Enjoy these shoes! I ordered these to have a dressier Keen as I have the sneaker type with shoelaces (which I get compliments on too, but they are just very casual). This shoe fits well and is comfortable, although not as much arch support as the other Keens I have. I ordered 1/2 size up as I did before (and the sneaker ones fit great) and as was written here for this shoe, and have kept them but probably could have done a usual size 8 for me.

First, but not last, Keen Purchase - I love this shoe! It's cute, comfortable, and lightweight - I wore them all day the first day I got them, and I was still happy at the day's end. I read the reviews before I purchased and originally bought a 1/2 size up but ended up returning them for my regular shoe size.

Gotta love them Keens! Keens are so darn comfortable! And that funky toe guard makes an otherwise ordinary looking shoe look a trendy... Bought this style because it would work well with skirts and tights as well as pants.

More stylish than it looks!! This shoe is very comfy on my long before work dog walks, and easily translates to a casual office shoe. Keens are usually very comfortable (I have others), but this one is easy on the eye also.

Pair #2 - This is my second pair of Sydney II shoes, in a different color. I love them and can't find another shoe which fits my rather wide foot as well. They give good arch support and are attractive. Do buy them a ½ size larger than your shoe size.

After knee replacement surgery - I had knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist recommended Keen shoes for me. I work in an office and chose the Sydney. I ordered half a size larger as recommended. At the time I got them I was still using a cane from my surgery, as I still felt slightly unsteady. I swear one day in the Keens and I have not used the cane since. A bit of a break-in for where the shoe hits the top of my foot, but nothing serious. No break-in for the shoe itself. I usually take my shoes off the moment I get home from work. No, I put my Keens on in the morning and take them off as I go to bed. My first pair of Keens and definitely not my last. I am already shopping for which pair I want from the hubby for Christmas. Three months after knee surgery I was even able to go back to my hobby of canine freestyle to music (look up dog dancing on the internet too long to explain). Last weekend I was able to compete, wearing my Keens.

Good for orthotics - I normally wear an 8.5, and these fit perfectly in an 8.5. I have Morton's Neuroma and these are so comfortable with my orthotics that I’m replacing their removable footbed.

Casual, cute and comfy - Excellent service and an excellent shoe. I get more compliments on this shoe than I have in a long time. It is comfortable and the arches help with the ache of plantar fasciitis vs. other "comfort" shoes I have. I would highly recommend it and have!

Great shoe, but watch the width, size, and arch support - I am an 8.5 and had to exchange for a 9 - I have really high arches and the 8.5 wouldn't even buckle without cutting into me. The 9 is roomier, but now a little wide, still tight-ish at the buckle, and the arch support isn't perfect (but better than most shoes). I own lots of Keen's and love them - and this shoe is pretty versatile, so I'm keeping it.

Love these! I wanted a shoe that was a little more girlish. These are very comfortable. I normally wear size 7.5/8. The 8 is fine, but I like thin socks. I would definitely size up if you wear thick socks.

Keen Sydney II - This is a really wonderful shoe, very attractive and comfortable. I am a shoe hound and have been wearing these almost every day since getting them. You don't need to unbuckle the strap to get them off and on but a shoehorn would be advisable.

Walking in the rain - I have lived in these shoes, they are great for orthotics and look great, too. The black faded so I applied black dye shoe polish and they look better than new. I get questions about my leather Keens whenever I visit a shoe store. Thank YOU.

Lovin' the Sydney - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I could walk miles in my Sydney. I have had mixed luck with Keens and their sizing is quirky, but I ordered these in my normal size and I will probably order another pair--I love them so much. Zappos is my ONLY shoe store and their service is out of this world!

Best Choice for Travel or Staying Home - I ordered these shoes in anticipation of a trip to Chicago, and they turned out perfect for long days of shopping and walking. Right out of the box and onto the plane, nothing rubbed or pinched. We walked a minimum of 15 blocks every time we left the hotel room, did lots of shopping, went to a Broadway on Chicago show, the Art Institute and they looked great in every venue. I wanted the olive color, but they were out by the time I ordered, so I chose the warm brown and they turned out to be a prettier color than I thought from the web - very happy. Of course, they now make great run around mom shoes.

Love it! This shoe is super comfortable and really cute. The color I bought (reddish) was not as bright as I would have wanted, but I still really like it. I would recommend it to anyone!!! I get lots of compliments on these!!

What a fun shoe! I teach kindergarten and am on my feet all day. I love comfortable shoes, but did not want a shoe that was too plain. This shoe is perfect with pants, skirts, and casual dresses. My feet feel great at the end of the day, and I've received lots of compliments on the Keen Sydney II. By the way, I have arthritis in my right ankle, knees, and lower back and I still have lots of energy to spare at the end of the day after wearing this shoe!

Great shoe - Great looking shoe but I had to order a half size larger. This is the first time I have had to do this with a Keen shoe. I love the look and they are very comfortable.

They're great! I've had the Sydney II in another color but chose this for fall and winter. Very comfortable and looks good.

Keen Sydney IIs are great! Last week I ordered Seattles and Sydneys. I'm returning the Seattles because they looked and felt like snow shoes and I wouldn't leave the house wearing them. However, the Sydneys felt wonderful right out of the box, no break in or breakdown of my feet. The Sydney's cute, not so "chunky"...I'm planning to buy another pair in a different color. My foot is wide so the strap was a little too short, but the last hole works with a thin sock. I'm on my feet all day and have plantar fasciitis, these shoes are a blessing - so is Zappos.com!

All around comfort - These felt comfortable from the first minute I slipped them on. After walking around uneven London streets they did cause a tender spot on the top of my foot, but I wore different shoes for one day and that went away and never came back. My feet are size 10 (or 10 ½ depending on the shoe) and I ordered the 10 ½ and the fit is great with or without socks. My arches were happy after two weeks of walking around England. At home I wear them to work in Seattle and the look works great.

Keen rules! No breaking in needed, they are comfortable right away.

A pleasure to wear. Excellent service!!!! A super comfortable shoe!!! My job requires a lot of walking and driving. This shoe is excellent for both. I would prefer a softer leather to endure the weather. The toe guard is great! Being a very voluptuous woman it is hard to find a good comfortable working shoe that doesn't look like an athletic shoe. These look great with slacks, jeans, or a smock dress with tights. Allow a day or two to break in.

Best shoe I've found in years - I have wide hard to fit feet and this shoe is gift from the shoe gods. Comfortable but attractive for skirts and slacks.

Perfect Travel Shoe - These shoes fit perfectly, even though I often wear a wide. Great arch support, no break-in period & just dressy enough. I trekked all over Normandy in them. . .
