I absolutely love these shoes as I work on cement all day long. The only drawback that I have is the sides for the shoes split on the sides where the mesh and the leather meet. If wearing for casual purposes they would be ideal. I was very impressed the way Zappos was very courteous.

I found Ryka's years ago and they are very good fitting shoes, however these are not quite as good as I had hoped, they are not as good feeling as the shape ups and they actually bother my feet a bit. I still wear them but I am not as impressed as with just the athletic shoes.

So I was looking for a comfortable, affordable walking shoe that would provide support for my back. Bingo! I found the Ryka Reform, and I was really satisfied with them...for about 1 month. Almost exactly 1 month to the day these shoes started falling apart. I noticed it last night after my walk on my right shoe, and then this morning on the left. As another reviewer had mentioned, it's on the outside of the shoe where the mesh is sewn into the leather. It seems like the stitching is not holding or something. Anyway. What a waste of money. I'm going to be contacting Zappos and the manufacturer both. Hopefully I can get a refund. I originally wanted to just get a new pair but after seeing that this has happened to others I doubt it is something faulty with the pair I have and has to be something faulty with the manufacturing.

I love these shoes! I have a right heel problem. It is hard to walk on. These shoes give me a gentle stretch, and I can walk correctly without a limp. I do not suggest they be worn in the rain. They become slippery.

Pretty comfy, but too short, so I'm sending them back for a size larger. Hope that does the trick. The price is right!

This is my second pair of the Ryka Reform. I had some minor surgery on one of my toes and this was the only shoe I could wear comfortably for months.

I have purchaed other brands of shape up shoes, but I liked that these looked more like regular running shoes. I also liked that they were not all leather and they are breathable with the mesh outside.

I walk 2 miles on pavement every afternoon and this shoe is like walking on air. The leather is extremely high quality, and very soft. No need for "breaking them in". They were perfect from the moment I tried them on.

Outstanding shoe. Wore them right out of the box for 10 hours and put them back on when I got out of bed. I can't say enough about these shoes. I have terrible foot, back, and knee problems. With these shoes on, I am pain free.I have used Skechers Shape-Ups, but for me Ryka is much better and easier to walk in.

I have a terrible problem with plantar fasciitis. I haven\'t been able to take a walk for a year. I can take short walks now and wear this shoe when I am running errands. My feet feel so much better. Orthotics fit well in them.

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. Rounded sole takes some getting used to but it\'s good exercise for your legs. This shoe fit perfectly just like all my Rykas do.

Ryka is my favorite shoe. I have worn them for years. I am so pleased to see the Reform. I have been waiting for a toning shoe from Ryka, refused to get any other. Ryka's are the only shoe I have found that I can walk in for more than an hour without pain and blisters. No break-in time, I can wear them straight out of the box.

These sneakers are very comfortable. Walking in them has eased with my back pain somewhat. I do not recommend them for running as pounding on the pavement puts too much pressure on the arch.

Ordered my normal size and have extra room in the toes, but not too much. Shoe works just like described. I'm not disappointed at all and would buy these or another from this brand again.

I have wide feet but have been able to wear several Ryka styles, as they often run wide. Not so with these shoes. These feel like a true medium width. I elected not to order a larger size, because I think I would have to order at least a full size up. It's hard to judge the rest of the shoe, since I couldn't really walk in them. They appear to have the usual Ryka quality, though.

These felt too strange to me. I was afraid I might catch my toe or lose my balance. Too bad, they were very cute.

I ordered these shoes and have loved the comfortable fit. I have worn them every day since I bought then 2 weeks ago for approx 1-2 hours a day. I just noticed today, they are ripping! I have never had this problem with Ryka or any other runner before. The fabric is not durable at all, they are ripping in the same spot on both shoes. I have a hole already on one side and will not be able to wear them soon.

I have a lot of Rykas, but I have to say, I don't like this shoe. The instep is too low, and I don't have a high instep. The feel as I'm walking is just not good.

I found this shoe very uncomfortable. Only able to use for about 45 minutes of walking. Too uncomfortable for daily use and didn't appear to tone anything. Mild stretching of gastroc with walking. Definitely does not feel like walking on a cloud! Wish I would have returned them sooner.

I had bought these shoes in the mesh style. I too had the same problem with mesh tearing by the leather. I was sad as they were so comfortable. It was obviously a bad design on Ryka's part for material selection. I had then for only 2 weeks with approx 1 hour of wear a day on a treadmill. Zappos was wonderful and replaced them with another runner of my choice. excellent service. That's why I shop with Zappos.

I loved the shoe when I first purchased it and learned to walk on it. The shoe fit properly, however in two weeks with minimal wear the shoes both started tearing where the net meets the leather at the front and sides of the shoes. They are now ruined. For what i paid for these shoes they need to replace them or return my money.

I am on my second pair of these and I will stock up on another for when I wear the new pair out! I walk 6-9 miles every day with my dogs and have also been on a weight loss plan. Not only have they helped me lose 80 lbs, but my thighs have tightened and shrunk like you wouldn't believe! Highly recommend these shoes -- they run true to size and are very comfortable. You don't feel like you are on stilts and in danger of falling like with other brands of this type of shoe.

I have been wearing these for walking my dogs ever since getting them. They are great shoes for me and are incredibly comfortable with no break in period. These are a good value!

Love these shoes! They are really comfortable. I wear them all day for work, followed by long walks and you can't go wrong.

I am a nurse that is on my feet for 12 hours. I really feel these type of shoes take the stress off your back and legs, they just take a little getting used to. They are not as rolling as some of the other brands but are a nice compromise. As with all Ryka brand shoes, I think they are just a little short but I did order my regular size and they seem to work.
