Once again Marc and Zappos have made me very happy. The bag is simply wonderful. I can carry it on my wrist, elbow, and shoulder with the short strap and crossbody with the long strap. Such a pretty neutral with spunk color. The leather and finishes are great quality and next day service from Zappos to boot!

I've had this bag for over a year now and I love it! It is such a classic style, when I bought it I told myself (as I do with all of my more expensive purchases) that I will use this bag for forever and that it will never go out of style, it's an investment piece. One year later, I must say I still feel the exact same way. I use this purse almost everyday and get a lot of compliments on it everywhere, from peers at school, my doctor and recently my dry cleaner. It's the perfect size for me, I easily fit my laptop, a notebook and other essentials no problem. I highly recommend this purse to everyone!

Gorgeous! Chic, roomy, you can carry a lot in this great piece! When I first opened the bag I could sense that real leather scent. The fudge color choice is a must...goes with everything, it's almost black.

This was worth the wait. It is a big purse, but feels great. It is the perfect size for holding everything and you can wear it so many different ways. The color also goes well with everything.

Great, roomy bag! I've gotten lots of compliments on it. The only problem is I'm petite so the strap (even at the longest setting) sometimes hits the ground.

Marc Jacobs knows how to make a bag -- or at least put his approval on it! I own this bag in grape. Marvelous, size is perfect, the more room the more stuff goes in, so this holds a Louis Vuitton pouchette phone, keys another cosmetic bag; functional strap water and "soy sauce" resistance (I know) -- Italian leather and built like a tank. Get a fun color and you won't be sorry. There are not a lot out there and this price is a lot; but not for this handbag!

I love this bag! I did think it would be bigger, but that's okay (obviously I should have taken out my ruler...and checked measurements). Very happy with it! And love the color, even though I initially wanted it in grey!

I am in love! I just received my Baby Aidan in tourmaline green and it is gorgeous! The perfect size, color, everything! I especially appreciate the shoulder/crossbody strap. It could use another pocket inside, but that's a minor complaint. The hardware is also lovely. Thanks, Marc, for another beauty!

I love this bag! It's the perfect size and a very high quality leather. The inside has a cool Marc Jacobs logo. The bag is classy and it gets so many looks when I go out. I love it!

I have strict criteria when it comes to an everyday black bag so it's been a long difficult search. I think I have finally found it. First the features: the bag has a zipper closure. Even before I was a mom, I am someone always on the go, and my bag often ends up falling over upside down with its contents on my car floor or somewhere worse. It also has an adjustable crossbody strap, very important now that I am a mother of two. The other two handles are not really long enough to go over the shoulder and are instead held satchel style, which is not my preference but okay. The size is great. It's bigger than it looks - you can easily fit your wallet, glasses, phone, iPad, lots of stuff but the bag is not huge and appears smaller. It is nice enough to transition day into night. The leather is very soft so when the bag is empty it will collapse and lose shape, something I don't love, but that softness is attributed to nice leather and also makes the bag very light which is a plus. And my bag won't be empty very often. I tried a Kate Spade cobble hill bag and the collapse factor was much worse on that one. I prefer the smooth leather over textured like this but I think the pebbled will hide scratches and make it more durable. Lastly, the bag came in one day and the shipping was free - always great customer service with Zappos. Overall nice purchase - a little overpriced in my opinion but I am fine with paying for quality so I am sure I'll get it.

I only buy Marc by Marc Jacobs bags. The quality is far superior to most brands. This bag fits everything and looks fantastic as a crossbody which all the moms know is a must. You will not be sorry you ordered this bag!

This is my third year with this bag (using it for fall/winter seasons). The leather truly holds up. It practically looks like the first day I got it. I love it and always get compliments on it. Marc Jacobs quality is the best and the pebbled leather is the way to go. It's durable and you don't see scratches. It's holds a lot too! Love it.

This beautiful bag is my first ever Marc By Marc Jacobs purchase. I purchased this bag back in 2010, I believe, and it is still one of my favorites. It is made with soft leather (I love the smell) with beautiful gold hardware. I get compliments every single time that I carry it. It is super sturdy and does not scratch at all which makes it a perfect everyday bag. It is a great purchase that I will never regret.

I already had this bag in Black, and it's my go-to everyday. I saw the "Oyster" go on sale for a great price, so I snapped it up, but I was nervous about a White bag. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived - it really isn't white at all. I don't quite know how to describe the color, except to say that it really is more "Oyster-y." It's got some more grey-ish tones, and isn't too white white, but it's a great neutral, and I love it!

Shhh...don't tell but I now have this beautiful bag in 3 different colors. Why? Because it is perfect! And I am very picky when it comes to my handbag. Soft luxurious leather, lots and lots of room. Carry it cross body, over the shoulder or by the handles...perfection. Now that I have black, brown and white, I think I will be on the look out for a pop of color next!

I love this bag! It's spacious but not too big for a small frame. I like that the shoulder strap is removable. Wish they had a black bag with silver metal. Can't beat Zappos customer service!

I am a huge Marc Jacobs fan so I don't believe you can ever have "too many" of his wonderful bags. Perfect all year long I received this as a Christmas gift. Roomy, comfortable, classic and all around great quality I am more than pleased with this handbag. You can never go wrong with a classic MJ black handbag.

This is the perfect bag! It can be worn as a shoulder bag, crossbody or by the handles. It is easy to access everything inside with the zipper and such soft leather. I am very happily surprised how much it carries. I have even slipped my iPad in at times. I am thrilled that I chose this bag after doing quite a bit of homework. I have already purchased two colors and would love to find a third!

I bought this bag to match the wallet I bought -- great wallet. I like the bag, but I don't love it. I just prefer my bags to be more structured, and not sinking into a sloppy looking pile when I set them down. Also, I have to say that I miss not having outside pockets, which I have on another bag from a different designer. I'm keeping the bag -- my daughter is a big MJ fan -- I know she will love it. The bag's construction is fine -- they use wonderful leather to make their bags. I just prefer more structured bags. I'm using the wallet every day. I love it. Hopefully MJ will think about adding more structure to these particular bags -- the styles are great.
