I am disappointed. After reading all the reviews, thought this would be the greatest. But not so. My old breadmaker made better bread. I am considering a return. No matter how light I set the crust, it is too dark - despite putting the same ingredients in the same way each time, the bread turns out different. A huge disappointment for the price.

This bread maker is a stellar performer! In the few weeks that I have had it, I have made whole wheat, sourdough, raisin bread and several kinds of herb breads, all with perfect results. Although the manual warns you to follow directions carefully, I have experimented all over the place without a failure. I give it highest marks.

Love the Zojirushi Breadmaker. My bread turns out perfectly every time, and pizza dough is a breeze now. Wait till you try Risotto on the "Homemade Cycle" Jam setting...takes all the hassle out of standing over a hot stove stirring every few minutes. Great product -- you'll love it.

Watch the DVD, take notes, mix your Ingredients exactly the way that is shown. Also, make sure your measurements are exact, and ingredients are fresh. This thing is awesome. Celiac friendly (gluten free). Service on Zappos rocks. I swear it came same day I ordered it.

Wow - I love this machine, and I am glad I ordered this from Zappos. It was my first order from them and it will not be my last! The machine was a good choice for someone like me who has little or no bread making experience. Simple to use, easy to clean, and makes decent bread - unlike the other bread maker I had, which I gave away.

Greetings, I've used this 4 times in the short time I've had it. You cannot screw it up. Zappos.com got my order and processed immediately. All around a five star day for me.

I really do love this machine. It takes all the hassle and uncertainty out of bread making, and I can make a loaf of nutritious, additive-free bread for so much less. However, Zappos just came out with a new model which should solve the problem of crust quality that can happen with this one. Although it's more expensive,I would buy that one if I were buying today.

Nice bread maker - bread comes out lopsided, but it works well and tastes good. Don't think it is worth what I paid, but I do like it.

This is about as easy as making could possibly be. Add 5-6 ingredients, walk away. Come back to great bread! Medium setting for crust had us wanting for better bread, changed it to the light setting and couldn't be happier with the quality, flavor and texture. Great product!

I purchased the bread maker from Zappos because I liked the price Much lower than other websites I visited). It was easy to place my order and the product arrived when it was supposed. Further, the packaging prevent any damage to the unit and it arrived in pristine condition. So far I have baked 4 loaves of the bread in the machine and they came out great.
