I really like these shoes. They are comfortable. I wear them for work. I am not on my feet all day, but I do have joint problems and needed something that was comfortable and supportive but also looked professional enough to be at work (I had been getting by wearing sneakers for a while). I have been very pleased. I was also happy to find that my physical therapist approved of these shoes. She has a multi-step test she puts all shoes through and these came out well. I have a pair in the black and the lighter brown and feel they are some of the best shoes I have owned. I would totally make this purchase again.

Great shoe. I have wide feet and this shoe has a nice wide toe box plus great arch support. Wonderful for sightseeing--including a four hour walking tour in Berlin!

This is my third pair of Presidio Keen shoes. They are, beyond a doubt, the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I have a high arch and a very wide foot and these shoes even fit me! Sometimes I wear orthopedic inserts; so I can take the Keen inserts out to use them. My sister has "normal" feet and works on a cement floor and she said that her feet are not hurting even when she gets home from work.

Fantastic shoes! This is my second pair of Keen lace-ups, and once again, they immediately prove their worth. These shoes were purchased for a sightseeing trip that called for a lot of walking and standing on hard surfaces. These shoes kept my feet comfortable the entire trip, especially with the wide toe box. For those using orthotics and/or those with high arches, plan to remove the insoles that come with the shoes. I tried wearing the orthotics on top of the insoles, however found that to be too snug for my high arches. On an aesthetic note... You'd be surprised how well the grey Presidio color goes with your entire wardrobe! I did not expect that as the grey looks dull at first, but is actually very versatile.

I love these shoes. I wore them everyday while on vacation. I must have walked several miles per day, not to mention having to run and catch trains! These shoes do not disappoint! I was torn between the 10 and 10½. Eventually I settled on the larger size just in case. I have no regrets!

Bought these a week before 3week trip to Italy, where we planned to do a lot of hiking. For years I have been using super feet arch supports in closed shoes. Not needed with these. Great arch support, wide toe and narrow heel, no slipping, great traction on challenging, washed-out trails in Cinque Terre. Also, fit in well walking around Florence and Rome, not so sneaker looking. All around great shoe. Thanks Zappos for your quick and great service.

I love the comfort of these shoes, arch support, cushion, style. I recently heard of Keen. I needed an excellent walking shoe to use for 3 weeks in Europe this June. I've been struggling with ball of foot pain - metatarsalgia. I feared not having the right shoe. These feel amazing! I wear 9-9 1/2. I got 9 1/2. I have a wide foot. I love that my toes finally feel comfortable! I go the grey, which I typically would go tan or brown, but I think the color is perfectly neutral for pants, shorts and capris. I love Zappos excellent response time & policies. Would highly recommend both Keen and Zappos to friends.

These are very comfortable shoes. They are wider in the toe area. This is my second pair of Keens that are waterproof. The only downfall is that I wore them for two weeks now, and the left shoe squeeks when I walk. I am hoping that Zappos will exchange them for new pair.

These shoes are very comfortable. My feet are somewhere between a 7 and a 7.5 shoe size. I originally ordered a size 7.5, but had to send it back for size 7. The size 7 shoes fit well and have good support.

This is not my first pair of keen shoes, and I love them all. They are comfortable and they are acceptable business casual attire so I can wear them to work.

These are exceptional comfortable shoes; wonderfully wide "Keen" toe, footbed holds the foot in proper placement...can wear all day, walk for miles, and my feet and legs feel great!

I've owned at least 10 pairs of Keen shoes, and the Presidios are my favorites. They are sturdy, comfortable, and stylish. I usually bike or walk to work, and can put miles of walking on these a day. The uppers are pretty bulletproof; I usually wear out the soles first. They are the best fitting shoes I've owned. They have great arch support and are true to size. I bought the gray in my most recent pair and have received tons of compliments on them. I wasn't sure if I'd like the contrasting stitching, but it's subtle and definitely adds some style. I wish they came in more imaginative colors - I'd buy another pair or two.

