I really like the product I purchased however there seemed to be some imperfections with wool knit. They are really comfortable and I like the styling. For the price I paid I never expected to see that kind of poor workmanship. I have other Uggs and love them, but these were somewhat of a disappointment.

I loved the way that uggs looked with jeans and that something so comfortable could actually be in style so I bought my first pair of uggs. I love to wear these boots even though I got my normal size and they are too big, I can't walk to class in them very easily because of the fit. The boots are not the problem however...it's the company. I needed to return the metallic cardy because they charged and sent me for two separate sets of boots. It took them over a month to give me my money back, and they only did it then because I called them many times. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I wanted to order some classic short uggs and use their discount they gave me (a whopping 15%) for my troubles, but they never answer or return my calls. If they don't answer my email by tomorrow I am so DONE with uggs.

This boot is really good and obviously cute! Before i got these i was planning on wearing them up. When i got them they were really big around the calf and kept falling down and not snug like i had expected.

These look great in person but they do not hold up well. The fabric pills very quickly, almost immediately. Keep in mind my 5 year old was wearing these and they started to pill when she was sitting in the driveway. I would not buy these again.

I bought these boots last season and I am still wearing them. They are very comfy. I even prefer them over my classic UGG's. The only downfall I have with these are that I cannot wear them without being folded down. They do not stay up. They constantly fall down. I would like if there wasn't so much give to the material and they fit more snug on the leg.

These boots are very nice and comfortable, but i have only worn them about four or five times and they are already starting to wear down on one side :( although i love the boot they were not really worth the money.

I bought black Cardys as my second pair of Uggs. They're really fun to wear you can fold them down or leave them up. They're really easy to wear all year long. Very stylish!

These boots are great but something that i did not like about them was that-- it was hard to get your foot in also I usually wore mine with skinny jeans but i tried them with leggings one day and they sagged. I prefer the classic boot so much better! :) Other than these things the boots are great!

While wearing them,it becomes harder to walk. My boyfriend even said that I don't walk like a normal person while walking with them.

I really like these boots but it took a good month of wearing them a little each day to get them comfortable. I have several pair of Uggs and thought I'd try these because they were cute. The back part of the boot that hits your ankle was very uncomfortable at first. They are better now, but they aren't my most comfortable Uggs. The sweater part of the boot has not held up like I would have hoped and these boots aren't great for really cold weather. I do like them and I still wear them, but I like the classic boot much better.

They are made way bigger than the other styles

they stretch and they don't stay up they are super cute but they don't stay were wmthey are supposed to so I just dont wear them.

I have owned over 10 pairs of Uggs, all size 8. I ordered the Purl Cardy Knit Boot in the same size after absolutely loving my gray cardy boots. The instep is very shallow and narrow and there is a huge wad of knit at the seam that leaves an indent in my skin and rubs. I got them on sale at the end of the season so didn't wear them until a few months ago, I assume too late to return. So very disappointed...

The size does not run right. I wear 9 1/2 normally, but usually a 10 in Uggs. This shoe is a 9 and still too big, I'm completely dissatisfied with this shoe

The should have gotten a 6 stretched after a while. After wearing for a while the foot bed got lumpy and uncomfortable. should be able to replace it for the price of the boot. since they stretched I'm going to try a sole insert..the knit and outter sole are good. I want one more season..

I love the current pair of ugg boots and slippers I own. I decided to purchase a new pair of boots. I ordered the same size as I already had. When the arrived, they were too small (my toes were to the end) and they were extremely tight across the top of my foot. I sent them back for the next size to see if that will make a difference.

I would not recommend these to anyone if your not willing to keep pulling up the sweater part of the boots. The boots don't stay up even when I where thicker socks over my calf's. It's a pain to keep pulling them up!!

The boots were to big

One boot came without the butons on the side. I sent then back to exchange them. They were not exchanged but refunded.

When I bought these a few years ago they had a lot more cushion in them. These are not like my old ones, the sheepskin is not as full and therefore not as comfortable. I wish I would have bought the suede ones and now the site won't let me use my points and it won't even let me use part of them. I have tried to contact customer service but no luck.

I generally wear a size 9/9.5. The website indicated to order at least one size smaller so I ordered a size 8. When I tried on the shows w/o socks they were too small. My classic uggs are a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I'm not sure why these don't fit.

I like to use uggs during the cold but not in the snow. I liked these uggs because you can wear them short or tall and they are warm. These uggs are big and loose on me, that's the number one thing I didn't like so much about my product. I would make sure you try them on before purchasing or go a size smaller because I fee like they run big in size. Sadly I can't wear them because every step I take it feels like they're going to slip out my feet.
