Zappos went above and beyond my expectations!! Amazing service, very fast shipping and the best customer service I've ever encountered. Will definitely be using Zappos again! Love the jacket. I got it in the Weramernarer brown heather. Very cute and comfortable. Definitely recommended! I got a small and am 5'2" and 130. Fits perfect with room for a sweatshirt underneath.

Bought this for my daughter who is attending school in upstate New York. Although it is lightweight and it does an excellent job of keeping her warm without all the bulkiness. Considering we are from Texas, this was an excellent investment. Zappos is amazing of course, and we received the jacket the very next day. They have never ceased to please us.

I absolutely love Zappos. I've been a loyal customer for a couple of yrs now when they only sold shoes. I'm extremely happy they now sell clothes and accessories. As always I placed my order and the following day it was at my doorstep. I'm very satisfied with my North Face Denali jacket. I love the fit and it keeps me very warm, especially in this crazy Chicago weather.

I love this jacket! I have it in brown and black as well. It is perfect over some of my long shirts (I bought a large when my size is a medium for extra room for layering). Since the bottom cinches to the waist/hips it still looks tailored, not big, loose and bulky.

I have been dying to get myself the Denali hoodie and I absolutely love it! I'm a tall chick that has long arms and torso and the fact that it fit me nicely is a total relief! I really love this jacket and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for just an in between jacket.

First, let me talk about the amazing customer service that Zappos has. I ordered this jacket and it was sitting at my door literally the next day! I also get a full year to return it if I do not like it (which I absolutely love!), and I get free shipping? Come on, no website I know has this amazing customer service. I also love that you can pay through your PayPal account. Now, let me get to the jacket. I ordered this jacket in the Brunette Brown, and this jacket is gorgeous! The color of the jacket is true to color from the website. I absolutely love how warm and cozy this jacket is! This is my first North Face jacket, and I will probably get more. It fits true to size (XL), and is incredibly warm but not bulky. It is a very timeless piece that you can wear for years to come. Yes, they are expensive, but the quality is outstanding. If you are thinking about it, get it! I was so excited and I even got it on sale! Thank you so much, Zappos!

I ordered this jacket at 10 pm on Saturday night and received it Monday afternoon! Excellent service! Now to the actually product - perfect, warm and the hood is a nice new touch to the classic North Face jacket. I am currently living in Maryland and this jacket is perfect for wearing a sweater under if it gets a little cold but also can be worn as a regular jacket! Love this product!

I love this jacket. I had a black Khumbu style jacket from The North Face but wanted something a little warmer and with a hood. This jacket has been warm enough for me to wear outside with a light sweater or long sleeve shirt underneath and on extra cold windy days I can fit the Khumbu fleece underneath this jacket perfectly (it does not zip in but both jackets are the same size and fit perfect). The hood has plenty of room. It's not the kind of hood that hardly covers your head and if you look forward falls off. Very roomy and cozy. I love the chest zipper and the zippered side pockets. This is not a good coat to get if you spend a long period of time outdoors however for going to work and home and occasionally out it works perfectly. I did not want a huge poofy coat for winter and this is perfect.

Must be worn in layers to keep warm - This lightweight fleece is very comfortable. However, it's meant to be worn with layers to keep warm. I wore this with my chunky sweater in 40 degree weather and I wasn't too cold. However, I doubt my sweater and Denali hoodie would stand up to 30 degree weather when winter comes around. Must be worn in layers to keep warm in the bitter cold.

Super Color but...hood is very small and not comfortable. Exchanged for the Denali without hood.

I purchased this for my daughter. She loves it. It keeps her nice and warm. I might purchase another for myself.

How does Zappos do it, I mean get your package to you overnight? Thank you Zappos. This jacket fits perfectly and I love the shape and construction of the hoodie (not bulky or blocking your view like most hoodie jackets).

Zappos customer service is awesome. Jacket fit my 16 year old perfectly she likes things a little big so the medium was perfect.

Just a warning and the grey portions of this jacket appear darker in these photos than they are in real life. I was hoping the color would match the picture, but I still love this jacket. I got the grey and white because it would go with both black and brown accents. Extremely warm - I live in Wisconsin and built a snowman in chilly northern Wisconsin with this jacket over a t-shirt and did not get cold. Love TNF!

This jacket is perfect! Great workmanship and the color is great! I have a black North Face jacket and it still looks perfect after 6 years of wear. I have no doubt this jacket will look great after years of wear as well. It's machine washable and you can feel free to put it in the dryer with no shrinkage. I highly recommend it!

My 17 year old daughter loves her new North face. Having the hood is a great alternative to the plain version. Size wise she went a bit larger since over the last three years her old one shrank a bit over so many washings. Zappos is awesome! Delivery was two days later without special handling! Love Zappos, especially for all of our branded merchandise.

What I really love about Zappos, besides the fabulous selection of A-1 merchandise, is the fast shipping! This was a last minute Christmas gift and I did not worry one bit because I knew it would be here on time. The jacket itself is excellent. My daughter, who is 17, loved the color (white with charcoal). And being from the Boston area, the hood is a major factor because she does not seem to want to wear a winter coat! So I scored with this gift. Thanks again, Zappos!

This is a great jacket. I use it as my winter coat. Where I live, it rarely dips below 37 degrees F. At that point if it's windy, and I have a long sleeve and sweatshirt underneath, I'm still chilled. It's best for in the 40's. I love that there is a hood; I use it often and the fit is great and adjustable. The Bastille green color is beautiful and just as pictured here. I love it!

A gift for my daughter and she loves it! We've always loved the Denali jackets, but this is the first hoodie we've purchased in the Denali. It looks and feels great!

I love how easy and fast it was to pick out and buy this! My jacket came right on schedule and everything was perfect! As well as the free shipping I could not be happier!

I was very pleased with this jacket! I ordered it on Monday evening and received it Tuesday afternoon. I am 5'3 and 115 and ordered a small. It fit well, but not with a hoodie underneath, so I called customer service for an exchange. They were very helpful and sent me a medium (which arrived the next day)and a return shipping label for the small, all for free. I love Zappos and would highly recommend this product and their service.
