The Arrival sneakers look as described. However, when I tried them I was not that happy and I was while reading all reviews. I did not feel support and protection at toes and the sole under heel is softer to the rest of sole. So for me it is unusual and I do not want it. The comfort and sole softness must be equal in my opinion.

I think that these shoes are above average in size, fit, and comfort. The only reason I did not give them 4 stars overall is that I found the arch support to be a little low. I have a high arch and like to have a good support in that area, especially in an athletic shoe. I will now have to buy something to put in there to give my arches a little cushioning.

These shoes are very comfortable because they are cushioned but I found the heel area very weird where the heel was lower than the rest of shoes and felt like I was walking on my heels. Loved the colors too! Oh well!

I am an extremely particular person when it comes to how my shoes fit. I do a mix of high impact cross training, treadmill running and strength training. These work well for the cross training and strength training but don't quite suit my running style. (I put more pressure on the balls of my feet where these sort of force you to land on the middle of the foot.) They aren't the lightest shoe either but aren't too heavy. They are snug around the heel and midfoot with a wider toe box which is great for me! No heel slipping! I have hip problems so I need a good shoe to align my feet properly, this shoe definitely doesn't make anything worse but I also use super feet insoles in my shoes for the great arch support. The insoles that came in these shoes didn't have much. Hopefully this helps some of you other picky people out there!

I have the black fade/bright green. I bought mine at DSW. They are so comfortable and they match a lot of my outfits. I wear them a lot. Frequently I wear them to the gym or I just wear them if I am going out somewhere. The only thing I do not like is I have to where insoles from my Sketcher shape ups. The insoles that come with these shoes are not comfortable at all. That is the reason I knocked off one star. They are true to size and comfortable otherwise. I recommend them.

These shoes are very comfortable-- but mam, don't step in dog poop with them!! You can only imagine how tedious it was to get the poop out of the tubes!!! LOL!!!

When I first found these shoes and tried them on, I thought they were great. I bough 2 pair. My best friend, who was with me, bought a pair. After a couple of weeks, 2 of my clients (I'm a personal trainer)each bought a pair. I found and bought 3 more pair from Zappos. Now I'm looking to buy a couple of more pairs. They are great in the gym and for just casual walking around. I know it sounds like I buy a lot of shoes, but I do. Since I workout, run and train people, I really go thru a lot of shoes and change them out every 6 months.

I have had a pair of these shoes before (a different color). The are really nice shoes and this black and pink color is awesome! However, they are not as cushioned as I would want them to be so be prepared to buy inserts or something if you want more cushion. Nice gym shoes though.

These would have been the most comfy shoes...except that I have very high arches and insteps, so with these shoes, after a little while wearing them, there was too much discomfort around my insteps and I had to get them off my feet. Too bad, too, because the soles are so awesome, it was like walking on clouds, doing circuits and intervals workouts were fantastic, just not enough space in the insteps for high arches. If you don't have high arches, then I don't think there would be any problems with these babies -- they're SO wonderful in every other way.

I so wanted these to workout but alas, they did not. Style-wise they are a home run. As is, the arch and foot support. However, when I run, I need at least decent support through the toe box and these have none. The nylon on the shoe (blue part) is like what you find in pantyhose. There is no weave that I could see and certainly none that I felt. My toes were all over the place. If you don't have this problem, then you're good. Otherwise...

I am just a big K-Swiss fan. Great for running in but be careful as rocks/pebbles can get caught in between the tubes.

Shoes arrived quickly. I have very flat feet & the arch support is a little irritating at the end of a long day on my feet but not enough to keep me from wearing them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them, too!

These shoes are so comfortable and light weight. They feel like feathers on my feet. My only problem was that my size seemed a little small. Other than that I love these shoes. They feel amazing at the gym or for long walks.

Feel a bit bigger than my regular size. Comfortable and nice style!

I have had tubes before and loved them. But, recently bought a pair and they felt cheaply made and after 4 hrs at work my feet were killing me. So disappointed ?

I think I bought these for the gym, but I honestly dont use them much. They are not running shoes though it says its a running shoe. It's not very flexible and it 's a bit chunky. I wouldnt recommend it for running. Gym use though.

I almost liked these shoes. I'm trying to find a shoe that will correct my plantar fasciitis & these just do not have the arch support that I need. They also squeaked when I walked around the tile kitchen floor. But I think they're really cute and would have been comfortable other than the arch support.

I loved the cushioning in this shoe; however, it was too high of an arch support, and the pink heel part would skim the inside calf of the opposite leg and leave a mark that hurt.

I am a true 7.5 and that's what I ordered but these shoes were huge. They were so large that the toe box crease dug into my toes every time I bent my foot to walk. I'm hoping that a smaller size will take care of it but I think it might also be due to a very rigid lacing material that does not flex with the foot and the rest of the upper. I will update when I get the smaller size. Not crazy about the style but I need comfort so will persevere rather than reject them off the bat. Thanks as always to Zappos for patience and sticking with a customer with "special" footwear needs.

Thought I loved the shoe but it rubbed right on my heel. I thought it might get better if I wore taller thicker socks but I still got blisters. :( Other than this problem, quite cushiony.

K-Swiss Micro Tubes worked well for the neuroma problem I have so I hoped that these would too plus provide better heel support. Alas, no. Good heel cushioning but even with custom insoles inserted, the neuroma flares within 30 minutes of walking. So if you have no foot issues, go for it. If you do, not recommended.

Based on the positive reviews, I wanted to love this shoe but I really don't. It fits okay but the arch support feels too far back and doesn't actually hit in the arch of my foot which I found odd. I think there are a lot more shoes out there with more cushioning. It's not a horrible shoe so I won't send it back but I won't be wearing it a lot either. I will give it points for being attractive (I have the black fade with pink highlights). It's definitely not a shoe I will wear if I'm going to be on my feet a lot or very active.

I had to return these. The back felt soft when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a few minutes, they became very painful. I started to get blisters and they were tearing at the skin on the top/back of my heels. Not good shoes if your heels are somewhat high or sensitive.
