My first experience with UGG was terrible. The fur inside the boot bunched up and it was very uncomfortable. I was told by Robert Wayne store that they do that. If that was the case, why isn't it stated somewhere so people could make a choice whether to purchase them or not.

How can you stop providing replacement parts for your products. I have more than 5 pairs of UGG boots and most of them have buttons. I called to try to get a replacement button on the cardy boots and even offered to pay for it and was told that as of Jan 1st UGG no longer offers ANY REPLACEMENTS.

They're really cute but they make my ankles hurt because the only hard part is the base. The rest is like a sock.

I' own a pair of the same ones but in grey id love them that's why I decided to get them in black to but not so happy with the material my grey ones are nice n feet good this black ones the material is a lil to loose n they feet me to loose the material is to strechi

I was very surprised after having an old pair for 5 yrs. that was FABULOUS and these I have had for 2 weeks and the inside is squishing and forming a hole and there is no padding or fur now...........after TWO WEEKS???? I am APPALLED that I spent this money and I got something WORTH LESS THAN 40.00! NOT GOOD UGG!!!!

Loved the boot couldn't wait to get it after one use one shoe is way bigger than oth and not just a little bigger significantly bigger. Such a disappointment so much money spent very upset by this

These boots looked so cool in the picture online, but in person (on me, at least) they look like Herman Munster bedroom slippers. UGG doesn't make a half size, so I went the size larger and they are just too big. Sorry but they must go back.

The material stretches out. Shoe is very comfortablr after the material stretches. Ugg wouldnt repair or replace. Ugg makes better boots for the same price or cheaper. These are junk. And im a ugg addict

I got these Uggs my sophomore year of high school.. I wanted the classic tall but decided on these instead. they do not do well in snow or on ice. My feet were as cold as ice and I had to wear two or three pairs of socks with them to keep my feet warm . Don't get me wrong their cute and stylish but they could have been made better ....

I do like the appearance of these uggs. I received them as a gift. However, I've tried to exchange for a different size, but they still do not fit. This is very unfortunate and I wish that I could keep these uggs.

I ordered them for Christmas and I have yet to return them... They don't fit.. The buttons on the side are small when you fold them.. not what I was hoping =(

Was very excited to get this boot. It was very clunky and my heel as I walked rubbed up and down. Was not comfortable at all. Returned the next day.

Bought these for my daughter as a Christmas present. Decided to purchase from UGG amid counterfeit concerns (could have purchased for much less from a non-UGG site). Package arrived damaged (not UGG's fault) so I opened to ensure they weren't damaged. On the sole (and box) is clearly printed "Made in China". Are you kidding me? I didn't mind paying extra for what I assumed was an Australian devised, marketed, and shipped product. What I see happeneing is cheap labor that allows more money to go to someone besides the worker, and possibly comprimised quality. I had considered buying UGG products for myself, but not now. If I want Made in China quality, I'd rather pay Made in China prices. Lost a customer over this one UGG.

Very disapointing that the size absolutely wasn't realistic. It was even that bad that I didn't want to take the risk to order another smaller pair.

This was the worst gift experience I have ever been through. I have purchased several gifts from Ugg online and every time I have had to return boots for sizing issues or quality issues. I have also been charged for "rush" delivery even though the gifts that have been ordered have had to be sent back and replaced. I have also had issues with your website crashing while I am trying to give you purchase feedback. Here is a quick breakdown of my issues: Bought boots in 2009 as a gift and the sizing was wrong on it (both said 7, one was really tight, other was true to fit). Returned and eventually came ended up okay. Bought boots recently for girlfriends xmas present. Boots were defective, had holes in the back. We returned these per instructions, 3.5 weeks later replacement boots came. Sizing is incorrect on these boots. Both boots felt too big, and felt like they were falling off. These boots have now been sent back as well and we are now awaiting replacement boots. My girlfriend owns several ugg boots and the size for her has always been a size 7. So these differences had to be defect of some issue. I am hopeful that this feedback will be helpful in improving customer experiences going forward for the online users. These boots are horrible. They slouch down really far when you wearthem making them look ugly. The knit part where the buttons are stick out really far. And these Uggs made me look like I had clown feet. I returned these the second I tried them on.

I've had these uggs for not more than 2 weeks. It started raining 2 days ago and I stepped in a puddle of mud and they suddenly get soaked! Never expected this from UGG! Wishing I could return them now as for they are of no use for neither winter nor summer

It has already torn and insides have been coming out. Very disappointed for an UGG. Am never buying or gifting an UGG again!!!

I really wanted these Uggs and the second I got home I came on here. Only t find that they do not sell the sand or oatmeal color, the only color i do not already have. I love Uggs and currently have five pairs but I realy wish that they sold the sand or oatmeal colored cardy uggs :(

So disappointed in my Uggs now. They are almost ALL made in China. They are not like the origanal Uggs. I still have my first pair from Aust. but my newer pairs are falling apart!

it definatly was not worth the money, which is why I returned them. I thought they would be more comfy and the fabric just didnt feel right.
