I purchased these shoes for work, and loved them when I tried them on at home. As I was walking to the train the next morning, the top strap broke. I had 'floppy strap' all day at work, which is no good. Thank goodness for great returns and free shipping back. Low quality, great look.

Go up if you are between sizes. That being said, these have no cushioning and appear to be cheaply made and of poor materials. They bend and pinch in all the wrong places. Cute, but going back.

I love these shoes. Unfortunately they run really small. I wear a size 12 so I had to return them because they don't come any larger. Very disappointed!

I can't really say how it would fit; I ordered a half size larger than usual and I couldn't even get the shoe on my foot! It seemed a bit flimsy, as well.

Worst shoes ever! I am usually a size 8 and have a narrow foot, but based on reviews, I ordered a half size up. I tried, I really tried to like these shoes! They were so uncomfortable, even after wearing a few times...terrible purchase and waste of money!

Bought these shoes for my daughter for her wedding. They were beautiful, but they smell bad. For some reason there are shoes that the product they make the sole and heal from gives off a horrible smell. I am sending these back. I have had a pair that had this smell and had to throw them away.

Very, very small. Never wear larger than a 9 and can't even get foot in this shoe in size 9. Good looking but can't wear with missed sizing.

Cute shoe, but the sole started to come unglued after one wear. The glue itself was visible around the sole when I first opened the box, as if it was sloppily applied. Also, the shoes (or the glue used on the soles) have a very strong smell that filled my closed and my office. I actually had someone asked me, while I was wearing the shoes at work, if I recently was around a campfire. Overall, these shoes are just not well-made.

I love the look of these shoes and they are comfortable too. However, I'm returning them because they emit a horrible chemical odor. I tried everything to get rid of the smell and nothing worked.

The leather splits on both sides of shoe at the place by the ball of your foot where the feet bend while you walk.

Felt like Cindy's stepsister. Way too small. I am almost always a size 7, sometimes even a 6 1/2 Euro. This size 7 shoe was so small! Plus, the leather is really cheap looking. Pass on this one.

Okay, so I appreciate Gabriella Rocha making "wide" shoes for people like us with duck feet. I'm a size 5 1/2 Wide and I can never find shoes that fit. However, my definition of "wide" and Gabriella Rocha's definition seem to be totally different. This was the 3rd Gabriella Rocha shoe I've tried in so called "wide" and like the first two times, my feet do not even slip in the shoes. If that is "wide", I am scared what regular size shoes would be like. So after 3 tries, I've learned my lesson. If you have wide duck feet like me, do not buy Gabriella Rocha shoes, even if it's labeled wide because they are not wide! Also, the shoes are cute but had cheap plasticy smell to it and looked cheaply made.

Love these shoes. However, the sizing is a bit off. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7. I had to order an 8 for these to fit properly. Other than that, LOVE!

I bought these in nude patent and pink. These shoes are very comfy and have just one issue. I found that while they fit, the straps didn't have enough holes to buckle snugly. Just popped a hole in the strap...easy to do...and away I went. So...very comfy, very stylish and versatile.

Really beautiful in color, texture, shape. I danced for about 3 hours before the pain set in - but I am not used to such high heels. If you are, you should be fine!

I purchased the red patent which turns out to be a little brighter red than the picture. However, the size is true and the style is easy to wear. Will be an asset to anyone's wardrobe.

I bought this shoe for a special occasion and found it quite comfortable since I'm normally a boot or tennis shoe type person (nurse with horses in Wyoming). I thought the straps really dressed it up. I normally wear a size 8 medium, but in this shoe I needed the 8.5 Med. I really didn't know what size I'd wear and I wasn't sure if I'd want black or nude for my dress, so I ordered 8's and 8.5 in several styles in both colors. The return process with Zappos was very easy and they were quick to refund my credit card. Loved the whole process.

Cute shoe, great color (I got the teal). The straps are very thin and hard to adjust. I wore them to church, got lots of compliments but couldn't wait to get home to take them off! I will definitely keep them and break them in some more.

Surprisingly comfortable, considering that they are quite high (part of my point in purchasing them - wanted some Mary Janes with higher heels). I wear a true 8 medium, and that's how they fit. The double band is also really cute - I'm very happy with these shoes.

I love these shoes - they truly live up to their name. The mobility, stability, and comfort for a heel of this size are almost unparalleled. I have worn them polka dancing (what can I say, it is the Midwest), swing dancing and even salsa dancing. I never felt like I was going to turn my ankle, and after hours of dancing did not feel like I wanted to cut my feet off. Plus - they are so cute - really a fantastic buy. I normally wear a 9. I purchased a 9W and 9.5 regular (thanks Zappos for free returns) because of reported size issues. I went with the 9W. While they were initially a bit snug, they have stretched ever so slightly and are perfect. Thanks again for these shoes!

These shoes look great on, they do run a little small so be aware of that. The heels are pretty high, and the slope of the shoe is pretty steep, so keep that in mind. I love them so much, but can't imagine wearing them for hours and hours. They will be great for nights out and special events.

I had been unsuccessfully looking for a pair of heels with a strap and closed toe to wear with a navy ball gown for several months. The day before the event, I was told to order from Zappos. I had the perfect shoes the next day for a very good price. I am technologically challenged and received fabulous assistance in getting these shoes.

I really like these shoes. I bought them for work and they are comfortable enough to wear all day. I usually prefer a stiletto heel. This one is sleek and high enough to give the sex appeal I like. The one thing I can for see going wrong with these shoes is that the straps might break because they are so thin. But the double strap looks really cute for now!
