Rough first date, but now it's true love - I wore these for the first time for a day of sightseeing in Florence. They tore my feet up. The tops hurt where the shoe flexed and my foot actually bled where the shoe met my Achilles tendon from rubbing so badly. I didn't wear them again for a week. Now that they're broken in, I wear them everywhere. I think the pool color is really cute and these are a perfect alternative to wearing running shoes for errands and travel. I love the roomy toe box and the squishy insole. I'll never wear running shoes for sightseeing as long as these shoes are in my closet. One caveat: my husband hates the way they look. Most guys I know think they look like little kid gym shoes. I ordered a half size down and they fit.

Awesome shoes - I can't wait to buy more Keen shoes! I ordered a 9.5 and they fit just right. I normally wear 9, sometimes a 9.5. I found that they rubbed my heel if they weren't tied snugly enough though, but they are very comfortable. I have worn them all day traveling and walking around the airport and my feet never got sore.

Great shoe! This is a great all-weather shoe. They are very comfortable for walking all day, and keep your feet dry in the rain. I have the "tomato" color and get lots of compliments on them- gives your feet a little color and spunk during the drab winter!

Cool shoe! This shoe was suggested by a friend of mine and I can't thank her enough...one of the best shoes I've ever worn. I'm on my feet a lot working in retail and these shoes feel like slippers!

My 2nd pair! I have had red Presidios for several months and wanted a second pair because of the extreme comfort. I wanted the the "pool" a great shade of blue and could not find it in any store. Zappos have come through for me before with Salt Water sandals and I'm sure they will again. Sincerely, A Shoe Lover

beyond amazing!! absolutely amazing!! they are super comfortable and the only shoe I've found that still feels comfortable after 16 hours of wear!!! I want them in every color!

My favorites now - I have 5 pairs of Keens and these are my new favorites. Very comfortable, as usual, and nice casual look. I wore these three straight days right out of the box and no problems. This is the way shoes should fit. I need and like the wide fit.

Keen Presidio - This is an outstanding shoe, very comfortable. Runs one size small.

Another winner for Keen. These I found to accommodate my bunions with no break in period. I ordered a half size up from my usual size like I always do with Keens. I purchased the fern color and I really like them. This is the fourth style of Keen foot wear that I own. I started wearing Keen's in May of 06' and haven't looked back. No more knee pain, no more calluses on the balls of my feet, no bunion pain. I thought I would have to start manufacturing shoes for bunion sufferers, but now I just put on the Keens and foot and knee pain is a thing of the past. Thank you Keen! I might add that the sporty styles add flair and interest to my wardrobe...keep them coming!

Best supporting shoe - I absolutely love these shoes! They are wide enough for my toes and are supporting for my foot. I had bone grafting on my foot which makes finding a fashionable yet truly supportive shoe almost impossible to find. Just had trouble ordering the correct shoe size. This shoe runs 1/2 size smaller than other shoes. Will definitely buy more KEENS.

Fun shoes - These are fun, cute, and comfy. Definitely need to order up a half or whole size, I finally settled on the half size up. Love the colors - I got the tomato and fern, really great colors. Fun, but you don't look like a clown. The look is a bit chunky, not a sleek shoe - this is a shoe for being casual and active.

Cute - Cute and sporty. And wide enough for my very wide foot. Actually makes the foot look small. Definitely runs small - I needed a 9.5 versus my normal size 9.

Keen Presidio ROCKS! Shoes are great. If I had any comment it would be to make the shoes blacker - they are a little on the blue side. But I guess I'd rather have the black on the blue side than the green side. Though "true to size" I cannot wear thick socks with the shoe as I can with New Balance 9.5 wide shoes.

Great shoe. I only buy Keens and these did not disappoint. I ordered a half size larger just to be safe. Exceptional service from Zappos. I ordered these Sun pm and they arrive Tues. pm.

Terrific shoes - I bought these shoes in green. I love the way they feel and they look terrific with jeans. The color is sort of a sage green. Keen shoes are made very well and should last a long time. So far have found all my Keen shoes have not needed a break-in period. I would recommend buying a 1/2 size larger though. Thanks Zappos for offering Keen shoes!

A perfect shoe - I love these shoes! Keen does it again! Besides being quite fetching, they are extremely comfortable! I wore them all day the first day with no complaints and have been wearing them almost every day since. I'm on my feet all day and they provide great support and stability. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and was glad I did. Fit is perfect.

