Very comfortable and does not dig in the heel. They run a bit small even though they will stretch.

I ordered a half size larger and they were perfect. I use them for zumba dancing twice a week. The sole on the ball this dance shoe allows you to easily turn 180 degrees with no pull or damage to your knees. I am not fond of sneakers and always zumba dance in this type shoe.

After reading the reviews I ordered my size and the next 4 larger sizes.I wear 7.5 and the 7.5 fit like a glove. I was tempted to keep keep them. But the 8 was just a tad more comfortable. Sorry Zappos for having to return all those larger sizes!

Runs small. Comfortable around my foot but I didn't like the strange hard sole in the front of the shoe. Maybe that's how all dance shoes are; I've never ordered any before.

I bought these for my 17 year old daughter. She is normally a 10W, but knowing Jazz shoes are snug I ordered an 11W. They fit great. They are a little loose, but a 10W would have been far too small. Very comfortable. She loves them.

Definitely tight out of the box. Runs smaller than advertised. The leather should stretch a bit, though to allow for a better fit.

This is the preferred jazz shoe at my daughter's studio, so I have purchased them many times. She has never complained about comfort or functionality. The main issue is sizing. She wears a 3 or 3 1/2 in a street shoe, but needed a 6 is the jazz shoe. The sizing guidelines definitely leave something to be desired.

My daughter is a size 8 and the size 9 fit her perfectly.

Okay these shoes fit the bill perfectly but they are crazytown on the sixing. My daughter wears a 4.5 sneakers and she had to get a 7.5 in these shoes!Thanks to Zappos for bearing with my 4 separate orders of different sizes of these shoes!

My daughter loves these dance shoes, but the sizing is basically random. I guessed her size after reading reviews. She is almost 10 years old and wears a size 2 in normal shoes. I bought the 4.5 in these -- they were snug but stretched over time. Now, after 6 months of use, I am ordering her a 5.5 and crossing my fingers.

I think that the size scale for these shoes is based on women's sizes. This may explain why everyone is two sizes off! My son is a 10 1/2 and the 13 fit him. Worked out great as stage shoes and looked cooler than I expected on him.

I was a little concerned about the fit for my 7 year old daughter as she had grown out of the kid sizes. I read somewhere to add 2 to her big girl shoe size and that would be her woman's size. Sure enough we ordered a 4.5 and it fit perfectly.

Make sure you order half a size larger. I ordered these for my daughter, fortunately she had tried a friend's pair on before I ordered. They worked perfectly for her dancing needs.

This jazz shoe runs small. My daughter usually wears a 7.5 M street shoe. Had to return several sizes and finally ended up with a 8.5W to fit her feet.

My son had a theater performance that required jazz shoes for his 12.5 sized foot. We followed instructions and bought him 14 wide. Fit like a glove!

Great jazz shoe, but definitely order a size larger. My daughter is a 4, so I ordered a 4, especially since they are slip on and need to be tight, but we couldn't even get them on when she was barefoot. The 5 that arrived two days later fit perfectly.

Ordered my normal size (12M) and found these were WAY too small. Stick to ordering larger than your true size ladies. I ended up going with a 13M, and they give me the snug yet not too tight fit that I was looking for.

I tried number of jazz shoes for my daughter. She is typically size 3 and narrow. After a couple of attempts we found that these shoes in size 5.5 were true to size and perfect in width. So after you find the appropriate size these shoes are a nice choice for a dancer.

I wanted a pair of shoes I could do ballroom in for long periods of time. These Jazz shoes are perfect! They're super comfortable!

Although the sizing is completely wacky, these shoes were perfect for my daughter's dance class. They are incredibly soft and comfortable, and do not rub at all, like others she had tried on. I also like the fact that she will be able to wear them for a long time because of their flexible design.

Runs 2 sizes small...my son takes a 10 wide and needed a 12. Served him well for rehearsals and several show performances.

These are gender neutral dance shoes. My son has worn them for years. Now, he is an adult size. These shoes are listed in women's sizes. So, if you are male, you need to convert men's sizes to women's sizes. My son is a men's size 8½, so we ordered a women's 10. They fit great!

Capezio does it again with another great dance product. Great quality leather that will endure every move you turn it, with ease. The shoe also features a great grip and support; this shoe will be like a second skin. Do keep in mind though that if you are a male purchasing this product you will want to order what your equivalent size would be in Woman's. For example: I wear a size 9-9.5 in Men's so I would require a size 11.
