This water shoe felt comfortable right out of the box. Sort of think it is ugly but it is a water/hiking shoe.

Now enjoying them for the fifth summer. Used for hiking, water wear, gardening, everyday use. They wear exceedingly well--no signs of wear on the uppers, and only slight wearing of the soles. About to get another pair for a trip to Southeast Asia. Have recommended them to several friends who are also well satisfied.

These sandals are great! They are so comfortable. I wore them for the majority of the last year until it got too cold-then I ordered another pair of Keens shoes for winter.

Bought these sandals for my fiance in anticipation of our beach honeymoon. They DID run a 1/2 size small, but we ordered the next size up and they were perfect. He was delighted with the style, but even better is that they are SO comfortable! He wore them to NYC for the first wearing and we walked ALL day. The shoes were incredibly comfortable!

Love the Keens! I wear them everyday and are great for walks, dirt, rainy weather, trails...gives the benefit of a closed toe shoe, but with sandal qualities. Feet do tend to sweat more than anticipated (*gross, but important to communicate).

These sandals are awesome. I workout, hike, run and hang out in these shoes. I was looking for a shoe I can take to Hawaii and not have to take 3 different kinds of shoes. These are light weight and comfortable. I have a really wide foot and these sandals are perfect on my feet. Thanks Zappos for having these Keen shoes.

There's only a few times in life where you buy a shoe that you're excited to wear. These Keens are great! I would say they maybe cover too much of the foot, thus a tad bit warm. Other then that this is a great sandal!

These were purchased for my husband to wear on a trips to the Galapagos Islands. The toe protected saved his toes from getting smashed on a couple of occasions. He found the shoes extremely comfortable though he had to use a half size up from his regular shoes size.

Bought these sandals for a two-week fishing trip on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast in mid-Feb. They were true to size, very comfortable to wear, good arch and side to side support, and had great traction on wet decks. It was very hot and humid near the Panama border, I wore the Keens every day, all day, they never felt hot, and they never took on an unpleasant odor. Only thing that bothered me was some chafing on the outside of the tops of my feet from the straps; it looked like sunburn stripes but I always sunblocked my feet. No big deal. I’ve had chafing with every pair of sandals and boat shoes I’ve ever worn down there without socks (this was my fifth trip). Friction on bare, tender skin in the tropics can cause inflammation in a hurry. I treated the stripes with antibiotic ointment and it never got so bad that I considered wearing socks. Again, a well-designed, comfortable sandal with good support. Follow-up note: it wasn’t chafing. Two months later now and I’ve still got faint stripes. Somehow I either missed applying sunblock, or in putting on the sandals I managed to rub it off. This isn’t a problem related to the sandal or its design. It’s wearer-doofus related.

We love these and own many athletic Keen shoes. they last few many seasons and take a beating. Best products on the market.

I love Keens! My 3 boys (13, 11, 6) can run, bike, rip stik, play basketball, AND explore the stream... all in the same pair of shoes. They are perfect. I love Crocs also, but these are in no danger of flying off your feet or breaking. Also, Zappos.com rocks... order today, receive tomorrow. Next best thing to instant gratification.

Got a pair of these in ‘05. No lie, I threw them out after last summer (‘09). They stood up to everyday wear all over the city. Just threw ‘em in the washer every month. (They have a tendency to pick up and keep any foot odor you may have... hence the wash cycles...) Work, play, casual - they were awesome. Picking up two pair this summer.

Purchased these shoes prior to a 21 mile canoe trip with hiking. I looked for alternatives because of the costs of the shoes, but still ended up making the purchase. These shoes are very functional for rafting/canoeing/camping/hiking combinations. They stay on in the water, dry quick, and transition well for this type of excursion. Shoes are comfortable dry and wet. Turns out that half the river guides on the trip wear Keen shoes, which was a positive endorsement of the purchase. The shoes worked out so well that next rafting trip I’ll purchase Keen shoes for the rest of the family. As a side note... they also look cool!

These sandals are great. Both my husband and I have them and it is all we wore in Hawaii. On the beach, in the water, shopping, dining, etc!

This is my second pair of Keen H2's. (The airline lost my first pair.) These are great; I use them for kayaking, hiking, and fishing. They're comfortable all day long. And Zappo's policy of free shipping and returns made up my mind to buy from them.

Zappos delivered the Keen Newport H2 in the color and size I needed very quickly. The price was about average for this shoe. I wore them from Vermont to Vieques P.R. and all the way back. Did a lot of walking and hiking on vacation with the Newport H2s and the more I wore them the more comfortable they became (at first they were a bit tight, I thought I might have to exchange for another size). They are very good quality.

This has been a great shoe for my husband. Much nicer than a flip flop and goes well with shorts or jeans/khakis. Also nice for after triathlon to give feet a break. True to size.

Great sandals. My wife liked hers so much, we bought a pair for the whole family. Our kids love theirs, too.

Very comfortable, good arch support; love that toe protector. Perfect for day hikes or just around town. They're sized to be worn without socks.

I had trouble finding the width (EE) I needed and after consultation with one of reps online, I had come to the conclusion that I would have to go a half size larger than the recommended size (from 12 1/2 to 13 to compensate for any width issues). The shoe fits great.

Great Sandals! They are so comfortable and really keep your feet from sliding around. They are made really well also and seem like they would hold up for a while. Zappos did a great job too. Shipped next day and received the day after that.

I have a wide short foot and had to order the next size up from what I typically wear in order for these to fit; however, once I got the right size, I’m never going to give these up! I’m sold on Keen shoes. My wife and I recently went on a Caribbean cruise and I lived in these without give them my usual break-in treatment. They felt as if I’d been born with them on. Fantastic fit, support, and comfort. My only comment is that walking on sand is a pain because sand does get trapped in the toe. No problem though, because the shoes wash out very easily in the surf. Wow, I’ve never been so pleased with a pair of footwear ever! You’ll not regret your purchase.

Great, all purpose, comfortable shoes. Took them to Mexico with me where it rained non-stop for a couple of days. These are the only shoes I had with me that did not get soaked up beyond being able to wear!

I bought these for my husband and me for our trip to Hawaii. We LIVED in them. they are light, extremely comfortable, waterproof, and have a protective toe feature that we found most helpful. We went from walking on the beach to climbing very rocky hill trails without a thought. However, buy a half size larger than your normal size. This was advice from a friend, and it held true for both of us. We can't wait for summer to wear them again.

First time buyer of Keen sandals. I have a pair of the Keen Kelowna Slip Ons. Love that shoe! Not many brands offer size 15. The fit on the H2 is spot on in length and width. The shoe looks and feel great. I bought this pair for an upcoming bareboat cruise in the BVI, so I have worn them quite a bit to get ready. I am very pleased as this will be my everyday shoe/sandal/boat shoe. Zappos is my number one shoe place.
