I love these boots. They are my favorite purchase in a long time. Great with leggings or skinny jeans. Super comfortable and pretty cute, especially for Uggs.

It took me awhile, but, now I always go to Zappos first. Product, consumer service and satisfaction in every way.

These are very stylish and comfortable -- and warm. Given that they're "sweatery" -- I want to see if they still look sharp in a year or two. For as much as they cost, I really hope they last. In the meantime, their versatility for different looks is fun.

My 10 year old daughter used her Christmas money to purchase these boots. It took 3 tries to find the size that was right (with a little room to carry her into next year too). She loves them and wears them absolutely every chance she gets. She says they're warm and she wears them with everything. She likes having the option of folding them down or leaving them up. Zappos was great, as usual. Fast free shipping and free returns of the other two pairs that did not fit.

My granddaughters (ages 8, 10, 12) love them. Could not be more pleased with every aspect. Of the product nor the entire transaction. Will definitely use Zappos again.

Ordered these boots for my daughter and she really likes them. She has a narrow foot, but the width did not seem to bother her. She loves the flexibility of wearing the sides up or down. I would recommend this purchase.

I wear these boots all the time! You can wear them pulled up or fold them down. They keep your feet warm and feel like slippers!

I cannot emphasize strongly enough what a pleasure it is ordering from Zappos! The prices are probably less than retail, but it's the service that's unbeatable! These days excellent customer service is not the norm. You are simply the best Zappos, from ordering to easy, fast (and free!) returns/exchanges!

These were an exchange for another style black Ugg (that one's black liner bled on feet/socks - yuck). Now for the these: great. At first daughter didn't like they kept slouching down. Now she wears them up and down and loves them...with everything! More than anything is Zappos customer service! They chased down a pair sent the wrong place, then exchanged the ones that bled (all with a smile!). So thanks from a busy mom.

Zappos is an amazing company...good service, easy to reach someone, if needed, fast delivery too! My daughter is very happy with the Uggs. I will look for products on zappos.com before thinking about ordering anywhere else!

My personal experience with Zappo's was terrific!I have searched everywhere for specific Ugg boots for my daughter and was not successful. I really wanted to get these boots because I had nothing for her that would actually be a surprise. She knew I was trying to get these for her but could not find them. Then my neighbor told me that her and her mother loved Zappo's and to try them. Not only did they have them, the person I spoke with was extremely helpfull and pleasant. I was speaking with him while I was looking at the site. He explained the correct size and how these particular boots stretch and also promised that I would receive them before Christmas.I have never been so pleased with service like this before and had to call my neighbor to thank her. If this sales person did not explain the size to me, I would have ordered a larger size for my daughter and they would have been too large.The size was perfect.They arrived exactly when he said. I would recommend Zappo's to everyone because I was very pleased. Thank you Zappo's!

It was a great experience. I ordered to pair of UGG's for my granddaughters for Christmas, one pair did not fit. It was a very easy no hassle return. Would use it again in a heartbeat.

Great boots--but even better from Zappos! As usual, the boots arrived even more quickly than expected--2 days shipping, as a surprise! This has happened twice, and it's why I love Zappos. I love my Ugg Cardy!!!! They are very comfortable and I have gotten so many compliments! I prefer to wear them cuffed down; doesn't stay up too well, even with jeans. But the cuffed-down style is just fine with me; its easier for me to slip them on and off that way. I was hesitant about the size, but when I read a review from another customer as to which woman's size matches the kids, that helped a lot. I definitely plan to get more of these in different colors. I love UGGS!

I received these boots for Christmas, so I've only been wearing them for about two weeks. I was hesitant to order these, as I've always worn the classic Uggs. I've always loved the look of the cardy, but wasn't sure they would be as comfortable as the classics. I was wrong. These are my new favorite Uggs. I wear a women's size 7, and ordered a kids size 5; they fit perfectly. Zappos delivered them in less than 24 hours. Great product, great price, great service. Highly recommend.

Wasn't sure about getting these, but my daughter wanted them. She LOVES them! They are really fun and cute looking and so far have held up fine. :)

My daughter really likes these boots. They do run big, so I had to return a pair I bought in her true size and ordered 2 sizes down and they fit. I must say Zappos has the best customer service and the fastest delivery time ever. I ordered a pair of boots on 12/22 and received them via UPS on 12/23! Free delivery, no extra delivery charge for that service! I still can't figure how they did that.

Love these boots, but the fit is quite generous. Returned them for the same pair two sizes smaller than I would normally buy. The sweater fabric stretches a lot when you walk.

I'm actually an adult (women's size 8) who is also short - the children's Cardy fit me like a glove. I have been anti-Ugg for years, but saw these more and more and had to try a pair. They're so ridiculously comfortable, I think I'll be getting them in every color!

I purchased these boots for my seven year old daughter. She thinks that these boots are so comfortable and cozy. She likes to wear them with shorts and jeans. She also wears them in the house as slippers. She compares them to "walking on a cloud". She always comments that she loves these boots.

I absolutely love Uggs! These are great. I have a pair of short classic kids siz 5 uggs so I ordered these a size 5 in kids and they were too big. So I called to exchange them and Zappos sent me out a new pair the same exact day!