Keen Presidio - These are great looking and sturdy, like all Keens. I have multiple pairs of Keens and they are always great. The only reason that I gave this shoe a 4 for comfort is because the back part inside the heel on the left rubs a little, but it is breaking in O.K.

I love these shoes! I am usually between a 9 and a 9 1/2. Having read the other reviews, I was surprised when the size 9 shoes fit my foot better. They are wide enough for all my toes and my feet don't feel tired after Christmas shopping all day in them! I also wear a heel lift because of a tore Achilles tendon. No problem with the fit. Great job, Keen!

KEEN'S PRESIDIO IS A WINNER! DON'T DISCONTINUE! I'm 70 years young and since both hips and a right knee were replaced I've had a terrible time finding shoes that made my feet happy. I've also gone through a series of customized orthotics. As soon as I slipped on the Keen Presidio, size 11, I knew I had finally found a shoe last that fit my feet. I love the wide toe. I love the way the sole hugs the ground. I love the colors. I now have 2 prs. in fern, 2 prs. in tomato, 1 pr. in Walnut. (I shall be ordering a second pr. in walnut, soon.)The sizes are a half size smaller than marked. Also, the flat laces are a pain to keep tidy and the tan and the green laces aren't half as complimentary to the shoe as black laces which match the sole. Thanks be to KEEN. Leigh

This was my first pair of Keens. Comfortable right out of the box. I wore them for multiple days of 6-7 hours of walking and standing. I had no foot pain. My biggest complaint? They show dirt very easily. I often walk my dogs on dirt trails and sandy beaches while wearing these shoes. The shoe is made of a material that's like a cross between rubber and suede, which is not easy to brush off. I have to hose these shoes down and let them dry overnight, despite the claim that they're water-resistant. I will probably not buy these again because I need a shoe that can effortlessly go from work to the beach and back.

I love this shoe. I wear a size 8, have high arches, a narrow heal, yet require a wide toe box and this shoe has it all. My only complaint is I wish the stitching matched the shoe. If the black ones were all black (stitching and sides of soles) I would buy them as well.

I'll be honest; I have a tough time looking down at these shoes and having the bulbous toe boxes looking back up at me. This is just not a style I'm used to, but I'm hoping with time that I'll be able to appreciate them more. That being said, the comfort level is unmatched, which is why I am keeping them. My feet are extremely difficult to please. There is almost always pain in the ball and heel, and although my arches are totally normal (according to my podiatrist), many shoes make me feel like I have a giant wad of Play-Doh shoved under the arch. Also, the older I get the more my toes seem to bunch together and rub against each other and the sides of my shoes, causing tremendous pain. That is why I gave these Keens a chance, and I am not sorry. I've been walking quite a bit with these, and my toes are so happy! There is no pressure or rubbing, no squished toenails! I did have to replace the footbed due the arch support being a bit too high, but it's awesome that they're removable. I typically wear a size 10, and these fit true to size for me. My feet do slip just a bit in the heel, no matter how tightly they're tied, but I do have fairly narrow heels that cause that to happen in most shoes. And while I still have some pain in the ball and heel, I think that's more a problem with my feet than the shoes. Overall I am happy with these, and I'm sure I'll get used to the style eventually. And if not, I'll get over it. The comfort is totally worth it.

I think it's interesting that there's so many reviews citing these shoes as running small. I have found them to be a little big. I must have a narrow foot. The toe is very wide and sometimes my feet feel like they're swimming a little in them. They were super comfortable from the get go but I think I might need some insoles to make them a little snugger. Right now I have to wear 2 pairs of socks. Otherwise, they're great shoes!

These shoes are extremely comfortable, especially if you have a wide toe area on your foot. I purchased them a few weeks ago and have been wearing them constantly ever since. They are a perfect alternative to sneakers that are equally comfortable but slightly less sporty-looking. My only complaint is that they are right on the border between cute and ugly, I can't decide which side they're on but they are so comfortable that I don't care!

I really wish Keen would fix their goofy sizing. I am a fairly true 11 in most shoes (probably closer to a 10.5, but generally no one makes that, so I do 11s). I had to go up to a 12 in these (as they don't make an 11.5). I'd happily buy more Keens if they made more styles in a true 11 (or a Keen 11.5 or 12). Comfy if little clunky, have held up well. Very good traction. I bought these after surgery for a really bad leg break, and needed something super stable, adjustably roomy to accommodate swelling, and grippy. These fit the bill.
