Love the look of the shoe, however, there was an adjustment period. The buckle hit right below the ankle bone and I needed band-aids until the rubbing was relieved and now fit nicely. Also, I’m used to a little more padding under the balls of my feet, so they could be a little more comfortable, but I still wear them because they look good.

I was looking for a simple nude sandal and this was perfect! The color is just right and the style is simple, yet modern. The heel is not too high, but high enough to feel elegant. The buckle on the side of the foot was a little irritating, but I just wear the buckle one hole looser and all is good! My only quip is that the front of the shoe and the heel look modern, while the back can look a little old-fashioned. Would have preferred no heel cup, but rather a simple strap that wraps around the ankle.

These shoes look much cuter in the picture than they look on the feet. The strap is too wide and the buckle hits against the ankle bone! The heel height is great, however they are just too uncomfortable.

I loved this shoe. It looks so cute on; however, I am returning due to several of the seams are missing the brown color.

Am I the only one with a problem with the Punchy? I bought them in Dark Natural Leather and loved the color, heel height and design. I wore them the very next day, walked my usual 10 NYC blocks and found blisters on my ankle (where the buckle hits) and pinkie toe. I was so sad and in so much pain, I had to rush to get flipflops at the local shoe store. Height wise, my feet and legs were fine. Why am I the only one with this problem? I have bony/skinny feet so maybe that's the problem. I am so sad I have to return them!

They say this color is Off White but it's more like gray. I'm sending these back but they're very cute and comfortable.

Seems to run a 1/2 size small... yet has too big a gap at the heel.

If only my ankle bone was 1" higher(!) I could wear these comfortably. I hadn't even taken a step in them and the buckle was already digging in.

Oh how the buckle was killing my ankle as it rode too high. Such a bummer because they are simple, sexy and the perfect height. Had to return them, unfortunately.

I really wanted this shoe to work. The footbed is really narrow and my foot isn't that wide. My foot hung off which was just weird. They felt true to size tho. They have to go back.

Did not like the look of the distressed leather. It looks like cloth. Also very narrow at the toe and I am a B-C width. Fit nice other than the width at toe. Sending back. Go with the Nine West Anya in black. Looks and fits fabulous and is sexy at that heel height.

I love the style of this shoe, and the heel height makes it comfortable. The fabric that surrounds the straps of the shoe seems cheap. The fabric looked faded and cracked. It looked already worn. I had to send it back.

The reviews were so stellar I thought this shoe would fit no problem. Turns out I sent it back right away. The foot bed was too narrow around the strap and went way too far past my toes- almost an inch. I\'m a very standard size 7, and Nine West is very hit or miss with sizing. It\'s such a nice shoe though, too bad!

So, I cant deny the cuteness of these shoes and they're just as adorable in person; however, not as comfy as my other Nine West shoes. Not to say they're uncomfortable, but they pinch my pinky toe a bit.

I, too, had been looking for a simple nude sandal with heel and ordered this shoe at regular price in Canada without having even tried it on in store. However, as soon as I put it on I knew I would be sending it back. My two major gripes are the shoe bed is too narrow. I wear a size 5.5 and perhaps being leather, it would stretch out with wear however, I couldn't risk it and meanwhile did not want to wear a shoe that made my foot look like a sausage! I am only 5 feet tall, and found that visually the thick ankle strap (although in the beige natural leather tone) made my legs look shorter than they are. Along with the pronounced buckle there was just too much going on in the ankle area. If I am not in love I don't force it. That said, for someone taller with an exceptionally narrow foot this shoes wins on account of the beige natural leather color is classic and perfect. Goes well with a LBD or blue jeans and blazer look. The leather on this shoe is very soft and looks expensive. The wedge heel is a comfortable height and is carved out to be narrower than your average wedge heel--no fears of a too-chunky-heel and looks more dressy as well. In one review, a customer said she found the foot strap went too far back. I don't know whether she was wearing her correct size but for me the strap was an ideal place. My first two toes peeped through nicely. Hope this helps!

Nice shoes, but The worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased from Nine West. THe straps doesnt fit small ankles, and it rubs the back of your heel. It leaves blisters on my feet. My girlfriend purchased a pair, and she does not have small ankles. she was in pain also. Not comfortable for long walks.

Nice design and I like the moderate heel. However, the material is textured with little slits and makes the shoes appear worn. They went immediately back in the box!

The black version of this shoe has very strange leather. It is not a smooth black leather, as one would expect, but rather there are tiny little vertical slits, like corduroy, in the leather, and these cuts stick up unless you smooth them in the direction of the nap. It is very strange. I send them back, assuming they were defective leather that have been shaved so thin that it had torn. Alas, when I magnified the picture on line, they all look like that. I also returned the patent leather version because the toe strap was much tighter than the smoother leather version with no hope of stretching. As they say, you don't wear patent leather - it wears you. Too bad, as the tan version, which I bought, is great.
