Super comfy and cute but broke after a few weeks

I have bought sandals from this brand before and I feel like the sizing has gotten much smaller. These are also made of a very flimsy material.

Size 10 had one and a half inches of sole hanging off the back of the shoe. Sizing problems need to be fixed. The look was awesome, just too big.

got these as a replacement that had broke after 3 wears.. they sent me a 9 which I ordered a 9.5 so now i have a replacement pair that is too small,

trying for weeks to get refund and no luck. . . . . . purchased two pair of yoga mat flip flops - to replace current pair i wore out because i love them so much. I ordered were too small- I ordered size 6 and need size 7, so i returned TWO pairs and got refund for one. i used online chat and service rep said she would refund second pair and give additional 10% off current reorder of two pair of next size up. nothing has happened and i've chatted with three separate reps and get nothing done shoes are great service is garbage-- will NOT and would NOT recommend purchasing online. the shoes i ordered are on back order and so i've currently paid for 3 pairs of shoes and have none :( ORDER SIZE UP

He had these for about a week and wore them twice. The toe strap is already broken. We will have to return them.

I hope some day you go back to making the original yoga mat sandal with the very soft foot.

I always buy the yoga mat flip flops. I've only been wearing this pair for 2 weeks and they are falling apart. I'm ver disappointed

I've had 5 pairs of the original yoga mat flip flops for years & years and been very pleased. I recently bought 2 new colors and am NOT pleased! Hard bottomed & half as soft and squishy!! WHY did you change them?! I'll never buy them again!!

I have narrow feet yet they hang off these flip flops on the side. Not sure if it is poor design or faulty product. Also not sufficient arch support. Was disappointed but glad it was free to return the product.

This is my tenth pair of Sanuks. I don't know what is up with these tow pairs but its like they are knock offs. they aren't like my last 10 pairs at all. I won't even wear these they are terrible

Don't like the band on top

The sandals are very tight and uncomfortable out of the box I am hoping that after some use they will become a little more comfortab become much more comfortable if not a big waste of money ! Not sure what has happened with this company I still have some sandals that I purchased at a waterpark 15 years ago that were the best sandals I ever purchased from this company I bought two more pair about four years ago barely made it through the summer ! Before the bottoms head squished down so much it felt like I was walking barefoot on the concrete. I decided to give them another try about two years ago bought the same size as I previously purchased from them couldn't even put my foot in them Way too small had to return now here I am giving them one final chance purchased a full size larger than previous purchases and they're still are way too tight ! Very disappointed

I had these sandals for exactly two months. I loved them; I loved the feel of the material, I loved the comfort, I loved the color, I loved everything about it. I didn't even use them every day. Yesterday I stepped down from a sidewalk down to the road and the inner left strap ripped open. This made me stumble on my next step and almost falling into the road. Upon inspection of the sandal the foam was exposed and the cloth of the strap was frayed. The stumble from the lengthened/broken strap caused the yoga mat sole to split. Very disappointing, because (1) I was almost very badly hurt and (2) It's always a bummer to be excited about and trust a product that is actually faulty. I am hoping it is a manufacturer defect with this specific pair and that this is not happening to other people. I will be returning the product to Sanuk and hope to find out about a replacement pair. I will report on the customer service of returns/exchanges.

I had to send my 2 pairs back they are to narrow,very disappointed!

For years, I wore a size 6 in these flip flops because I'm a 6 in regular shoes and I loved them so much I always had several back-up pairs. Well, Sanuk resized these flip flops and all my back-ups are 1 size too small because now their size 6 is really a size 5. I ordered the size 7 to see what it was like and it's exactly the same size as the originally 6's they manufactured. And also, it seems that they're not as soft as they used to be which what was so special about them and I read that some else said the same thing.

Product did not fit. I used the provided address label for a "free" return. They claim to never have received the shipment. After live chat twice and 2 hours on hold with customer service, I do not have the issue resolved. Very Disappointed. I will not order here again.

Whatever size you are, make sure you add 1/2 shoe size higher. Ex. Wear size 7 Order: 7 1/2

Returned them. I ordered an 8 which is the same size as the five other pairs of Sanuks I own, but they are too small. Returned them since summer is over in MN.

This is my 10th pair of Sanuks and I've only worn them four times and they are breaking off in off chunks at the front edge...I have ones several years old that look better. So disappointed in the quality of this style...I teach yoga and I wanted a little dresser Sanuk...they are cute and comfortable, but already falling apart. I need to call...

I had to give to a friend who only wears a size 6 I ordered a size 10.

The label sewn to the toe straps rubs on my toe and creates a sore within minutes of putting them on my feet. as these were purchased in febuary as a birthday present at a local sporting goods store and then not worn until June, the receipt is no longer around I cant get any type of refund and now am SOL the only reason it got rated no stars is because I cant make that selection

Really sad to say I'm disappointed in the quality :( I loved my old Sanuks, loved my second pair, and these are just not up to par. Went to NYC in them and had to buy a pair of Skechers because the Sanuks were disappointingly uncomfortable. The Skechers worked really great all day walking the city - and cushioning the blisters the Sanuks had caused. Sorry to write this.
