I absolutely love these shoes! I want to wear them every single day! I love Zappos' customer service as well!

I have the fussiest feet that a person could have not to mention having Multiple sclerosis and balance issues. I ordered these Keen Presidio shoes thinking that these are the answer to years of horrible feet. Well, the customer service was so fabulous that there is no way that I would return these even if they do not help or fit. I spoke to a woman today that was going to lift me up no matter what and she did it so well. These shoes are great, and a size 7 is a size 7. Time will tell if they help my balance but I definitely got fast as well as perfect service!

These shoes are awesome! I wanted a pair of shoes that were fashionable yet practical. That I could wear all day if needed and not get a sore back! These fit the bill perfectly. They are so comfortable and have had no break in period. I wear an 8 1/2 to 9. So I compared these two sizes. The 8 1/2 was comfortably snug. But my toe was resting at the end of the shoe. I was concerned this would eventually cause a problem so I went for the 9. So happy with them. I also use a hard orthotic which I tried on with these and it worked out fine. My heal slipped up a little but not much. But the arch support is good enough I haven't needed to use my orthotics yet! They are on the more casual chunky side but still girlie and I've gotten several compliments. :)

I wish that these shoes had worked for me, because I love the way they looked. But the size 10 was too short for my mutant big toe (just kidding that's what my husband calls it). By the time I got size 11 it was to big in the heel. Zappos was great to deal with.

Best walking-working shoe ever. My arch is well supported and my feet feel great at the end of a day. When I walk in dewy grass my feet stay completely dry. They clean easily after a muddy day in the garden. I couldn't be more pleased.

These are great shoes! This is my second pair. I also have a pair in dark green which I have had for at least a couple years. I have wide feet and usually were an 8C or D but these fit very well in 8.5B. These are very comfortable for long periods of walking. I just wore them while walking all over Chicago.

Very comfortable. Needed a little breaking in on the heel rim, but the best supporting shoe ever overall. I run narrow and this fit better than the Toyah.

These shoes are perfect for my needs. I have plantar fasciitis and require custom orthotics which fit easily into these shoes.

I love my new shoes. I have worn Keen sandals for several years, but never their regular shoes and they are as comfortable as their sandals.

I love these shoes! This is my second pair of Presidios (I wore out the first) and I will continue to buy them as long as Keen continues to make them.

Amazingly comfortable shoe! Great arch support for someone with flat feet. I have some mild bunion issues, and this shoe's width and fit are perfect for my medium to wide feet. I ordered my usual Keen size, and they fit great.

The color is great! I especially love the color of the stitching, a reddish pink! A very sturdy shoe. The size was right on, too. Would highly recommend the Presidio.

It took a few days to break these in -- they come out of the box a little stiff, but now they're comfortable to wear 12-14 hours at a time, with good arch support. The best feature of most Keens is the wide toe box, and this shoe is an excellent example. I usually wear a 7.5, but ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. My feet stay dry on rainy days, but they're not overly hot, like some waterproof shoes can be. A high-quality product all-around!

Great shoes! They are my Winter Walking Keens (I have Summer Waking Keens, as well). Love these shoes!

The shoes arrived a day early and fit beautifully! No break in necessary. Lots of toe room and great arch support. Very comfortable for day-hiking on trails in the mountains.

I am a registered nurse in a busy burn unit and am on my feet for most of a thirteen hour shift, three times a week. I absolutely love these shoes. They are by far the best working shoes I have ever had. They are light and have good grip. They only took one busy shift to break in and are now formed to my feet. My feet no longer ache in the morning and has made sleep a lot easier. Keens have now become my new work shoe and hopefully will buy another pair just to wear for running errands.

The Keen Presidio, no matter what color, is an awesome shoe that makes my size 12 feet look small! I love them... they take a little to break in, but once they do, they are comfy and extremely durable, nearly indestructible with their impervious wrap around rubber sole. Kudos to Keen and Zappos, always my favorite shoe store!

I love these waterproof shoes! They are very comfortable. They were my every day shoes on a European trip with lots of walking in the winter. I have them in black and brown.

Good width, make my feet look smaller. The walnut does not appear to be flexible like the video shows. We are having nice weather so I have not worn them yet.

Here's another excellent pair of Keens. Wear them right out of the box to work and play and run around all day. Plenty of room for toe wiggling! The shoes aren't cheap but remember you get what you pay for. I'm a satisfied customer in that regard. And Zappos Free Shipping is fast!!!

This will be my favorite go-to shoe all during the Fall and Winter season. It has great support and fits my rural lifestyle perfectly while being nice enough to go to town.

I was looking for a shoe that would be great support for my feet for an 8 hour restaurant job, as well as hiking in the woods, plus some style (gotta have some!) and these shoes are amazing in all regards. I didnt feel like I had to break them in, and can easily wear them with or without socks. Great in cold weather too!

Sturdy, wide enough for my wide feet. Some arch support, but never enough; I use Arch Mold inserts. Tongue is a bit stiff, but I assume it will soften.

I love Presidios. This would have been my fifth pair. One thing I've noticed, however, is that sizing varies by color. Maybe they're made in different factories. This one was too short(and the next size up, too long, while the red ones (madder?) fit perfectly. The same thing happens with their sandals. Too bad. I loved this color but just not comfortable.

Love them! Light weight and fit my Fred Flinstone feet perfect. They run a bit wide and they could have a little more arch support, but still a great shoe.
