanita clogs are the original Dansko...but they fit my foot better. The arch support is in the perfect position and I find they help my posture while standing for long periods of time. Excellent quality!

These shoes are very comfortable. They are similar to Danskos but not as heavy (which I like). I love the arch support they provide because I'm a nursing student who does not have time to worry about poorly fitting shoes and sore feet. Great service by Zappos, too.

I found the Sanita design and arch much more comparable to the original Dansko. Other than a few hours of breaking them in, I have been able to wear them full days with no knee discomfort.

I really like these clogs! I really appreciate the PU-enforced leather for its durability and its ability to shed light rain. I wore them all day in the classroom today, and then ran many errands in the rain in them this afternoon: picking up kids from school, gymnastics, library, grocery stop, etc. So far, dirt and smudges have been "brush-off-able"... in other words, a quick buff with a cloth makes them "work ready and presentable". The upper might be a little stiffer than softer leather, but for me that’s a plus as I think they’ll hold their shape for a long time. I would definitely buy these again (in about 6 years!).

Extremely comfortable and well made shoes. On my feet for 20 hours a day and my feet and legs feel great. And of course excellent service from Zappos.

These are way better for me than Dansko clogs. They provide more arch support than Dansko clogs, and feel more secure on my foot. It's only a matter of time before people catch onto these cool Danish clogs, especially if you work on your feet or like to walk a lot. Worth every penny.
