Bought this for the lady for Christmas, last minute gift! When they say free shipping they mean it! Ordered it on the Friday before Christmas, was at my door Monday morning before 9a.m.! The lady loves it & so do I. Zappos definitely gets a 2 thumbs up!

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It fits her perfectly. It is true to size. It was shipped and delivered within 24 hours. This was my best online shopping experience ever.

I've been searching for a heavy yet stylish fleece jacket, and I found it! This jacket is so warm and cozy while still wearable with jeans. I love how well mines held up, I've had it over a year now. Don't put in dryer though, it will get pilled. I am 5'8" with a medium torso, 130lbs and broad shoulders. I ordered a medium and it was perfect! Definitely keeping this jacket around, especially in Seattle's weather.

I was very happy w my purchase. the jacket fit my niece perfectly! she was so thrilled! but I was more thrilled about the great deal I got it for on this site.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter who is in college. She loves it! The blue really shows off her eyes and the fit is great. She is 6'2" and the size large looks good on her. Plenty of room for the hoodie that is always on underneath and the sleeves are plenty long. Fabric is quite soft and very warm. Good investment for a college kid -- doesn't take up a lot of space but keeps her nice and toasty!

My wife loved this gift. Great coat for outdoor fun, easily layered for different temps...and she looks GOOD.

I contemplated getting this hoodie for about a year. I finally broke down and bought myself it, and I LOVE it! I wore it in -10 below weather (with a jacket over) and it kept me warm. I didn't get cold once. It's durable, functional and super cute. I have worn it sledding, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in harsh Montana weather. It's a perfect buy!

Size small fits perfect, 5'7, 120 lbs. saved a lot of money with Zappos than in stores. Fast shipping and great packaging.

This is a great jacket that I have wanted for a long time! Finally just bought mine in the frosty blue/gray and its perfect. I'm headed up north for X-mas and this will surely keep me warm. Zappos has excellent customer service - probably the best website on the internet to shop from. They have excellent shipping times and very supportive of their customers and their needs!

I wanted something that would be warm but not bulky. This is perfect! I drive a school bus and work at the school as an aide. It is very warm on the early morning route and warm when I am out at recess with the kids. The only thing that I wish is that it was longer, way below my butt, like to my knees, but I am happy with it. It is great to wear shopping, not heavy or bulky. It is very comfortable and soft. I just do not understand how something so lightweight is so warm. I love Zappos, free shipping both ways, how can you go wrong!

I was on the fence about the size. I have a Nf Osito jacket size L that is snug on me now that I gained a few pounds...so I ordered this one in the XL...hoping the sizing was consistent. I think this one runs larger. I will probably keep it since I like the jacket and it will have room for layering but it I would have liked it a half size smaller. I am 5'9" 160 lbs.

I ordered this jacket on Wednesday night, and received it on Monday, just an hour before I left for my flight to Japan! Thank goodness it came on time. I expected a little bit faster delivery but overall it was great. I'm 5'3 and about 116 lbs, bought an xs because that was the only size they had. It fits nice and fitted, but not enough to put another hoodie underneath. But it's a great jacket, and kept me warm in Japan and Korea. Thank you Zappos!

It's coat is awesome! It is warm enough on its own in 40 degree weather and great to layer under a bigger coat when it's colder. It is also very flattering. It did run a bit small, though.

I just received my North Face jacket today! Shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday afternoon. Love how fast Zappos shipping is. This is my very first North Face and I think I made a good choice with the Denali hoodie. I got the plush premiere purple and it is just gorgeous. Perfect for GA winter weather and the perfect combo of style and comfort. I can't wait to wear it around town. I was a little concerned about the size considering I heard they can run a bit small, but the medium fit perfect for me. I'm 5'2", about 135. I can fit a sweatshirt under it so it's big enough to layer. Love that it was so cheap compared to others I see in the store. Plus free shipping?! You can't get more awesome than that! I will definitely buy future North Face items from Zappos!

I adore this jacket. Not only does it look great, it wears well. I am in my 50's and my 12 year niece has it and I had to get it. I love it.

Okay, I love this jacket so much! It is super lightweight yet warm during those chilly winter days. I live in VA so the weather is pretty unpredictable as far as how mild it may or may not be. No matter how the weather is, this jacket is my go-to! This is my second Denali and will never regret investing in this amazing jacket. They last for such a long time. I had my first Denali for three years and it is just now showing its age despite continuous use year after year. So, I would tell anyone to try the jacket out. You won t regret it!

This is one of the best jackets out there. It is my go-to jacket for overall warmth, comfort, and style. My only complaint is that it does not hold up in the wind since it is fleece, nor is it completely waterproof. If you're going to be standing out in the rain for a long while, the water will sneak through and get you wet. However, I am always cold and this jacket never fails to keep me warm. It is not too bulky and can be packed away in a backpack if need be. It also washes well and has mine has held up extremely well over the years. I love it so much I just purchased my second one!

This is a fantastic jacket, particularly for someone who doesn't want the bulk of down or the weight of a wool coat. It also machine washes beautifully. Didn't notice at first that the materials are recycled. Amazing. I ordered a bigger size to be able to wear some winter sweaters underneath, so it's perfect for me. I would recommend this jacket to anyone. It's warm, stylish and good for the environment.

I love this Northface! The first one I bought was black. And couldn't pass in the sale price. It's stylish while warm. I have. Worn it when the temperature is around 55 degrees and it doesn't over heat me.I have also worn it in -4 degrees with a long sleeve shirt and it keeps me warm with the hoodie. I LOVE Zappos.com they have great customer service and lighting shipping. :)

I love Zappos! I also love this jacket! I am 5'4" and 126 lbs, I wear a small, but I ordered a Med in my jacket because I had read the reviews and it just fit. They seem to run small. I get very cold very easily and can't stay warm so this jacket is not good for the outside right now for me. My daughter, who doesn't have that problem wears hers outside in cold weather and stays nice and warm. Right now Michigan is have below zero wind chills so I wear this mainly inside on the job. sometimes my place of employment can be chilly and it works wonderfully. But that is just me and my strange disability of not being able to stay warm. Overall a very nice jacket.

Loved the look and feel of this jacket. I found it to run a little big, I am 5'7" and 125 lbs. Ordered a medium for arm length but found it to be too roomy for my taste. Exchanging for a small.The white and metallic gray is a great combo and a nice change from all black.

Denali hoodie is fantastic. Although, I have various coats that are beautiful, since I bought Denali, it is what I wear most of the time. It is warm yet does not overheat. It is soft to the touch and fashionable.
