This would be a nice wind-proof jacket but the sleeves are too tight and the girth is a little tight in size large. I am 5'7 and 150 pounds. I am sending it back because I need it to fit loosely over blouses and sweatshirts. The fleece fabric is thinner, and smooth like microfleece, and stiffer than I expected.

Since many of the reviews advised ordering a size up, I did. I'm 5'4”, 135 lbs. and I originally ordered a medium based on the feedback. When it arrived it was way too big. The arms were very long and everything was just huge and frumpy. Thanks to the convenience and shipping policies of Zappos I quickly placed an order for a small (which I usually order) to compare. The small fit much better and I am returning the medium. Note: the sleeves do run long so if you have longer arms this coat could be great for you as well. I have normal sized arms and they are a little long even on the small, but nothing that would keep me from wearing the coat.

I love this jacket. I was looking for something simple and warm but not bulky so this was perfect. I love the light brown color! The only thing is it's a little stiff but it does block the wind so it's worth the thicker material!

This jacket ran way too small. I usually take a small, but ordered a medium just to be safe and the medium was too small. I decided not to order a large because the sleeves would be too long.

Jacket was made out of a weird fabric that felt stiff like it was made out of paper. Very odd. Not very cozy/comfy as a result.

Good quality jacket, but the material is quite stiff. I have to return it for something softer.

I like the tailored look of this fleece, but the fit of the sleeves was really off. Compared to the rest of the jacket, the sleeves were wide and way too long. I will be returning it.

Love the style of the jacket but the color is not brown -- tan. It more of a brownish-greenish color. More green than anything. I ordered the jacket to big for me so I am returning it.

I think this is a wonderful jacket. It not as fluffy as a regular fleece jacket, and is more wind resistant. I wear it to work and for casual. I would buy it again.

Great color and fabric but sleeves so long. Just like on the models... runs tight through chest but arms large, sleeves long. Want to love it but the fit isn't good.

I love North Face, but wish they made Petite sizes... to get the size that fit my bust, the sleeves were to long and the shoulders too wide. Love the concept, but will be returning this item.

I'm a 34D & wear a 4. I ordered a small & it fits perfect! Warm, not too heavy, great color. Love!

Sleeves are a big long and baggy. Very soft a little stiff, thick material and heavy feeling. Snug in the chest area. Very pretty white color.
