Everything is good about it!

Had tried their warranty out on a 14 yr old denali, figured I'd get charged for the repairs to the pocket lining and zipper as the jacked was so old. Was suprised that they repaired everything free of charge! Best advertisement! And tipped my decision to buy this denali! Love the product and love the fact that they support their product!

My daughter loves this jacket. She stills has it and continues to wear it. Very sturdy still looks new.

My son loved it and wears it all day everyday. Very warm and true to fit.

A classic from the North Face. I have two of these and they kept me warm in the frigid cold New England. On sale from Zappos now and then, can't beat it.

I got this NF jacket for my boyfriend and he loves it. I ordered a small and it's almost perfect. The arm length is perfect but the length of the jacket itself is a bit smaller than he likes. The jacket is definitely great for a nice fall weather. We're not sure if it can withstand the cold winter but I guess we're going to have to wait until that time comes.

My husband and 4 children have this jacket and love it! It's very comfortable, washes well, and lasts for years .On colder days, my kids like to layer a sweatshirt underneath instead of wearing a winter coat. It keeps them warm and is roomy enough to layer easily. I would suggest this jacket for kids and adults.

I got my first denali a few years and it still goes strong. Very good Polartec fleece, and long lasting. It still keep me warm after a couple of years of continuous use. I'm truly impressed.

My husband and I love this jacket. We have been wearing this style for over 15 years. My husband just bought his third one because he needed a smaller size. The style has improved this time with two pockets in the chest area instead of the one pocket. Men can never have enough pockets. Still a classic.

This is an awesome jacket. If you like more of a tailored fit vs. baggy fit, then I would definitely recommend going down a size as others have suggested. I originally ordered a large as I was skeptical that a medium would be big enough, and then ended up exchanging the large for a medium (Zappos made this very easy as usual). For reference, I am 6'2" with a 42" chest and 32" waist. Neck is around 15.5", and I have pretty long arms (35 inch sleeve) and the Denali fits me perfectly in medium. The large would have worked, but it billowed out a lot around my waist, and it looked more blocky on me overall as compared to the medium. Hope this helps!

I got the jacket for my son and he likes it a lot. Always wearing when it's very cold outside. He also has a Denali with a hood. I recommend, it's a great jacket!

I bought this jacket for my spouse to replace another North Face Denali that he had smashed the zipper on. He really liked new color choice (he is pretty conservative in clothing).

Super comfortable and very well constructed. The outer shell is constructed of some kind of weird outer-space type fabric which gives the garment an interesting and fun feel. It's expensive but it seems built to last for the long haul.

I bought this jacket for myself. First I went with L size, however, it went little big for me. Later, I exchanged it with Size M and it fits me very well. Without a doubt North Face is very nice brand. It prevents cold also and looks awesome. Thanks Zappos!

Great warm but not bulky jacket. I've washed it both inside/out and outside/in to try and shed some of the grey fuzz. The second time through the wash looks like it helped. My shirt looked like a dog shed on me prior to washing. It didn't shrink and still looks great. Very satisfied with fit and finish.

We procrastinated ordering a winter jacket before a trip. Suddenly it was 17 degrees where we were going and we still had nothing. Good ole Zappos got this jacket to us super fast! The jacket is great looking and worked very well on a weekend with temps in the teens. I had initially hesitated because of the cost, but I think it is worth the money and will last for years.

This is the first time I ordered anything from Zappos.com and from the experience I had, I will do it more. The North Face Denali jacket was ordered as a last minute Christmas present for my son. He really likes the jacket and says it is warm and comfortable to wear. I love the fact that I can wash and dry the jacket and it comes out looking just like it did when he opened it at Christmas. He has a North Face jacket for work that he has had for over a year and it gets washed every week during the winter and still looks great. North Face has great quality and is worth the price. Great jacket, great price, and great service by Zappos. I ordered it and got it in two days as promised.

My husband likes this jacket. He normally wears a large to extra large depending on brand. With this coat the extra large fit him best. So I'd advise if you are between sizes, size up.

Christimas present for my husband who was thrilled with the jacket and the warmth it provides. I will get one for myself but in womens size.
