These shoes fit true to size. Great Arch support and comfortable from the git go. Bought the black, but returned for the madder brown, which is really a rusty/maroon/red/brown. I like it a lot. Only thing is the ankle rubs a little on my right foot, but I think it will soften up with wear. I wanted something to wear with jeans that was cute and comfortable. Keen has the wide toe box which is always roomy and comfy.

This is my 4th pair of Keens. These, like all the others, are instantly comfortable! They run about a 1/2 size small but that too is consistent. A great shoe if you plan on doing a lot of walking but don't want to wear sneakers.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and these are the ones I kept. Wore them around the house all day and they did not feel like new shoes. Very comfortable. Stylish also.

I have been a fan of Keens for years as I am a nurse and my feet feel great after 8 hours on these shoes. I bought these for trip to Alaska and was not disappointed as total comfort after all day.

Keen shoes are always comfortable right out of the box. No real break-in time required. I love it.

Fantastic shoes. I wore these shoes through Scotland for 12 days after very little breaking in time. If you need to pack light, I recommend this shoe. It went from day to the Pubs with jeans or trousers at night. My foot never got wet and it rained nearly everyday.

I love Zappos and I love Keens! I bought these shoes for work, but they are great for walking the trails, too. They work so well with my problem wide feet, I'm very happy with them.

These are the best shoes ever. I have owned six or seven pairs over the years, in different colors, and I end up wearing them to pieces. With Keens, there is no breaking in period and they are nice looking shoes. The only criticism I have is that they do fade a bit after time. This has happened with all of the colors. It doesn't affect the performance though.

I had already worn out one pair of these shoes and was delighted to find them on Zappos. They are very comfortable, keep feet dry in wet weather, and are great for general hiking or for hours of city walking. This is my first experience with this company and I am very happy with their level of customer service, their return policy, and their method of keeping the customer informed at each stage of the transaction. I will probably start buying all my shoes from them.

I have 60-year old feet [not a pretty sight or condition!] and have 3 pairs of this shoe in different colors. Though they run small, the right size coupled with good socks provide ample room in the toe box and stability and protection for miles and miles of walking. They are a great look with jeans as well...you are never too old for Keen!

I just bought my second pair of these shoes. I wear them to work, run errands, or go out when I'm dressed casually. They are durable and handle varying weather conditions well. I wore my first pair for a year and realized I needed a new pair when I started to feel slight knee pain. I ordered a new pair and the pain immediately went away. I guess I just wore the first pair so much, I wore them out!

Awesome shoe, once you put it on, you don't want to take these shoes off. Great arch support.

These shoes are really well made. They provide excellent arch support without being pillow-y and squishy like athletic shoes; which helps keep your foot cool. The sole is flexible and light while being supportive and strong. This is the perfect shoe for pounding around on concrete floors or sidewalks. The water resistant leather really is water resistant and the finish on the leather keeps it looking nice through a lot of abuse. Simply rub your finger across any blemish and it disappears.

I have been wearing Keen's for a long time. The Presidio is probably one of the best and most comfortable shoes I have even had on my feet. Just bought a second pair of black because my first pair is slowly wearing out.

I broke my foot in August of 2010 and since then have had a hard time finding shoes that I can wear comfortably. I finally found my first pair of Keens and instantly fell in love with them. The more I wore them, the more I loved them so when it was time for a new pair of shoes, guess what I bought...yep, new pair of Keens. And to top it off, I found Zappos which has a super easy website and got them to me super fast. Highly recommend both.

Love these shoes. I have a pair. I bought these for my daughter. She works in a grocery store and is on her feet all day. These are so comfortable and also give good support. Keens are awesome!

I love these shoes. I walked all over New York City after their major 12" snow storm and had warm, dry feet with plenty of traction.

Totally terrific shoes! Super comfy, wore them all day right out of the box. I usually must wear sneakers to achieve comfort but these stylish shoes did the trick.

I am 69 years old with tired, problem feet. The Keen Presidio felt comfortable from the first time I put them on! I can wear them all day & still feel comfortable at the end of the day. They are perfect for me! And I find Zappos to be the perfect place to shop for shoes. The selection is extensive, the service is speedy & marvelous, and the whole experience is just the most satisfactory ever!

Keen does it again. I really am impressed by the leather work on this shoe. Very lightweight, as well.

Fantastic shoes! The insoles in these shoes are removable, very sturdy, and supportive for a normal foot. Professionally measured, I measure 8 narrow. I have high arches and require full foot custom orthotics to protect the damaged metatarsal area on my feet. Because my orthotics take up extra space inside shoes, I require a medium width shoe for the toe box, but then the heel is usually too wide. But, because these shoes lace up, they fit my narrow heel with my inserted custom orthotics. Heel collar is padded and comfortable. The Presidio shoe is constructed like a cycling shoe and hiking and trail and walking shoe - very supportive, sturdy, stabilizing and durable. Your feet stay in place for proper body alignment. For the first time in years, I recently walked a Level 2 hiking trail without any pain or discomfort! Shoes are cute with boot-cut jeans, athletic wear and casual pants or shorts. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality and construction. This is the only shoe for my feet that I can honestly rate with 5 Stars.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I don't have a car and walk everywhere, and I wore the first pair down after a couple winters. The only issue is, they are rather roomy, so I put a pad under the tongue (which I got at a good shoe store) and it keeps my foot from sliding around. I also put my orthotics in these shoes and they are comfortable.

Very good choice. Bought for trip to NYC. Did exactly what I needed them to do - survived being on feet all day and night.
