I had to convince my roommate to order shoes online. He was most reluctant. I have always had great service with online Zappos ordering. My friend now recognizes what a great service this is from Zappos. The shoes fit awesomely so no returns were necessary and delivery was very prompt. He is loving his new shoes for a new season of tennis.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. The only downside is a less-than-ideal "breath-ability". When I'm on my feet all day in the lab they can get quite toasty. Other than that, they feel great. These are my second pair.

This is the best shoe for someone like me with Plantar Fasciitis. Great for tennis. No pain!

I use these sneakers only to play tennis. They give great support. The wide sizes are a definite plus since I am flat footed.

I am a 6'4' 325lbs male that stands on his feet all day these are nice looking shoe. Iam returning them all other New Balance I have worn have worked great because of these these cause trauma to my heelsis why Iam returning them

My husband has a more narrow than medium foot and these shoes were so comfortable for him that we ordered a 2nd pair to have on hand when the 1st pair wore out.

My grandpa order these shoes for me. Don't remember what day it was, but anyways, he said that he ordered them at 10:00am from Las Vegas and I received them the very next day before 11:00am and I live in Alabaster Al. Now that's what I call real good service. Thanks.

I bought these in a 9 EE for my father, who usually wears an 8.5 EEE (but it is so hard to find tennis shoes in that size I took a chance on these). He says that length-wise they fit true to size (meaning these, in a 9, were a bit long for him), but width-wise they were perfect. New Balance tend to run wide, so I'm not surprised. They offer him good support and they are made of quality material. Game, set, match!

I would not recommend these shoes for this simple reason: the tongue slips down and bunches up in the toe box. Shoe fits well otherwise, but with extra material that should be held in place by the shoe string loop and relatively tight lacing, I 'm afraid blisters will be forthcoming. I'd love to return them, but I've played a match on clay and one on hard court. Very disappointed. Gonna go to nike.com and order a NikeID custom made show. Sorry Zappos, you're great, but I need a shoe that fits.

In a word, I will not buy these again and do not recommend. They run about a half size larger than advertised. I have purchased many New Balance size 9's, so this was very disappointing. To compensate, I have to cinch the laces to keep from walking out of them. Also, the tongue shifts noticeably. The piping on the collar is poorly manufactured, with unfinished ends that look like they'll come unraveled. In addition, the insoles are useless. Cost another amount to buy a pair to make these wearable. Dumb of me not to return at first sign of what turned to be many defects!

Not a particularly comfortable shoe. I was attempting to replace a pair that has been discontinued by NB, and these were a poor substitute. They feel too light, stiff & cheaply made, not much cushion or support. Should have requested a refund, but I needed a pair to wear on a trip, no time to replace them. Maybe they will break-in over time.

My husband has had these shoes for less than 2 months, and has used another pair almost half of the times he has played tennis during that 2 months, and there is literally NO TREAD left on the bottom of these shoes. Granted, playing tennis is hard on shoes, but really...that's just unacceptable.

This shoe has great support and fit. It will not standup to 3-4 hours of Pickleball daily. The soles are gone in a month. The outside of the heel goes quickly. Good looking shoe but not durable enough

I find this shoe to be overpriced. The wear points on the sole especially on the heel are thin and quickly wear through. If you are on the court 2-3 times a week, these shoes will wear out in 3 months. I continue buying this shoe because it is the only court shoe I can find in a B width.

First time I've been unhappy with a New Balance 13B tennis sneaker. Not nearly as comfortable as my old 608s or my canvas New Balance sneakers before that. The sneakers feel narrower than they should be and the toes on my right foot feel crowded. Nowhere near the cushioning or arch support of my prior New Balance sneakers. I'm considering returning them.

New Balance has suddenly changed the sizing on their size 13 shoes. I have ordered several pairs recently, and all are too short: they are now selling 12's labeled as 13's. Very strange. I have been wearing their 13's for 30 years, and a few old pairs still fit perfectly.