I like these shoes. They're sturdy, stylish and comfortable. I wanted a black walking type shoe. I don't wear these for exercise walking, but they are good for casual walking. For me, Keen's run short, I wear a size 6 1/2 and discovered I needed a 7. My orthotics fit these shoes and give me plenty of support. The shoes are stiffer than my walking shoes and I had to "break them in." Don't try to wear them for an extended period right away.

I think this is an attractive, quality shoe. I do believe they run a half size small which is why I am returning them. They are comfortable right out of the box.

Nice wide toe space, excellent arch support. Feels just a bit longer than an 8, but with the right socks is very comfortable. On my feet most of the day at work, this shoe is a winner. This shoe replaced a Keen that I wore out after 3 years.

Love these shoes! They are my everyday shoe. I had a pair of Keens that lasted me well over 5 years and had to replace them. I was sad that the same model was not around, but this one was the closest. Not disappointed at all! These are super cute and comfortable.

I work at a job where I'm standing/walking on concrete floors all day. These are very comfortable shoes for my poor flat feet. I also like the look of these, because they can go with almost any type of wardrobe. I will forever be a Keen supporter, as I have 3 different styles right now and want more in the future.

I just bought my 2nd pair of Presidios, my 7th pair of Keens, and I just don't think there's a more comfortable all-around shoe out there. My old Presidios are about 2 years old and starting to show some miles, because I wear them just about every day for 3 seasons (then switch to my Keen sandals for the summer). I'm on my feet all day at work, and try to go for a good walk a few times a week, plus walking the dog, etc. -- all of it in these shoes. They're cute in a funky sort of way, but the real appeal for me is the comfort. Definitely worth the price.

Love these shoes. My feet hurt in most shoes due to arthritis but I took these on a walking tour in Belgium and the comfort level was fantastic.

When I first got these shoes, they seemed enormous and clunky--sizing down half a size helped. Since then, I've overcome any doubts I had about these shoes' looks by falling in love with their comfort and versatility. I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day at work and never have foot pain or back pain when wearing them. I've also worn them hiking and they kept my feet stable and dry, which was quite a feat with all the mud that day--which, incidentally, washed right off so I could wear them to work again the next day. Love these shoes, and would buy them again, though I think they'll hold up for a long while.

This is my first pair of Keens, and I'm only sorry I waited so long to buy a pair! I got the Walnut, because I loved the contrast between the dark brown leather and red stitching, plus the all-black outsole. They're cute in person and work well with jeans, khakis, cords--most things, really. I saw a number of other reviewers mention that these shoes run small, but I didn't find that to be the case. (Maybe previous years' models did?) I wear a size 7.5 in most other brands (New Balance is the brand I wear most often) and the 7.5 Keens fit me perfectly. They do run wide, which is ideal for my feet. They're also very supportive and comfortable, which makes them great for walking around the city all day or for light hiking in the woods. One thing I noticed about these shoes is that they *look* smaller than they actually are. I don't know if it's a sort of optical illusion due to the black wrap-around outsole plus the curve of the shoe, but when I took these out of the box I initially thought to myself there was no way they'd fit. Then when I had them on all I could think was that they made my feet look tiny, and my husband made the same comment when he saw me wearing them for the first time. I guess that could be either a plus or a minus, depending on your personal preference, but I thought it was interesting.

Bought these for work where I am on my feet. Feet and legs feel much better when wearing these shoes.

I love these shoes! I work in the produce department of a grocery store where I am on my feet for 8 hours and get very wet and dirty. My feet stay dry with these shoes and I feel like I can stomp around the store comfortably and with ease. They are a great fit!

The Presidio looked like it had the same footbed and sole as the Toyah, which I have bought in the past. It has! I got the same fit (Keen's are a little wide for me but with a lace-up that's not a problem). The anatomical footbed is perfect for me and I don't even have to wear my orthotics with these shoes (I have had plantar fasciitis and have a heel spur on one foot). The roomy toe box doesn't press on the bonespur I have at the base of a big toe (hallux rigidus). The style is somewhat bulky for my taste, but it is great for casual wear.
