The style is super cute. They seemed like they fit my daughter fine. I ordered size 10, and my daughter's foot is exactly size 10. Based on reviews I thought they would be too narrow, but this wasn't the case. Her foot is on the wide side of medium. When she tried them on, she didn't like that they slipped on her heel and the way they bend when she walked. I tried to convince her to break them in, but she said she would not wear them. For the price, I can't risk it. Sadly I have to return.

The shoe is cute and the material seems very comfortable, but the shoes are scented. The scent was so strong that I couldn't keep them.

Very, very bright purple! Almost neon.

My daughter didn't like them. She said they were uncomfortable. They are so adorable though!!

Cute shoe, with a strawberry fragrance that reminds me of scratch and sniff stickers. The shoe is being returned for two reasons its too big and the insert in the shoe does not fit the shoe. Its almost as if its too long for the shoe as it doesn't fit flush. The shoes gets three start because while its cute, the insert/insole should come out to easily as well it should fit flush.

Cute shoe. Not worth 36 but cute. Shoe runs wide. If you have a child with a narrow foot the shoe Gaps on the sides. A Mary Jane style usually is what I go to for my child's narrow foot. This one was not ideal. Also, 8 year old complains the stitching on shoe bothers her. She needs to wear socks with these. The shoe also has a very strong smell. The smell is not mentioned on the description or the box. It is like a bathroom deodorizer.

The styling was cute. My daughter said it was comfy. But, it smelled awful. It literally smelled like a port o potty. It was that fruity port o potty smell that is supposedly fruit punch. We were so excited to get the shoes that smelled. And, it ended up being horrible.

These shoes smell sooo bad. There is some sort of synthetic (berry?) fragrance on them. They smelled up my entire basement after unpacking them. I am sad to have to return these as my daughter really liked the look of them.

Too wide

Ahhhh...These shoes are killing me. We have loved these shoes in years past but for some reason at this size (12) I cannot seem to fit them on my daughter. She is a 12 in other shoes but the 12 in this brand was HUGE. Tried the 11, still huge, tried the 10.5, too small. I am very sad that we can't make these work at this stage. Good thing Zappos has a no hassle return policy because this will be the 3rd time we are returning these.

I had high hopes for these shoes. Unfortunately, they did not hold up at all. The fabric on the shoe unraveled the second time my daughter wore these shoes. Too bad because she loves them! I can only let her wear them at home because they really look rough!

The zappos site does not list an accurate US size. The box came in and it was a full size larger then what stated online.

These fit my daughter great and were very cute and comfortable, but they started falling apart in less than a week!

The insole came out the first time they were worn. Definitely would not buy again

The foot bed on these shoes lack any padding.

I love the style of these shoes but am beyond disappointed by the quality. After less than a month of wear (2-3 times a week) the front fabric is already peeling from the sole. I expect this with cheap girls shoes but these are NOT cheap. Such a shame!!!

Omg do these shoes smell of bad car air refresher. It’s embedded in the fabric. My daughter called it sweet sick purple smell. Aside from that both insoles weren’t even attached. But it’s the horrid stink that’s the real deal breaker.

These are so cute but SO WIDE! There is a total gap around my daughter's heel and she has to cinch them really really tight in order to walk properly in them. Her toe is near the end so I know they are the right size. I'm so disappointed.

I purchased these for my 22 month old daughter. I have always liked the look of Cientas, but was very disappointed with the quality. The insoles in these shoes were not attached and were too small for the shoe, they flopped around in the shoe or easy fell out. With in a week’s time the shoes looked beat up, worn out and ugly. The rubber is delicate and frayed where the cloth and rubber meet. Absolute waist of money.

My daughter (7) loved these on sight looking over my shoulder on the website. She loved them out of the box. On her foot, however, she instantly complained that the metallic fabric on the strap was scratchy on the top of her foot and couldn't wait to get them off. She kept a silver See Kai Run leather mary jane instead. Weirdly, these shoes come with a (clearly intentional) intense chemical deodorizer smell - it's identical to those deodorant pucks in portable toilets, faux cherry. The entire shipping box smelled like it. Our entire living room smelled like it. Now the UPS van probably smells like it. My daughter liked the smell, but I couldn't get these things out of our house fast enough.

The Velcro does not stick on these shoes. The second my toddler takes one step, the strap comes off. They're cute, but totally unwearable.
