This show does run 1/2 size small, as other reviewers have said. I've never had a problem with Keen running small, so I ordered my regular size. That was a mistake. I've returned the shoe. This is a little bother because I was hoping to wear it on an upcoming trip :( Will read reviews more carefully next time. The style, though, is really sharp, there was just enough arch support for me and I would have ordered a 9 instead of the 8.5, but it was not available in that size.

looks cool and fit well, except in the toe box. made my toes "fall asleep" support seemed to be spot on!

Cute cute cute but too narrow for me

I really wanted this shoe to fit, as it is my style of shoe. Unfortunately, the heel is cut quite low and slips when walking. My regular size is a 9, but the nine was too small (1/2 size). So I ordered the 9 1/2, but it still slipped on my heel. Thanks to Zappos' policy, I was able to return without burning up all my money on shipping!

Takes awhile, but good shoe - I have always really liked Keens and the Jasper shoe is nice. However, it is still taking awhile for them to break in. They are good shoes for style and walking, but I wouldn't recommend wearing them for a hike. The end of the tongue near the toes were a bit crinkled and hard to smooth out. Aside from that, not bad.

Not much padding! When people say these shoes are very light, they are not kidding. That said, they also have very little support when you remove the footbed and wear them with orthotics (which is what I have to do). I also wasn't crazy about the laces that went all the way down to the toe. I usually love Keens, but I returned these shoes.

These shoes were stiff and uncomfortable for Keen's (which are usually out-of-the-box comfy) and the fit was sloppy wide for the style.

This Keen shoe is super cute and I really liked th4 style and color. But, the toe box was narrower than usual for Keen, and it felt about 1/2 -1- size too short, length wise. So this was a return.

These are strange-looking shoes. I love Keen shoes and have several pairs, but these are a bit "out there" for me. And, there's a piece of leather at the end of the laces, inside the shoe, that I know will cause immediate blisters for me. The toe box is small. So, back they go.

I had to return these! I love Keens, but I found the Jaspers to be less supportive than my other pairs. I want to replace my 4-year old pair of Keen Briggs with a new style, but maybe I should stick with the classic. The Jaspers had less arch support, and the sides of the shoe were shapeless and not supportive-- like wearing a balloon! They also felt a half-size too small, although the toe box was wide and comfortable.
