I was a little disappointed. This is the third pair of Keatons I've bought. The first two were very nice and lasted long. This new set probably will too BUT the right shoe must be at least a 1/2 size bigger that the left! Also the finish outside where the front of the she meets the sole is poorly finished

I have proudly worn Nunn Bush for years. I just bought a pair at Penney's and the heel areas are so loose I've had to add heel snugs. Snugs come in a package of 4. The heel is so loose I've had to put one on top of the other at the top of the heel on each shoe to try to tighten the area. They are not real comfortable.

I have been purchasing Nunn Bush shoes for many years. I normally buy the Mannington & Keaton styles. I like the way they look and I used to get pretty good performance from my shoes. However, the last two pair the heels have fallen off. This occurred both times in the winter months when the bottom of the shoes were wet... I was disappointed in the product to say the least.

I have been buying Nunn Bush does for years. I wear then daily for work. The quality of the last couple of pairs I have bought have not been to the level I had come to expect from your shoes. The materials do not last as long and appear to be lacking the quality of previous shoes I have bought from you. I usually but the Lincoln. I tried a different style this time. Same drop in quality of both. I don't know if I will buy another pair of Nunn Bush shoes. The ease of use of the sight and ease in placing the orders, were very good as usual. My concern is the quality of the shoe.

These are occasional wear shoes. Only to Church or after six dress. After wearing these shoes less than 15 times, the Comfort Gel in the right shoe leaked and stuck to my sock like bubble gum. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the component - Comfort Gel.

Very disappointed with the material quality of the shoes. Was told before ordering that the soles would be a combination of leather with a rubber insert and that wasn't what I got.

Well LOOKS good, but the heat already for 10 minutes work is ruined. I don't know what the material is. It must be a plastic, so I am hoping to be able to return it.
