I'm not going to lie and say that this was a particularly comfortable bra, but it did the job. I avoid strapless/halter/spaghetti strap clothes like the plague because of my DD's and inability to find a strapless bra that stays in place and holds the girls above my belly button. I have a drawer full of disappointing lingerie and didn't want to add to it but I now have a halter dress I fell in love with and decided to try one more time to find a good strapless bra. The silicone strips do help it stay in place, which is most definitely a positive. I found myself walking around stiffly for the first few hours I wore the bra because I was afraid it was going to shift and slip, but realized that while it settled into place a little lower than where I originally hiked it up, it was holding steady and doing its job. My breasts stayed in place, no sagging and ruining the line of the dress. I never forgot that I was wearing the bra, but I'm pleased to now have one that will let me expand my wardrobe choices. I generally love Wacoal, but it's light years better than the Wacoal Red Carpet strapless bra.

I hate the price. But I love this bra. I wear a 36D and the 36D in this strapless fit perfectly. I'm older (as in over 65) so firm went away years ago. I haven't worn a strapless bra for years because of all the same reasons everyone else has already stated. A strapless bra is now a must have for the gown I will wear with the illusion top for my granddaughter's wedding. This bra fits so well and holds me up so that it looks good under a top that usually requires a sport back bra. Since I live in Florida I'm once again thinking about tank tops and spaghetti straps. Try it - you'll like it. One little extra - the outside of the cups are covered in a lingerie type fabric that is silky and should enhance the way light weight top look.

This bra is very supportive, especially for a strapless. What I like about it is that it gives the breasts a nice round shape rather than some unnatural shape that can occur with some other straplesses. It would go nicely with a somewhat modest strapless top or dress, but may be too full of a fit to wear with anything very low cut or skimpy: the bra might poke out from underneath. All in all excellent for support, comfort and shaping. Just make sure it will work with whatever you're planning to wear it with.

This is a good option for someone looking for a strapless bra in a larger size. I was pleasantly surprised by this strapless bra. The cups (34E) fit correctly and the four hooks in the back seemed to provide a good amount of support. I cannot testify to how well the bra stays up because I am returning it to look for something in a neutral tone, instead of black.

Finally! I was completely a Wacoal woman, but I tried several of their strapless bras and I just couldn't get one to work. Either the fit was wrong, the support was low or the bra wouldn't stay up without frequent tugging. This Mystere strapless bra works and looks nice. I can't say it is comfortable, it IS a strapless bra and the band has to be really snug to do the job, but it fits well and provides the support needed to keep 51 year old 32DD(32E)/32DDD(32F) breasts covered, in place, and set for dancing . The gel strip along the top means it doesn't need to be tugged up all night & the 4 back hooks keep the back from sliding up. The padding is minimal, just enough to prevent show-through and not add onto cup size. There are even removable straps with attractive braided detailing.

Usually Le Mystere fits me perfectly in my size. This band was crazy tight, which I get with the strapless, but it was almost impossible to latch on my own and the cups didn't seem to fit to size.

As another reviewer said, this is a miracle bra! Could never find a strapless bra to hold up my sagging boobs (seriously -- they are!), and this one stays up through dancing, walking, anything! Truly awesome.

I wear a 38D in Mystere bras. This one was tight through the band and a bit big in the cup. I did not get the push up I was looking for, even when I added a chicken cutlet. I am returning it. I might need a 40C or 42C.

Great fit for someone with a large chest. Not sure how long it will last before it stretches around the back, but right now it looks great with a strapless. Best I have found!

Best bra ever. I use this bra with the straps for T-back tank tops and such. I am 34G and this bra gives me great shape and support.

I've never found a strapless bra that stayed up until this one. It's a miracle! Comfortable, sturdy, nice cup coverage. I have also worn it with the optional straps and had no complaints. Le Mystere full fit bras are spot on in size for me, 34E, which is exactly what I should wear based on measurements. This bra is fabulous!

This is the best strapless bra I have ever owned. It doesn't slide down, it holds everything in place and has a great shape.

This is a great bra if you want to feel confident in clothes requiring a strapless. It is stable, supportive and comfortable and really hugs your body. It doesn't seem to create the dreaded "back fat" problem to the same extent that other strapless bras do. I would even wear this if I didn't need a strapless. Highly recommended. And Zappos is terrific as always!

MEASURED myself with a tape measure under the breasts, 39 inches. Ordered a 40D. Almost CUT OFF MY CIRCULATION it was so tight. Unbearably tight. The cup size was a true D. Perfect. And I could tell it would definitely stay up! No above the breast 'edges' showing through a lightweight material blouse. No lines to be seen. Hugged the top of my breast smoothly. Held the girls up nicely. Just the band size was unreal. HOWEVER, I love the bra so much I kept it and had to order 'bra extenders' to make it fit. (No band size 42 available). So if you can afford it initially, and you really want this bra, I'd order my normal band size and order the next size or two up then send one back. Or, I could have just gotten a lemon??

This bra stays up really well and gives great shape and support. I'm a 38D so that's important, but like most strapless bras I have tried, it's really uncomfortable and digs in to my skin. I understand that this is the reason it stays up so well, but I was hoping it would feel better.

I am a consistent 34F but I had to exchange this bra for a 36F. It was very snug around the band. Once I got the right size, though, I was very happy with the bra. It is not quite as supportive as other Le Mystere products, nor as comfortable, but it is a good quality strapless bra for larger busts and I am glad to have made the purchase.

I have tried a few strapless bras and this one by far was 5 stars for me. It stayed in place, held my girls up through a night of dancing at my son's wedding reception. I wear a size 34DDD/F, the fit was perfect for me. Great support, loved the look and feel of it. Fit well under my dress. I've been looking for a good strapless bra in my size for a long time and this is the first one I found that I am competely happy with. Thank you Zappos for always having exactly what I need.

The cup size is perfect. The band size is a little tight but I don't mind it as that just means it won't fall. This important to me as I'm an E cup and strapless can't be hard to find.

I didn't want to pay this much for a strapless bra but it was worth it. Band is thick. Doesn't move much. Has cups and provides support. I wish I hadn't wasted $30 twice on others!! Order a size up though

I was pleasantly surprised by this bra! I don't normally buy staples dresses but I saw an adorable one and I liked the way it fit. 42DD is a tough size for bras in general but this bra worked overtime to keep them in place. I didn't have drooping issues or adjustment issues. Success for date night!

Great bra for anyone with a larger sizes chest (I'm a 32F) who is tired of constantly pulling up her strapless bra. This has holding power, and separates the girls so you don't wind up with uni-boob. Highly recommend.
