Nice cushy shoe. A bit clunkier and heavier than what I usually go for (I'm fairly petite and enjoy a light shoe) but I got used to them pretty quickly. I have to lift my feet a little higher to clear the ground which is not the case with the Nike Free that I also own. Still, I would recommend them as they are comfortable and roomy and I definitely feel that my feet are nicely cushioned which is what I was looking for.

I ordered these shoes, and the Brooks Ghost 3, both in a size 8 AA. After trying them both, I decided to keep the Brooks and send these back. These shoes have good points. The ball of the foot area had plenty of padding, and the heel was reasonably narrow, though not narrow enough for my freakishly skinny heels. They seemed a little short for an 8, but the worst thing about them was the horrible squeaking sound they made each time my foot struck the treadmill belt. Perhaps it would not be noticeable if I was walking/jogging outdoors, but on the treadmill, the noise was unbearable. These shoes will be en route back to Zappos tomorrow.

The size is 1/2 size smaller than marked, compared to my Asics shoes. The arch support is inadequate for high arches. The cushioning was as described and the area for bunions was much appreciated.

I have wide feet, bunions, and am a long distance runner. Shoes have been a struggle for years. These are plenty wide and don't press on my bunions. Running IMG NY Marathon in them in 12 days.

I bought a pair of these shoes one year ago and then another pair about 6 months ago. Loved the shoe. However, when I ordered my latest pair (November 2010) it was at least one full size too small. I held it up to my current shoe and you could visually see that it was much smaller (although the marked size was correct). From the other reviews, it looks like I got a mislabeled pair of shoes, but be careful.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I read a ton of reviews and runners seemed to like them. They just did not fit well. They felt big and heavy.

This shoe gets five stars for style because of the swoosh sound the new Nike symbol makes when I run fast. But it was too big and clunky because I ordered shoes that were too big for my feet! How did that happen? Perhaps I did not measure my feet since they have not changed size since I was 19?!

Love. I bought these shortly after starting to train for my first half marathon. I was on my third pair of Saucony Grids and they had changed enough that I was just not happy with them anymore. I actually tried these at a local running shoe store and fell in love. They are wider than my previous shoes, which has been a good thing. They are cushy and sturdy but not heavy. I think it's common to size up for running shoes, which I did. I log about thirty miles a week in them and they rock.

This is my fifth pair of Vomeros. I run and use them for cross training at the gym. These sneakers have a soft ride and have helped to decrease the bursitis in my hip. Love these! I wear a size 7 1/2 walking shoe but always need a 9 in these as is typical for most running sneakers.

I love these sneakers! I recently started a walking regimine and needed something supportive, comfortable and with no 'break in' period. The last thing I wanted, was blisters. These sneaks were super comfy right from the start, with a very cushiony, shock absorbing sole. I may even order another pair in a different color! Oh, and they're nice looking too!

My doctor suggested Nike as a way to get back into closed back shoes after several years with tendinitis in the Achilles tendon. These shoes are so comfortable! Well worth the expense.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas, so the product answers below are from her. I would like to add that I was extremely impressed with my Zappos experience, especially the unbelievable delivery time (1 day free, during the holidays).

Nike is my go-to brand. I recently injured my ankle and was told to ditch my shox style sneaks for physical therapy. I picked these Zoom Vomero+ 5s and am very happy. They're comfy and provide good support. I haven't put them to the true cardio test yet but get the feeling they'll do well. I note below that these feel a half size smaller than marked. I'm a standard size 7 in every shoe brand I own except Nike. I always need a half size larger. Still, I love this shoe and think you will, too.

Oh these little babies were sent from comfy shoe heaven. I've always had foot pain even after walking very short distances, but these all but erase the pain and they're perfect for running or any other activity too. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Bravo Zappos!

Love my new Vomeros! They look great (got a lot of compliments), fit true to size and provide a lot of cushioning which is necessary for my bad knees. The lateral support could be better but overall I highly recommend this shoe. I also have to mention that Zappos customer service rocks! I originally ordered the wrong shoe in error, Zappos had the exchange processed and the correct shoe sent to me within days before I even had a chance to return the other one. That kind of service and the free shipping both ways will keep me coming back to Zappos.

I at first thought these were a bit small, but by the third day I wore them to the gym I thought they were the best shoes I had ever worn. Guess I was swollen.

For years I have been suffering with foot pain due to under pronation. For the first time, I can walk, run, whatever for as long as I want pain free! Thank you Nike!

This is my third pair. They work great for me. I was advised to go up in size which helps prevent discomfort after long walks. I will be ordering another pair for the 3-day walk for a cure!

These are my first pair of running shoes & I've had them for a month. I run about 11 miles a week. I didn't buy these from Zappos, but in a store. I tried several brands & these felt by far the best. I didn't ask about prices until I knew these were the ones for me. They were by far the most expensive but felt so good I just had to get them. I feel like a bouncy gazelle when I run. I normally wear wide widths but the width of these were perfect. I did have to go up 1/2 a size.

I love to run but after about three miles my knees start to hurt. I read about these shoes from runners world and they were ranked super high for the type of runner that I am. Since having them I have ran in two 5k\'s and my knees feel great! They are light weight and super comfortable! I definitely recommend these to those with over pronate when they run.

This is my third pair of the Nike Zoom Vomero so obviously I really love these shoes. I have a slightly wider foot and these shoes were perfect. They didn't require any breaking in which was a relief. These are the workout shoes for me and I have no interest in trying any other shoes. I highly recommend these Nike's to everybody!
