Not wide enough at calf. Couldn’t tuck pants inside.

This is not the boot for you if you have muscular calves.

Love these boots for the money.

Quality made boot. Am returning because they are too short, the width (M) is too tight, and there is little to no bottom of foot support.

They look adorable and well made, unfortunately they seem to run atleast 1 size smaller. Need to return

Such a well-made, durable shoe that looks great and serves its purpose. However, this boot truly runs small! Order a full size up! I am thin and have thin legs and these shoes are almost fitted around my calves and are snug on my feet... just enough room for skinny jeans and a thin sock. They also aren’t the most comfortable... but may be if I would’ve ordered a size up. All in all, I wear them and will keep them but I wished I would’ve gotten a bigger size so my small feet and legs could have a bit more wiggle room.

I purchased these to replace my old Kamik Miranda boots (which wore out after a year of wearing them working in an animal shelter) because I thought they were cuter. The taller, narrower shaft fits better around my calves meaning I don’t wind up with debris falling into them like I did with the Miranda. However, they are much tighter over the instep and more difficult to get on. The arch support is minimal and there’s not a lot of cushioning in the footbed, but due to the instep tightness I haven’t been able to fit a more supportive insole in them. Had I not already worn them to work, I would most likely return them and go back to the Miranda.

Order at least a full size bigger! I am usually an 8.5 wide. I ordered the size 9 first and I could get my feet into them- but it was very tight and uncomfortable. Sent back and got the size 10 and they are fine.

The foot part of the boot fits fine. The shaft is very, very narrow. If you have average or larger calves, these boots may not fit.

These are nice boots but sadly they were tight across the instep and ankle. A weird fit. I returned them and will continue the search for a functional rain boot.

Difficult to get on/off if you have a high foot arch. I normally wear a 6-1/2 shoe. I ordered size 7, because I wanted to slip these boots on and off easily for yard work & the marsh. I have a high arch, and I could barely insert my foot into the narrow ankle portion of the boot because my heel hit the back of the boot and the top of my foot was rubbing along the top of the boot. The quality and color were good. I ordered the charcoal with the coral bottom. I returned the 7 and ordered a size 8. I have never, EVER bought a size 8 shoe/boot. They were much easier to slip on, but had a lot of room in the toe area. That was ok with me because they will serve the purpose. Zappos was wonderful with the return and re-order. Yes, would recommend, but size up.

These are nice basic rain boots. I got them in an 8.5 and they fit a little snug at first, but 'give' after a few wears and are now very comfortable. They don't go up too high and they are not too low, I like the taller mid calf height. The soles are a little thin, you can kind of 'feel the ground' when walking, if I had ordered 1/2 size up to fit an insole, it would have helped with that. Otherwise a perfectly good basic classic style rain boot the basic black goes with anything, and they don't look too bulky.

There is no such thing as narrow width rain boots. If you have narrow feet you are simply out of luck when it rains. Kamik is the closest thing you can find to a narrow width rain boot. Yes, your narrow heel is still going to pop up a bit with each step, but the boot hugs the area between the heel and toes in such a way that it is not horribly uncomfortable. If you typically buy narrow width shoes, give them a try. Their kids boots are also great for your children that have inherited your skinny feet. Enjoy.

This boot is great over all, but too small. I would say it's 1/2 a size too small - so order up! Thus they went back. Very cute though!

Ordered a size 9 and they were too small. Called customer service and helped me exchanged them to a size 10. Love the boots! Super comfy and great style

The look of these is exactly what I wanted, and the price was right. I am lucky I have somewhat slender legs as the upper part of these boots is VERY narrow. I am a 38 or 7.5/8 and I ordered an 8. I have a feeling with thick socks these will be very tight. But, today in heavy rain they kept my feet dry whilst walking a dog, which is why I ordered them.

I normally wear 8.5 or 9, but I do have a high arch. Ordered these in size 9 and couldn't even get my foot in the boot. Size 10 seems to work well. The calf is narrow for sure and not adjustable. I don't have huge calves, but I can only wear these boots with leggings or skinny jeans. They are comfortable and cute; no issues so far. The footbed is more cushioned than Kamik Miranda, and the shaft is taller than Miranda.

This is the cutest boot. I do agree that the calf area was a bit narrow but okay for me for the purpose of a rain boot. If you think you will wear a thicker sock, I'd suggest going up 1/2 a size. Great value for the price and my feet stayed dry and relatively warm.

Great basic rain boot, just be sure to order one size up so you can get them on and off easily!

I really wish these came in half sizes! I am a true 9.5, and tried a 9 as I have narrow feet. They fit, but my toe was right at the edge so thought it would bother me if I wore them for any length of time...ended up returning them. They are super cute, and not as bulky as the Hunter boots IMO. I have slim legs, but didn't feel like they were floppy big on me. The 10 would be too big. Kamik, please start making half sizes!

I loved these boots but they were right on the edge of being too small. Really wanted to keep them but I knew I'd regret it when hiking in them for a while.

The rubber and look of these boots is great. The are sturdier than many rain boots but also flex well. They are definitely slim fitting in the calf and foot width as other reviewers have mentioned. I liked this alot, but know you will not be able to simply step into them if you plan to use them to quickly go in and out the door. They needed to be pulled onto the foot. I wear 11 wide or 42/43 and these fit comfortable with thin socks and my bootcut jeans inside the boot. However, I planned to wear them in colder weather and thick wool or even medium weight hiking socks would not work. Sadly, they are going back. Shoe people, when will you start making more shoes in wide widths?!!! I'm sick of wearing hulking, bulky, ugly men's boots.

I thought the boots were cute and made well. I just could not get them onto my foot easily. I wanted rain boots that I could quickly put on and head out the door. These took way too much effort. I do love the Zappos return policy.

I bought these in early 2017. After basically wearing them out through daily hiking in the muddy woods, I came back here today to buy another pair. These fit me perfectly. They are snug and secure (not easy to slip on and off), hit at the perfect spot on the calf, and have just enough give at the opening to be comfortable, but not so much that debris flies in on the hike. I do wish the soles on these were a little more rugged, but that's all.

The are a bit narrow, but I have narrower feet so I liked it. I am returning them because I didn't like the height of the boot. It's neither knee high nor short. I kept a pair of knee high Kamik's. I love the sole of the boot. It is sturdy and I am able to to walk in them in easily in wet conditions. The gray color is attractive.
