I love these shoes! I have 4 pairs and will order more. I have had foot surgery and these shoes are the most comfortable ones I own. My foot does not hurt after wearing them all day. Thank you Zappos for your great service!

These shoes are exactly like the Toyah's (with exception of styling on the sides) that I ordered to try at the same time. I am flat-footed and pronate a good deal, so I appreciated the arch support in both shoes. However, in the Presidio there seemed to be more "roll-over", so I suppose less support, than in the Keen Toyah. I could feel more room on the outside of my foot (due to my flat feet) in this shoe, so I'm sending it back. It's a great shoe, however, in its construction and quality. I'm shopping for shoes to do lots of walking in Europe so I wanted to make sure they fit 100%.

This style shoe was made for my foot since I require a wider toe box because of my bunions. I did order half size bigger then my normal running shoes. Presidio fit perfect right out of the box. I wish I could get a slip proof, oil resistant womens work shoe with laces, in this same design.

Great shoe, but I have to return them. I chose the wrong size. I'm a 7.5 in some brands and 7 in others. I went with the 7.5 in the Keen - oops. The toe box was too big as well as the heel. Oh, well, I'm still a Keen fan.

These shoes are comfy and good for my feet. (I need a shoe with good support.) My only complaint is they slip off my heel a bit. Would buy again.

For ladies with large feet (I wear a size 12): When I took these shoes out of the box, I did a double take. They looked so so small! But when I tried them on, they fit perfectly. These are optical illusion shoes. Unlike many shoes, which make my feet look even longer, these make them look smaller. My mom said the same thing. Love these shoes!!!!

Love my Keens! They fit like a shoe and act like a boot. Durable and great support. I bought these right before I broke my ankle 3 months ago. So I was only able to wear the left one since then. It was perfect for the cast too. Put me at an even level and made my limp less. Not that I recommend you buy them just in case you break you ankle! But I Just got my air cast off yesterday and got to put on the right shoe (still brand new) for the first time. I was shocked that you can't even tell which one I had been wearing the whole time! My Mom has used Zappos longer than I have and she talked me into ordering my Keen Presidios from here after my local store quit carrying them - glad she did! They came right away and are true to fit. I also ordered Keen boots which were a little tight at first but are stretching out nicely. My mom is a Keen addict and now so am I!

I love these shoes because they fit my feet perfectly (my 2nd & 3rd toes are longer than my big toe). They are casual. I wear them every day with jeans, etc.

Ordered my first pair and trekked comfortably all over Paris for two weeks in them. Came home and ordered two more pair..now have red, brown, black/grey. I usually wear an 8.5. Wear an 8 in these. I usually wear an orthotic, not needed in these. The arch support is perfect for me. It's a little bit like magic that they work with both thin socks and with wool socks! The red pair are now 2 1/2yrs old and beginning to show a bit of wear. Before my recent retirement from work, I wore a pair for my daily, 2 mile, walk to work with nary a problem. I still walk daily in them.

This is my all-time favorite comfortable shoe. I am on my feet all day as an art teacher and this style is artful with asymmetrical lines and contrasting stitching. I wish that you would offer more colors. My old red ones need replacing!

Very comfortable shoes, I ran all around Boston in them with virtually no break in period. Cute too, I received many compliments!

Got my pair of Keen Presidio yesterday and for the first time in at least well over a year, I can walk without pain. These shoes are just fabulous and worth every penny. My weight is no longer on my toes or the front of my feet, but evenly distributed. The shoe gives me plenty of toe room which was my main concern. My pups are going to be happy when I get home tonight and will be able to walk them in comfort. Thanks Zappos. By the way, I ordered these shoes on Wednesday and they were delivered Thursday. I don't know how you guys do it. Great company with great customer service. Happy New Year.

I was introduced to the Keen brand and I have not stopped buying Keen. I think I have at least 25 paird. I love the Presidio with jeans and I have it in brown. I would love the Silverstone, but they were out. I can wear these shoes all day and my feet are happy. I can say that about very few brands. So buy these with confidence and you too will become a Keen lifetime member.

I am completely in love with these shoes. I have wide feet (I can't wear M width for most brands) and these are perfect for me, even with thick socks. With thinner socks they bite a bit at the back of my heel, but I suspect that will go away as I break them in. I wore them on a long walk in (a thin layer of) snow, and my feet stayed warm and dry. I got the "madder brown" color but it's more like a deep red than a brown, in my opinion. They look great with jeans and with black pants. I would recommend ordering a half size up; I normally wear an 8 but in this shoe the 8.5 worked better for me.

Love these shoes! I find very few shoes that don't make my feet ache, so glad I bought these. Great support, toe box is very roomy. Athletic shoe comfort with 'style'.

This is my 3rd pair of Keens. They are so comfortable. I need a wide toe box and these really fill the bill. Love!

Extremely comfortable, warm and waterproof. Great for the trek to the office or grocery store. Sort of funny-looking, but cute in a way. Husband hates them, but he'll get over it! For a wide foot, nothing could be better.

Keen's were just made for those of us with wider feet! These shoes are great for walking around town. They are comfortable and supportive at the same time. Thanks Keen for making my feet happy!

Hi! I love these shoes! I was concerned they'd be borderline "old lady looking" shoes, sorry :) But they are so very comfortable, even after wearing them for 8-10 hours at work. I am being treated for plantar fasciitis in one of my feet and my podiatrist suggested a Keen trail running shoe. I wanted to go with a shoe that would look nice for work, not so "athletic" looking. I'm almost 40 and I HAVE to take care of my feet. I no longer wear 4in high heels so I can look fashionably cute, but in lots of foot pain and discomfort. It's all about comfort now, baby! I'm taking care of my feet! I read the reviews for the Presidio, ordered it in a half size larger, as most of the reviews suggested, and I LOVE them. I normally wear size 10 so I got 10 1/2. The problem I have been having is once I get home and take off my other shoes after a long day, my feet hurt terribly for just a moment as I make that first step with my shoes off. With these, I have been having no issues, and I've had them for a week. I am waiting for my custom orthotics so that should make them even more comfortable, but they seem to have the support I need without them. I plan on purchasing the red and the brown ones too! These shoes are the most comfortable pair in my closet. With the wide toe box and the arch support - they are like heaven to wear. Love them!

I absolutely love these shoes! I am on my feet all day long and these shoes give me the comfort and support that I need. I do not feel like I need to take them off the minute that I get home! The shoes are cute, typical Keen style! I had to return the first pair that I wore for about two weeks because the darn left shoe squeaked like a mouse with every step I took. Zappos kindly took them back and sent me another pair at no charge. Now that is customer service at its finest! Good job, Zappos!

Love these shoes. Great wide toe box, look good (even in a women's size 12) and I was able to put them on with comfort from Day 1. I've hiked with them and walked country roads with them. Friends have even commented on how cute they are...cute? Really? In a size 12? I'll take it! It's my first pair of Keen's but not my last as long as they offer larger sizes. And Zappos...of course...always fast and terrific.
