Great shoes but I shy away from wearing them because I basically have to wear either thick socks or two pairs of socks. I felt like they fit good at first, but maybe as they broke in, they got larger and my heel is consistently popping out of the shoe. I honestly feel like my 11.5 is a 12.5 size. They feel enormous on my feet.

Worn out in 60 days walking 25 minutes each way to office. Hole in heel.

Straight out of the box, they were very comfortable and felt like they were already broken in. Unfortunately, my heels were slipping out with every step. I will return them and have already purchased another pair half a size smaller.

I like the shoe, it took me a long time to get it. I normally buy a shoe every 3 years and I am glad I got this one. It was a bit narrow though, I might have to select a wide one next time.

These shoes are comfortable and held up to me walking 10 plus miles a day while in Japan for 3 weeks. I already owned a pair in brown and wanted a black pair before I left. The heels tend to get soft rather quickly but I attribute that to my lack of using a shoe horn. Easy to slip on and off so they worked great for travel. They may not last as long as some of my other expensive shoes but for what I paid I can\'t complain.

This style of shoe is very narrow. Even though I ordered my size in W (wide), as soon as I opened the box, it was obvious that even though the label said wide, it was narrow than a normal D width. Could not even get them on my feet. Sent back. I do appreciate that Zappos has easy return policy.

Bought these as a gift for my 80 yr old father, he's Very pleased with them.

Feels good. The fit is perfect. Rubs a little on the right outside ankle, but it's been a while since I wore shoes like this. Overall, great purchase.

I have wore this shoe for years. They always fit well and wear good. I wear them all the time and buy 2 pair a year. Zappos makes it easy and they arrived quickly. Only thing I would suggest is packing around the shoe box inside the shipping box. Otherwise great job.

These shoes fit great and go well with my business casual work attire and when I wear jeans. Probably will order a brown pair in the near future after I see how these break in.

These are honestly a very well made pair of shoes. I have literally just ordered and subsequently returned 5 other pairs of shoes of similar styling but ranging from $75-$250 . These surprisingly were the best fitting and most comfortable. Highly recommended.

These shoes were bought for my brother. He lives and works overseas and had a pair of Dockers that he bought the last time he was in the USA - over a year ago. His pair had been subjected to a lot of wear, were still comfortable, but had seen better days. He insisted that he had to have good leather shoes for work. When he saw this pair at Zappos he was adamant about getting a pair - even though his size was out of stock. I ordered half a size larger and hoped for the best. When they arrived and he put them on and walked about a big smile lit up his face and he said, "These are a keeper!" Thank You!!!

These were a bit stiff when I first got them but loosened up and are very comfortable the more i wear them. Good support and feel - highly recommended.
