I am so happy to have found Zappos! My shoes arrived very quickly, and they are exactly as represented on the website. They have quickly become my favorite pair of shoes. Since I purchased these shoes, I have ordered several additional items from Zappos, and have been delighted with each one. And while it is unlikely that I will return any of them, it is very reassuring to know that I can easily do so, in a convenient and ho-hassle manner. Thanks, Zappos! You are the best!

A friend of mine recommended this Keen shoe to me; saying how comfortable & fun to wear they are. She was right! I ordered a pair right after we talked; on Wednesday before Christmas, & received them on Christmas eve. We get lots of snow in Iowa & I'm looking forward to not having to wear boots. I love these shoes!

The shoes were perfect. They are exactly what I was looking for. I bought them for my wife for Christmas and she loved them.

I'm a total Keen person! I love the roominess of them, the arch support, and the fact that you put them on and there is no break in period. They look a little unusual, so they make a statement. The Presidio is a great shoe and true to the Keen form and standard. I liked them so much I ordered them in both brown and black. They're great with jeans as well as khakis, and I wear them everywhere. I can't go wrong with these. They are highly recommend!

These shoes are just the greatest. I saw them in a friend\'s house and went right to Zappos. However, they run small so order a half size bigger than you would ordinarily. (I had to return the first pair.) They arrived just in time for the first big snow storm of the year and are perfect for slushy sidewalks. They\'re also comfortable for just casual wearing, but in the rain or snow is where I\'ll be very glad to have them. They were immediately comfortable with heavy socks.

Comfortable, quality shoes! These are great shoes for city walking. Cute and comfortable and they feel very durable. These are the first pair of shoes in a long time that I have not had to use extra arch support.

Love these shoes! Was having arch and Achilles pain, but no more. Awesome, sturdy platforms. Worth every penny!

I ordered Presidio based on the reviews that said it had a generous toe box and narrow heel - both true. The shoes were a little stiff at first and took several wearings to break in, but now are super comfortable! The arch is a little high for me, but overall I can say they give great support and I like the funky look.

Great shoe. It is good in wet weather. I can use it for walking, but I have bunions and an arch that needed extra support. For this reason I bought Superfeet (blue) from Zappos and inserted them to replace the inner footbed. That did the trick! I recommend that if the shoe is not quite comfortable enough at first. This works! I can wear this shoe walking now all day. There is plenty of room in the toe box, and I have excellent support. Because of this good result, I bought a second pair along with another Superfeet to insert.

This is my 4th pair of Keens, and I love them. I ordered this style especially hoping that the sole would have better traction on snow and slippery surfaces than the others that I own, and they do! The treads are more suitable for our Wisconsin winters and so far I love them.

I really like these shoes. They are roomy in the toe and quite comfortable to wear all day. The sole is stiff and they accommodate my orthotics well. I like the fact that the rubber comes up over the toe so that there's no chance of separating. Haven't had the opportunity to get them wet, but they look like they will hold up well in the rain.

I love this shoe! It gives me the support I need and feels like I am wearing an athletic shoe, but looks much better. The best part for me is that they carry it in my size, women's 12! Zappos is the best for customer service with their speedy delivery. I will only shop Zappos! Thanks!

I have several pair of Keen\'s but the Presidio is my favorite style, though all are comfortable. They all accomodate my orthodics very well. As always with Keen\'s buy a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear.

These shoes are awesome. When they arrived I put them on to try them out in the house. I couldn\'t believe it when three hours later I realized I still had them on; absolutely no \'break-in\' period needed. The wide toe box and narrow heel make for an unbelievably comfortable fit.

Zappos is a dream come true for folks in out of the way places. After several failed attempts I am delighted with this shoe. It would have taken weeks for me to find, try on, and return. All the shoes I tried first, but had to return. This shoe is perfect for an active senior woman with bunions and arthritis.

The Presidio is as close to a perfect fit as is possible with my feet. Great arch support and nice, roomy toe box. Can wear them either as they come, with the Keen footbed, or with my prescription orthotics. Have them in 3 colors, and hope Keen will make the same shoe in Spring/Summer shades, or even use the same fit with a little different style.

Wow, these are really comfortable and nice looking, too. I am taking into account that they are waterproof lace-ups great for Seattle winter.

These have been great shoes. They're cute and comfortable. I bought them because they have a removable foot bed so I could use my orthotics but so far, I haven't needed them. The shoes have good arch support and heel cushion. They are cut a little high around the ankle, but they broke-in quickly. My only complaint with Keens is that they run short, so I have to wear a half size larger which makes them a little loose overall. That said, I'll continue buying Keens because they have been (consistently) the most comfortable shoes I've found.

This is my second pair of this style so I felt confident about ordering online. The shoes were as expected with the bonus of a color I wasn't able to find in my local store. Love 'em.

Great shoes. I ordered my normal size and they fit just fine. The toe area seems roomy. I bought the walnut ones, but am considering also getting the black ones, as they are very comfortable and have good arch support.

These shoes are awesome. They fit well and have excellent support. I wore them in NYC, doing lots of walking and had no problems at all. I am considering getting another pair, in another color of course.

Keen Presidio are great shoes! I ordered the "Madder Brown" color. It's more like a brick red which can be worn with either black or brown and makes them very wardrobe-friendly, especially for travel. Many other reviews indicated that this shoe ran small, but my usual size (10) fit perfectly. I walked all around Boston in them for four days without breaking them in at all and they felt great! The toe area is nice and wide (though not too wide) and the arch support is excellent. I also ordered a Haiku purse, the To-Go Shoulder Bag in Bordeaux Red, for my trip and the color was a good match. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend these shoes. Not only are they comfortable, but they look nice, too!

I love these shoes! This is my third pair of Keen Presidios. I\'m on my feet a lot during the work day and these are great. The arch is good enough that I don\'t have to wear my orthotics. They do run slightly small so I order up a size. They also take a bit of time to stretch out a little. The only thing I really don\'t like is that if you wear them a lot and do a lot of walking, the soles do wear out.

My 10.5 black Keen Presidios are exactly what I wanted and expected. I had a pair of size 10 Keen Presidios, but surgery last summer to correct a bunion caused the straightened big toe to graze the underside of the end of the shoe. The half size increase, because the oxford style shoe allows me to cinch down the shoe for a snug fit, is perfect. The full toe box and, again the lace-up oxford styling, allows me to comfortably insert custom orthotics that improve the moderate arch support designed into the shoe. I choose to wear these shoes for comfort, when others might choose to wear a sneaker or running-style shoe. They are fashionable, durable, and don't show wear readily. I'd hoped to replace my existing red Keens with another pair of red ones, but those were not available in size 10.5. The black is quite attractive, and has a decidedly blue cast. Zappos, as always, delivered top notch service. Easy-to-order, prompt delivery, all the way to Alaska! When it comes to my feet, I'm like the princess and the pea: The shoe must fit precisely and feed my need to be hip. These Keen Presidios and Zappos delivered.
