This is my second pair. They are extremely comfortable, light, breathable, and surprisingly durable. My first pair lasted over a year and I wore them almost every day.

This is a really comfortable shoe! I really like it! It is airy and great for wearing without socks in the summer. The upper is mesh, like burlap, so it breathes well. The inner sole sticks a little to the bottom of your foot, but not to the point of annoyance. And like all sockless shoes, foot odor can be a problem, but I don't wear them everyday and kick them off when I can (putting my toes in the grass, sand, water, etc.) and that seems to help. The quality is decent, but it is a light duty shoe and won't last forever. Its great for the backyard, the beach, etc. One small issue: the first day I wore them, the slightly rough edge of the opening irritated the skin around my ankle. After a day or so, the material softened up and everything was fine. These shoes do run big! I am about a 12.5 US, and the 12 fits just about perfectly; to the point where I can't really wear socks at all with them. But I bought them to wear without socks in the summer, and they are perfect for that! Plus the hemp construction gives you some "cool" factor that other shoes might not. Enjoy!

I bought my hubby his first pair of casual slip on style shoes, and this was the pair I thought he would like. I went as others suggested and ordered half size down. They arrived very fast (love Zappos customer service) today! They are lightweight and he not only tried them on, but has worn them all afternoon. He says he loves his new shoes! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, yet casual and comfy shoe!

I have had these shoes for a year and a half now. They are perfect shoes for the summer wearing them without socks and with shorts. They have held up well.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my husband when our son-in-law asked him to try on his Patagonias, and they were very comfortable ,and his feet could breathe. He has Diabetes, and this is important. I don't think he has worn anything else since. They were shipped in record time, too.

Super comfortable slip-on, very light with cushioned foot bed. Generally, I wear them around the house or at the beach but not out and about.

Very light weight, comfortable, good arch support (I have flat arches) runs large (I wear a size 10 sneaker but bought 8.5 to fit perfectly), very stylish. Very happy, will buy again in another color.

These are excellent shoes. They ran big for me. I wear 14½ which is an impossible size to find. I settled on a size 14 for these shoes. I was worried that they would look dorky in size 14, but they are proportionate. They are still very comfortable after wearing them almost exclusively for about five months. Even after walking 17 miles around Manhattan one day, I only got a tiny blister on the bottom of my middle toe. The soles are very soft and my bike pedals are forming divots in them, but nothing too serious. And they are made out of hemp! I still miss Simple brand shoes, but these are a great second.

I bought this shoe for casual wear during summer months. I'm very happy with it. It looks good on its own, and matches to just about anything you'd likely wear. The size does run about 1/2 size large.

Super comfortable. Size is perfect. My new summer shoes around the house. Way better than sandals or flip flops. A little warm for humid days though.

Love these. Lighter than my flip flops and very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is stain/water proofing them. The light color is a disaster waiting to happen, I went and bought kiwi camping waterproofing spray and water/dirt sheds right off now and didn't change the color at all.

Very comfortable and lightweight, good looking too. I ordered these a size smaller than my normal size, and they fit me perfectly with bare feet, which is how I wear them.

My 87-year old father ordered these shoes, with a little bit of help from me , and he loves them. They are stylish and he says quite comfortable.

My husband has had these shoes for a year and still loves them. They look like they are right out of the box even though he wears them every day around the house and out to the mail box. Very well constructed shoes!

These are really light and hold up surprisingly well. It's essentially a heavy cloth. They're easy to get in and out of but they do stay on well. I wouldn't wear them if I expect to be walking through puddles, slush or rough terrain.

Really outstanding shoe. Super light-weight and comfortable. Very durable as well, I wear them everyday. I would definitely recommend them to any looking for a comfortable lounging slipper or an everyday shoes. Also, Zappos has the best customer service around!

I bought these shoes to where on a trip to Crete to visit my daughter who is working on a dig site. I wanted a shoe that was light and comfortable and breathable and I wasn't disapointed. I wore these shoes in blistering heat everyday for two weeks and loved them. I must admit by the end of the trip they smelled pretty ripe. They do run aleast a half size large. I have been wearing a size ten since I was in high school and they were falling off my feet. I sent them back for a 9/12 and they fit fine. Great shoe.

Had to return because 10.5 was bigger than expected. Also, the "sable brown" color is much darker in the pictures. It's actually cardboard colored out of the box.

Fit nicely, very comfortable, very light. They don't feel very sturdy, but I guess time will tell. So far, I am happy with them.

I cannot attest to the durability (yet), but these are very comfortable shoes. They're light weight and the style is perfect for Spring and Summer. I normally wear an 11.5, but had to order an 11.0 for proper fit.

Definetly should've gotten a size 10 instead of 11 but there's not any so I can't switch them out otherwise they are cool shoes.

I must be allergic to hemp. My ankles got very itchy. I had to return them. I loved the design though. I wish I could find something like these made of leather.

The seams on these shoes desperately need upgrading. My first pair deteriorated within a few months and I had to wait about 6 weeks before getting a replacement. The second pair hasn't fared any better and the seams are once again coming apart. The shoe is moderately comfortable but never really felt like it's broken in. The texture is somewhat stiff and I wish it softened up. Grip is good and soles have stayed in-tact.

I was pretty disappointed with these shoes. They were very comfortable but after a couple weeks of regular wearing; the shoes were covered in stains and tears. If you are planning on wearing these outside of the home, I recommend looking elsewhere.
