Do not buy these shoes! I run on average about 4-5 miles a day and I thought these shoes would improve the workout I get in my legs and glutes. The four times I've used these shoes since purchasing them I've had to stop running and walk at the end because the bottoms of my feet were burning so badly, especially in the heels and balls of my feet. The shoes fit my feet, so it's not a matter of size. I purchased Dr. Scholl's athletic shoe gel inserts because I thought extra cushioning might improve the shoes - it didn't. I can't believe I spent this much on running shoes I can't use. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
