I've used these shoes for about a month now. They were a perfect fit and super comfortable. I walk and run in them on and off the trail. I think they were a super buy!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this company or the process by which I bought my shoes. It was easy and painless which is what I like when I shop. In and out no fuss no muss!

I'm a diehard New Balance guy because I have very wide feet. I've had probably a dozen pairs over the years, and this is about the worst fit I've ever had. I know it's designed as a walking shoe and not a trail runner or cross trainer, but apparently that means that the sole of the shoe is a half inch narrower than the other two New Balance styles I have at home. This translates to very little side stability -- not what I would want when walking on an uneven surface. Also, the shoe is considerably narrower, and shorter than other New Balance styles -- I'm a 4E (really larger, but 4E is the best I can do in a mainstream shoe without paying an arm and a leg). These shoes are going back, but I felt I had to write a review -- they aren't up to the standards that I have for New Balance.

I had bought this same pair of shoes over a year ago and was so pleased with them that I have ordered another pair. Very comfortable and New Balance has always been my shoe of choice for workout and hiking.

Great looking and fitting shoe. Plenty of room for my very wide and flat size 15 feet. I just wish they came in more colors.

It's not hard. Great shoes, great service, great staff. Buy the shoes, you can't go wrong!

I've worn New Balance shoes for years because their generous toe boxes fit my wide feet better than any other brand I've tried. So I ordered these with confidence. I was disappointed, however, because the toe box isn't as wide as I expected. Even after a couple weeks, it rubs on the side of the big toe. Other than that, it's fine so far. Just know it's not as wide across the toes as you might expect from NB.

Turning out to be a real good walking shoe. I switched from a trail running shoe to a trail walker, had to do some adjusting as the sole is stiffer but what I needed.

The minute I put these on I could tell that they were perfect for my feet. Great arch support and really comfortable.Gonna buy another pair to have when these wear out because I will be wearing them everyday.

I put them on and they were already perfect. There was no need to break them in. They also arrived very quickly.

Delivery was very fast. Totally satisfied with service and product. Will definitely order from Zappos again and again. Love the 365 day return policy. New Balance are the only shoes I can wear because I need a very wide shoe. These are perfect for the summer and walking; very light shoe.

I have two problems that these shoes took care of. First they come in wide and that they provide cushioning for a heal spur. I highly recommend them.

I bought these shoes for walking, but could feel the rocks under my feet as I walked. I've noticed in the past few yesrs that walking/running shoes are made with less padding in the soles. So, I bought a pair of Nikes with thicker soles and they are working out great. I use these New Balance shoes for general wear and they are fine for that.
