I was looking for a sandal with a firm sole because of hallux limitus. This shoe worked well for keeping my toes stable, but overall the insole was not comfortable for my feet. I have flat feet and it felt like the insole / arch support was pushing up the middle of my foot, like the middle was on top of a hill. I kept them on for a while (inside) to see if my foot got used to a different type of insole, but it just started to hurt. Unfortunate, because the stability for my toes was great.

The shoes are too difficult to walk in, I walk around the apartment it just seems like going to be hard to walk in the shoes. With the negative heal I don’t really think they’re helping me to walk, I thought it would stimulate the muscles in the back of the leg but it just seems to be too difficult to walk in these

I have to agree with a previous review. The rocker soles bothered my knee. Other than that they fit well.

I have a history of plantar fasciitis and was looking for a comfortable pair of sandals to wear on a European vacation. The reviews were so good, so I ordered despite the cost. I wore them inside for about 30 minutes and my arch was killing me. Maybe they just need to be broken in, but for the cost, I wasn't willing to risk it, so I am returning.

I'm sorry but these are the weirdest fitting shoes I have ever tried. They just don't fit right.
