This is my 1st purchase with Zappos and of North Face. I couldn't be more pleased with both! I had to exchange my jacket for another size. Customer serve was outstanding! I had the new size in no time! Keep up the good work!

I get so many complements for this jacket! Definitely a great investment. I did, in fact buy a size smaller than I usually do, and it fits me perfectly. Comfy!

LOVE this jacket. It is high quality construction and fabric. Fits well, ordered my usual size. The color is beautiful, got the wine colored one. It is very soft, warm and stylish in an outdoorsy way. I expect to get allot of wear from it. Was concerned about shedding, but it did not when I washed it (which softened the fabric and drape) or when wearing it.

Love this jacket! I have the black Denali North Face and it is seriously the most versatile jacket I've owned. The gray color is great and it fits to size. It's roomy enough to fit over a sweatshirt and the pockets are huge! Plus I didn't have to wait forever for it to get here, it was shipped and delivered super fast. If you're looking for a jacket to get you through all the seasons, this is the way to go.

I had no issues ordering from Zappos. The jacket came when promised and was exactly what I ordered. Also, I had to return a jacket that did not fit. The return process was easy and quick. The money was put back on my account within days of sending the jacket back.

Everyone raves about the North Face brand so I was excited to order my first jacket. I am not disappointed at all!! Was concerned about the baroque purple color being true to the picture and it certainly is - a lovely plum and grey fleece. It's so light therefore I wondered how warm it would truly be. After just a few minutes of wearing it I could feel the insulation working and I warmed right up. This will not be my last purchase of the North Face products. Zappos is ALWAYS great!!!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It is made well and very warm. Not sure if she cares, but I feel it could do with more pockets (none inside, no chest pockets) in this era of smartphones and other such devices.

After looking at numerous websites to find the specific heather grey jacket with the blue zipper, I was happy to find it on Zappos for a lesser price. I was pleased with the next day shipping and even more satisfied with the fit of the jacket. I plan on making this one of my every-day fleeces and would recommend the style. I loved the gray because the color can go with almost everything but the blue zipper adds a little bit of a pop.

I really do attempt to buy local, but nobody in town carried this in an XS. On a whim I checked Zappos after exhausting all local stores and they had it, in XS, in the desired color. I ordered it just a few days before Christmas (it was a gift) and figured I'd just print out the picture from the website and wrap it up. But Zappos came through as usual: the jacket was on my front porch in about 24 hours. It fit perfectly, is very comfortable, and looks like it will wash easily. If the recipient goes to college in upstate NY in the fall, we'll be buying the down filled one just like it!

This jacket is extra warm while at the same time being soft and lightweight. Whether it is out for a walk/hike in icy weather, or wearing it to work, it looks good and keeps me toasty. I just got back from a walk in 20 degree temps and it was perfect with just a light shirt under it. It is expensive, but the quality and utility make it well worth the price.

I bought this jacket for my wife,sight unseen except for the picture. Needless to say it is now her favorite jacket the colors are great the fit is perfect and the quality is excellent. North Face is everything they say - well worth the money.

Absolutely love my new jacket! I received this as a Christmas gift and was skeptical it would keep me warm; however, I am very toasty. I love this jacket and recommend it. It is not big and bulky like other winter coats.

Very happy with this jacket. It is pretty warm, and works well as a winter fleece or in between seasons coat. Wears and washes well. Great color.

I bought the graphite with mint details as a Christmas present to myself. :) it is so comfy and soft, now I know why everyone has one of these jackets! I read a lot of reviews saying this jacket runs small and I have to agree with them. The sleeves are also a little short but nothing to complain about. (I am 5'8" 175lbs and I got an XL). Glad I bought this item from Zappos and I will be ordering from them again.

This jacket was for our 15 year old granddaughter You should have seen her face when she opened it. Total delight Got her a small and it fits perfectly. Love the quality of North Face. It is her second one. She gave the first one, the pink one to her younger sister and she loves it. Now she has to look forward to getting the black one. Also love doing business with Zappos

My 14 year old daughter loved receiving this for Christmas! The North Face has an excellent reputation and this jacket lives up to it! The jacket is unique and we had never seen one like this with the contrasting zipper color. A true win for us!

I love this jacket. I wear it every day. It is comfortable and warm, but I wouldn't say it is the most stylish jacket. Ordered size small, and after wearing it a few months it seems a bit baggy on me, so I should have gone with the x-small. This fleece is great though, and holds up after washing many, many times.

Perfect for snowy mountain living! The fleece is very soft, there is adjustable elastic around the bottom hem to trap in warmth and keep out the wind. Very happy with my purchase.
