I have enjoyed the jacket. It is very lightweight, warm, and all the cool kids are wearing it (seriously, I am like 36, I really don't care about that part). The only slight negative is that it does seem to generate some static electricity. Love it though!

I purchased this for my wife for christmas. It was actually a replacement because the original came with dirt stains on it. Zappos did a great job at replacing the order and also gave me money off because of the situation.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the North Face Denali. It really keeps me warm and dry in the harshest conditions while running errands. Its comfy enough to lounge around it in or wear it to the gym. The color is beautiful.

I don't get the attraction of this jacket, but my teenage niece nearly lost her mind over it when I gave it to her for Christmas! I guess it's this decade's version of the "Member's Only" jackets back in the '80s! Fits true to size and is slimming.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical about the shipping being done as fast as advertised, but my jacket was here 24 after ordering! Jacket is exactly what I wanted, warm and stylish and fabulous! I wear medium in t-shirts but got a large in a jacket and it fits great! Can't wait to wear it. Thank you Zappos!

Gave jacket to 17 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she loved it. She has long arms and the size medium fit perfect.

The jacket is soft but warm. A sweat shirt underneath makes it toasty in the cold weather. My daughter got an XL even though she is skinny, but she needed it for the length in the arm. The jacket is not too big through the body and there are toggles on the bottom to tighten up the jacket a bit. Nice Jacket.

Can't say enough about Zappos. I was a first time online buyer. Ordered my North Face jacket at 6:30 PM on Tuesday and the package was at my door at 9 AM the next morning. I paid the same price as the local mall and got free shipping and return. The product was perfect, exactly what my teenage granddaughter wanted. How can that be beat?! If you are thinking of buying this, then get it. I love it! I have a hard time finding clothes for my petite frame but this jacket fits like it was made for me. Sleeves are the perfect length. I purchased as a gift for my daughter, 16, the jacket has not left her shoulders since Christmas. She loves it. Her only complaint is that is tends to collect lint and perhaps if she wasn't sleeping in it!

My daughters love the warmth, comforth, and light weight of North Face jackets. They are expensive but this is one jacket they seem to wear all the time.

I bought this for my sister as a gift. She absolutely loves it! Says its really warm and comfortable. The body length is a little short but the sleeves fit long enough. I tried a Denali jacket like this and didn't really like it, only because it's kind of boxy looking on me. I think it just depends on your body type. This is a good color, though, because everyone has the all black or black/gray so it stands out.
