This coat fits perfect. True to size. Light enough for the cool days and warm enough for really cold days too. Also easy to wash.

I purchased this jacket for my 18 year old and she absolutely loves it. She lives in it, and says it's very warm and comfortable. I think the fit is true to size, she's tiny and the small fits her perfect.

I absolutley love this jacket! I admit, the price tag almost kept me away, but after reading the reviews, and the recommendations from friends, I had to try it. I chose the black recycled Denali! I ordered by 4:00 PM and had it on my door step by 10:30 AM the next day! I have yet to be cold in this jacket, and trust me, it has been quite cold here recently, and I am wearing the heck out of it to see just how warm it keeps me. I canno't stand bulky coats/vests, and so far, this is living up to everything I have heard, and read. Try it, you have got nothing to lose, and if you do not like it, Zappos will take it back. Easy as that. Zappos' customer service is top notch. I will forever be a loyal customer and recommend your site to everyone.

This jacket is extremely comfortable and surprisingly warm. The design is very well thought out to keep isolated. It's also very durable and I have never had any problems with it.

It's worth the price. Perfect fit. Stays nice even after washing. Warm but not suffocating. And it's pretty, too!

This is my third North Face Jacket, and they never fail to provide an amazing product. I ordered a small, and the fit was amazing. The color is great, and the jacket is super warm. All in all another great product from Zappos, and North Face. Zappos, and their customer service never fails. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Why wouldn't you want to buy this jacket? The chocolate color is hard to find and the fit is fabulous and although it's warm. It does not suffocate you while wearing it indoors. Again, why not?

I love my new jacket. I got the black one and it looks just like the picture. It is a very dark black just like I wanted it to be and doesn't look faded. It looks chic and stylish too. I would recommend getting a size larger if you are a curvy woman with above average size boobs. If not it will fit tight around the chest area.

Great jacket. I am 5'9" and a size 20 and this fits well. The arms are actually long enough, which can be hard to find. The bottom half is a bit slim, but I can still zip it, though I usually wear it open anyway. I wear it more like a fleece, than a jacket if that makes sense (its part of the outfit, not a coat). If you plan to wear anything thicker than a t-shirt under it, I'd probably go a size up.

I have both the Denali and the Khumbu, and I have to say I like the Khumbu better. Both are about of the same warmth, but I think the Khumbu is more stylish and less boxy. The Denali is great though too - I don't think you can go wrong with most TNF products.

The colors are just as pictured and youthful. We also like the recycled product. However, possibly because of the style and/or color blocking, it makes our daughter look bigger than she actually is. It isn't very flattering to the figure.

Nice and warm, but totally uncomfortable. Fabric feels like a plastic bag and woven fabric on top makes it pull across the back where the two fabrics meet. They have fixed the old problem with the skimpy sleeves on this style, but it is still totally uncomfortable.

I am about 120 pounds and 5'2 and ordered the small and it fits perfect. I had trouble deciding between small and medium,no room to grow but fits great.

This jacket is great for all cooler temps! Lightweight and comfortable. I ordered a SM. I wear a small in tops. I'm 5'4" 120lbs, athletic build. A lot of reviewers say they size up for layering. I don't see why that's needed as this jacket has a lot of arm and waist room. I wear a hoodie under it comfortably and still maintain a flattering shape.

I bought this jacket for my daughter's 13th birthday. She loves it and has it on all the time. It is so warm and comfortable. It is on the pricey side - but, worth it...as long as she doesn't leave it somewhere we will be good!

I've never had a North Face before so I was very excited when I received this yesterday. I absolutely love it - it's very comfortable, very cute, and fits relatively well. My only complaint - and it's my fault I'm complaining about this! - is that, as another reviewer stated, if you have wider hips, the bottom hem of the jacket is going to be a bit snug, and it is. However, I think if I had sized up (I got a small), it would have been too big/long in the sleeves and too roomy. I personally wouldn't wear this jacket in any temperature below 40*; it's warm but it's not warm enough for frigid winter temps. For an in between or late winter till early winter jacket, it's just right. I recommend this if you're considering it!

Best winter jacket ever. For just any winter time or the coldest. To wear it by itself or under other layer. It could be washed at home. Comfy and stylish.

I ordered this coat for a Christmas present, the coat is beautiful, good price and the shipping is amazing. Very fast, when they tell you it will be delivered to your home it is! That is the truth...I love Zappos. I also ordered a pair of boots. Well, I ordered the wrong size (my fault); they returned an sent me the right size very fast. No problems with returns.
